Janaya and the staff took such good care of our kids (all 70 of them.) They went above and beyond what they promised. Exceptional service, care and a personal touch. In these times, a brief respite from the craziness was a welcome break. These folks are fantastic.

This was my familys first time going to Fat Cats and my grandkids had a blast. They really enjoyed the movies, games and bowling. Birthday Package set out timely. Clean facility. Not busy. Food was timely and good. Party Host very polite. Front loaded on set up...lane names, shoes, socks, drinks, food orders etc. I felt more could be done to prepare before event so kids didnt have to wait for bowling shoes and lanes to be ready to bowl. Maybe providing the gaming cards up front so kids can play instead of waiting at the lanes. Overall great experience.

Now this one is an awesome place. After visiting this place you will forget IMAX completely. Sound quality is awesome. Every screen has dolby 7.1. Screen 3 and 5 even has ATMOS. Very comfortable recliner seats with trays attached. Absolutely amazing experience.

Walked in to bowl and got in that lane. The manager was helping 1 person. Then we were next. He saw us there never said be with you in a minute nothing. Another guest walked up into the other lane so when he was done he helped her as we continued to wait. Then when he was done walked to the side ignoring us. Finally decided to help us. Not friendly at all.Food wasnt the best either. When we have been to the other location way better.

Fat cats movie theater in Mesa. Super clean games and bowling got to love the movie theaters them ti are clean. They show good movies there by the way this place is new they serve food right to your seat just give them the seat number and the food arrives, great parking lot with plenty of parking and well lit at night. Take the family You will enjoying the night out. Buy your tickets online for quicker seats. Good location not a lot of traffic. Just off the 202 on the Red mountainside of Recker road.

We had a great party at Fat Cats!! The staff is amazing, and Willo, our host, was excellent. She took care of all our needs, so I was able to fully enjoy the time with our guests. I definitely recommend FC for kid’s birthday parties. They made my son’s day great, despite COVID.

We booked the Platinum Bowling package for our sons birthday. We had a fairly small group, about 10 people, and it was managed beautifully by Fat Cats staff. We had two lanes for bowling which were prepared for us when we arrived, which adults and teens enjoyed for 90 minutes. From there, guests went to play glow golf and rounded out the evening with arcade games. In the meantime, Seth, the staff member assigned to our party was very attentive and responsive with setting up, cleaning up, helping with the birthday treats, delivering pizza, and keeping things moving along. It was affordable and very little stress for me, as Seth took care of pretty much everything - I appreciated this most so I could enjoy my sons party. Food was good. I would recommend Fat Cats. One note is that my older kids (high school) didnt care much for the glow golf, so perhaps that wouldnt be the main attraction for that age group, but they did have fun bowling.

Took my son here he said and I quote I had the best day ever mini glow in the dark golf, VR, bowling and arcade games not to mention the food was good too! Spent roughly $200 for the whole day to be able to do everything and eat for 4 ppl. Very nice

We had such a great time at Fat Cats! It was so easy to book an event room and the whole process was so easy to understand and go through. The room was huge and the pizza and salad was good as well Our family is huge and the kids had a blast in the arcade. They especially loved the Virtual Reality. They kept going back! Its big,every one I dealt with were super friendly. A the 7.1 sound in the movie was great. They have little trayon ur seat 4 food and drink.seats were good.but the tray kinda got in the way.big bounce was I left my phone at my seat. And now a days and any other movie place its gone. But NO .IT WAS THERE AND THE MAN NEW IT WAS ME.SO SO GREAT FULL. WILL GO BACK. LOTS OF STUFF 2 DO THERE. NOTHING LIKE THIS PLACE IN THE EAST VALLEY. ☆☆☆☆☆

I am so ecstatic that Fat Cats is now in Mesa! Our kids always have a blast whether were bowling watching a movie or playing games. With the pandemic, they run a tight ship and everything is impeccably clean!

Place was great! Looks like a new building so it was very nice, clean everything looked new and not run down. Definetly worth the drive. Prices were decent, about what I expected to pay. I will be back!!

