I won a prize for a Rick and Morty pickle plush, but the machine did not open up the door to receive it since the prize fell a few seconds later (cut the rope) I called Joystick and they told me I would be able to meet someone to receive it on a Monday. I showed up and stayed for about 30 mins, guess what, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I started walking around the mall to pass time, I left two voicemails telling them nobody has come and they still never called back after 3 hours! They really do scam you lol, Im disappointed I wasted my time today.
