I went at night, so it was hard to see much detail, but it seemed like a nice, long stretch of beach. Like most Miami beaches, there are some places with chairs and umbrellas for rent. And there is a small parking area for people who dont live in the area. There was a lot of seaweed and coral washed up when I went.

Nice little park with shaded parking spaces and easily accessible beach with lifeguard. Sadly I wasnt able to go in the water today but it looked amazing, just like I had imagined Miami beaches to be: crystal clear water with fine white sand. A friend said sometimes theres a lot of seaweed so I suppose be prepared for that possibility.

Its a special place to do some exercise! Beautiful place for all the family and close to the beach. Perfect! All you need to have a good time with your kids, friends and family in general.

Awesome place, the park is really nice and the beach its right there. The parking is not that big thought.

The access to the beach is nice, not only is there a playground for the kids, it also has a nice beach. Parking lot is small, so get there early.

Amazing park!!Great location but parking is extremely bad and limited.The park itself is clean and has amazing swings etc.. for all ages. There are benches on the side and even a movie table with attached benches. Workout equipment nearby and with the beach a few steps away this park is by far the best for families in all of the nearby areas.There is also a seven eleven right down the road.

Gotta love great outdoor activities and locations like this. Great place to bring the family, relax outside enjoying the sun or just taking a break from your busy day. Great location just off the beach. Really worth a trip to try something new or continue a routine trip you know your going to enjoy :)

This park is publicly open to everyone for walking, jogging, beach view, a family park to enjoy your evening, near & clean.Public toilets are available, I heard about parking problem but to be honest it was just in front of our hotel so we walk to the park and later enjoy our time in beach.

I really like this place. I wouldnt call it a park (hence four stars), its more an access to the beach and altantic path. Theres minimal amounts of grass so you couldnt sit and picnic or play, and the grass that is there is pretty covered in dog poo. Theres 3 turtle sculptures with info about them, which my toddler loved. The playground is amazing! Not particularly shady but really new, clean and loads to do in it. All fenced in and secure. Lots of exercise equipment and a path right on to the beach. We headed there early to play on the beach for sunrise (gotta love a bit of jetlagged toddler!!) and then on to the playground whilst it was still cool. The concrete car park and paths make this another very unshady sweltering area of Miami though during the day. Even the Atlantic Path has very little shade.

Incredible time with my ladies. Had an amazing time here. Parking was great, not expensive like everywhere else. Awesome family friendly environment, park for the kids, nice workout stations, lifeguards on duty, absolutely beautiful. Loved our time here.

I love this park. Its right on the beach and has a small parking lot. Restrooms and outside showers. This spot also had a life guard stand. The park doesnt have much cover from the sun, so just be mindful of your going mid day to have hats and glasses. The architecture of this playground is really fun and worth checking out.

If youre lucky to find parking here then youll have a great day at the beach. Public Parking from phone or on site. Playground structure thats top of the line. Public bathrooms that are clean and not smelly. Small workout equipment in park too. Beach and Ocean at steps away. Tip, on weekends get there before noon to hopefully get a parking spot.

Under construction / remodeling but s lovely park with toys for a wide range of ages. Definitely s great invest for the family and community.

We love it and the best thing is that is family oriented. Beach is nice and they have showers to clean the sand before you hop on the car.

Being a cat lover, I simply adore this park, as It is home to the largest feline colony I have ever seen!!! Thanks Miami Beach for taking such good care of these furry babies and kudos to the volunteers who feed them every day!

Fun little spot along the beach, and the only little tikes zip line ive seen. My kids had fun, but i cant imagine being here in summertime as it is completely uncovered.

Nice park

Nice little park, great play area for children. Its clean and well maintained. There are water fountains in the play area. Showers and foot rinse too for post sea rinse off. Just outside the childrens play area are some outdoor gym equipment so you can work out while kids play or add a work out to a run along the shore.

I love this place.

Very relaxing area with amenities to keep young and old alike amused. Parking is sparse but be there early enough. Great views all around.

The city cleaned this park out of brush and an empty lot that used to be breeding ground for feral cats. The new park its great, allow local families to enjoy outdoor activities with small children 5-12 years old. Area its cleaner. Bathrooms. Water fountain. Parking. Gym outdoor equipment for parents

A very nice little park with beach, very popular. Great for kids, the playground is wonderful for families. If you can score a parking spot, youre in for the day; there is a pay parking lot right across the street but its reasonable.

Nice event. Had a great time. It was clean and well patroled.

Lifeguards were taking pictures of me and my sister. We were humiliated! Park itself is fine. Beach was covered in black seaweed. There were walls of it in the water...gross feeling!

Lovely Beach park. Right next to the ocean with nice waves. The sand is coarse and large, prepare to chafe. They have Life Gaurds on duty which is good because the waves can get pretty rough. They also have a wonderful park and a workout area. You have to pay for parking and there are not many spots but it is easy to walk to.

Park has zero shade due to the 10 dead trees that are supposed to be the canopy for the area. When will the city replace the dead trees??

It is only lacking bigger tent over the play ground. On day light hours is impossible to be there with kids!

Fun playground pretty much right on the beach. Adult exercise equipment available. Playscape has some fun items esp tje zip line. There is shade, benches and a water fountain.

It would have been great had I not had a misfortunate encounter with a homeless woman with a seriously BAD ATTITUDE taking a shower. Nothing wrong with being homeless or taking a shower but spare me the bloody attitude!! Ruined my Sunday run.

Nice Spot and has bathrooms. Gotta pay to park nice views and bring Kitty food! Cat Lovers theres a colony of cats in front of parking lot some even in parking lot!

The park is great with brand new installations and soft floor for the kids. There is little shadow as the trees that will provide it are young and and have almost no leaves at the moment. My kids love it. Big plus is the access to the recreational corridor to ride bikes and of course the beach.

Allison park has everything what you need. Also it is well maintained and has own parking.

Was a wonderful experience being in the water and even riding a bike.

I enjoy the privacy of this park. Quiet to walk around. Just need like more things to happen during the week.

I really love this beach, is always clean and family oriented. The fact that the parking lot is really close to the beach made the beach easy access, the only thing is , you have to get there early morning before 9 am or after 3pm or 4pm because if not the waiting for a parking space could be a nightmare!!! The parking meter work from 8am to 6pm!