I booked a birthday party at Fat Cats Mesa and the staff took very good care of us. We had our own personal assigned party hostess and she greeted each guest as they came in, brought us bowling shoes, and set up the games for us. She checked on us throughout our visit and my party guests all commented what a great time they had. As the party organizer, I was able to enjoy the day and not worry about the details. Great time had by all.

Would recommend this to anyone that really knows what it means to just relax and enjoy your surroundings. Its a very entertaining place. I had lots of fun.

My first time at Fat Cats. Good family fun. We bowled two games and one round of glo golf. Had pizza and fried pickles. Margaritas and beers for the adults.

It was fun my biggest issue was the hidden cost you dont think about we bowled and was told $25 for a day but they charged the same for the shoes and that didnt tell me a day is 1 hour also we ordered pizza it was really good but the drinks cost way more than the pizza so a $12.50 pizza came out to be $50 other than that it was fun lots of stuff to do kids all had a blast!

The prices were decent. Service..mediocre.. the food though was freaking horrid. I got wings, they were so soggy and soft that I couldnt eat them without gagging. For games and such I highly recommend this place but dont eat there. Even the fries were terrible :(

Love going here with my family and friends and love the amount of teenagers that get a job here but if you hate it just quit. Theres plenty of high school kids ready to replace you. Dealt with a rude, high school student and went straight to the manager. I go here for a good time, not for some 17 yr old brat to roll her eyes and chomp her gum in my face..

My sister got tickets for a movie here before realizing this one is further than the other one we go to on Greenfield. A little annoyed at first but once we got there it was totally worth it. Super nice and big, has lots of options for kids and adults. I like this theater better because they assigned the seats better and made it easier. The rows (letters) are on the carpet and the numbers are easier to see on the mini tables. I loved the mini tables, great for food and easy access to drink.....dont have to worry about whos hole is whos for a drink! But I was a little bummed we couldnt fold them up and put them away in the arm rest. I assume they got this idea from airplanes cause thats what came to my mind. The theater is pretty big and I was kinda of happy they didnt blast the sound. Maybe its because it was a kids movie, we could hear the theaters bass next to us. Another plus this place has a bar! Dont know if the other Fat Cats has one but I will definitely be back to try it all out!

Its ok. Main Event and Dave and Busters are better. Too expensive at this place. We took our daughter for her 12th birthday to go bowling. They told us 45 minute wait, and now its been 2 hours and still no open lanes. Had a pizza and it was decent. Thats why i gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Go to Main Event.

My daughters 18th birthday party was perfect. Platinum bowling package was worth every penny. Janaya was so easy to work with.

Very well kept. The wait for bowling wasnt very long and we went on a Saturday. Staff was very polite and helpful. Kids had lots of fun definitely a good place for family night, party/ event, or a date night.

Great atmosphere and clean facility. Grabbed drinks at the bar and Robin was our bartender, she was friendly and helpful with menu a real benefit to your establishment. Bowling was great, the shoes new and comfortable and lanes clean. Music was great and video screens playing basketball were perfect! Arcades are half off on Wed. So that added a good crowd of parents and kids but the place is large enough that it didnt feel as busy as it was which was very nice. You should really check it out if your looking for something new to do in east Mesa!!

We used to be die hard Harkins fans, but after going to Harkins recently with all of their awful changes, we have given up on Harkins.Harkins charges a lot more than they used to and their service is garbage compared to what it once was. We never heard of Fat Cats, until we got upset with Harkins and are so happy we gave this theater a chance. The movie theater is fun, they are not super uptight, and the deals are good.I am really happy this theater exists, the screen color pops and looks vivid, and the sound is fantastic! I hope they keep their standards high, and keep their customer service friendly, to preserve the great experience. Also the atmosphere is a lot of fun, its nice walking out of a movie theater, and into a fun vibe.After walking out of Harkins, with all their covid-19 changes, it felt like we were walking inside a security prison or something.

This was my first time visiting this location, as well as the first time using FatCats party services. We had a great experience. The staff is there to help you through every single step, even before you know what you want. They helped me decide what would work best for the event we were having and explained it all perfectly. As soon as we arrived there was someone to help with everything I needed. I felt that Cristi went above and beyond, I was extremely impressed and grateful!

Love the new place. So glad to finally have things like this on our side of town. The layout is great. Way better golf course then Gilberts and tones of lanes. Will definitely be back soon.

Had a reservation on Saturday the 6th of June 2020 for a group of 8 men. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The service was phenomenal. The food was great as well. As a group we were able to bowl four games, play a round of mini golf, and we each received a 5 dollar card for the arcade all for less than 200 bucks. I highly recommend this place for kids of all ages. Thank you to the staff at FatCats

An impressive setup that isnt in-your-face plus theres PLENTY of elbow room. Pick and choose at your leisure: Arcade, bowling, MOVIE THEATER (currently showing older movies which is understandable), cosmic golf, bar for the grownups, and a menu for everybody at a good price.

Really fun place for kids and adults to hang out and have a good time. My son and I attended the Sonic the Hedgehog event this Morning. For $10 each, we got movie tickets, popcorn, two drinks in reusable cups, and coloring pages. It was a great and affordable way to spend the morning. The movie theater was comfortable with large reclinable seats. Good spot for family fun!

Couldnt be more disappointed with the Fat Cats brand. Understanding that covid could make waiting lines i explained mu son had severe Eplisipy and monitors wouldnt last longer. We were told that it would be 35-40 mins before we could bowl. After 50 minutes I went and gave a $20 tip asking if we could go soon. While up there the young man I gave the tip to let two much younger girls go directly up to bowl. My son was upset and wanted to leave. Sorry neither if us look as good to this perfrert in short shorts and short shirts. This will not end for me until I can fire this jerk myself or have him fired.

Came here a few months ago. Ordered a pizza, a pitcher of beer and a few games of bowling. 2 games of bowling go by, everyone in the building has gotten their pizza but not me and my buddy (after checking at least 5 times with the kitchen to make sure its being made). Finally we talk to the waitress and she only offered to remove the pizza from our bill... We came here for a good time and dinner, not to starve all night. First time in my life that Ive ever tipped $0. Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had and I will never be back.

Great place! We go on $5 movie Tuesday. They deliver food to your theater start too. Its super clean and the bowling alley looks nice. I havent tried the games, there are not a lot, but the virtual reality rooms look fun!! Alcohol is served too! Overall a pretty cool new venue!

We really like Fat Cats. I wish they were in Canada. This being a new location even makes it all the better. If the one we usually go to on Baseline and Greenfield is too busy or sold out for a particular show we can usually get in with no problem at this location. The seats are a little smaller but still reclining and have a movable tray. Easy to find. Just head north on Recker and its just before the HWY 202 on the left.

Great place! Great food delivered to your seat in the theater. Seats adjust and are super comfortable. There is a tray arm on every seat to put your food on.Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are clean.

We bowled with great social distancing in place. Also had some pretzel bites and chicken sandwich and all were devoured instantly.

Fun, sometimes a little loud but the staff is very friendly. Hosted a birthday party for a 7 year old here and this was absolutely wonderful for the price. Kids had an amazing time and our personal party host was very patient with the kids helping them play vr games and keeping it all moving smoothly.

Arcade was awesome however our Movie experience not so well. The seats we got were in row B which I thought was going to be in the back. My neck and back still hurt the following day. We also ordered food that wasnt delivered and I ended up having to miss some of the movie to go get it. On top of that there was a baby crying the whole time

I really wanted to like the theater but was completely disappointed. The seats are much smaller than the Gilbert location and not as soft and comfortable. The seat trays, while a good idea, need to be able to be lowered out of the way as they are very intrusive for comfort as you cant bend your knees when they start to get stiff.

The building is new and very clean. The theater seats were comfortable and the food was good. Everything seemed like reasonable prices, compared to other theaters. My only complaint would be the volume of the movie was a bit too high.
