Very nice residents. Lots of things to do. Very comfortable place to reside if you choose.

Very nice community!Its quite large and there is a golf course on-site.A restaurant exists there, as well as a nice fitness center and multiple swimming pools.They also have 24 hour security at the entrance gates.Plenty of activities for a retiree.

What a great place to stay! Fruit trees line the streets and such great pools. We loved the dog parks too. The people who winter here are oh so nice. So many great hikes near by too. We loved our two week stay. We are coming back for sure!

View Point has always been a great place but if you are considering purchasing or renting there, please know that basically across the street (1/2 mile range) there is a beautiful mountain view (thus View Point) that is slated to be demolished by way of mining over the next 10 years bringing dust, heavy machinery, possible explosions, etc. The mining could start as early as March 2021 so before committing to the area, inform yourselves about the situation.

This place has everything, great amenities, well kept , a perfect place for senior living.

Just visited some friends at ViewPoint. They have a spacious park home. I was IMPRESSED with how friendly their guard was and that they have 24 hr guard watching over the park at gated entrance. I didnt realize they also have golf available there. From what I saw today, I would highly recommend this park. LOTS of waves from friendly people as we enterred and left.

I love this park and golf course. I have many friends and family here and at one time, I owned a home in this park. The golf course is always immaculate and very well taken care of, it’s a challenging golf course but one that everyone can enjoy. I would highly recommend Viewpoint RV and Golf Resort!!!

55 + park. I am 48. Management let me rent a space. Had to pay 800.00 to move in. Rent was 600.00 Only in give me 10 day notice. Paid for 1 month, they let me stay ONLY 3 WEEKS. . MAJOR HARDSHIP!!!!! Management let me in, just to take what money I had.

Great day of golf..this place has a mix of long and short holes. Very nice fairways that are wide and open. Greens are well groomed.

I went here to work and it seemed like the ultimate retirement opportunity.. The people were so cool and best of all it seemed like it was very secure and safe..

A lovely place to visit in an even better place to live! Manufactured homes that are just the right size and a community of wonderful Neighbors. There are heated pools, workout gymnasiums, pickleball courts, tennis courts, dog parks. All kinds of activities, Ceramics, jewelry making, woodworking shop , photography group, Electronics group. Who knew retirement could be so much fun! Live music twice a week and also throughout the summer time. Tribute bands in the winter and dances with dinners, bingo, Fat Willys restaurant open to the public got. They serve great food and have supper specials every day. To golf courses, 19 hole in the other 18th hole and beautiful both of them. A very very wonderful place to live indeed!

Large rv spaces - quick response to electrical issue.

Id stay clear of here if you are looking to rent an RV spot.. this place is packed and they shove you in like sardines and charge you caviar prices. Holy cow is it expensive...$2100 for a 43 day stay and your water, electric and sewer are metered and billed in addition to the site fees. They say they are dog friendly but very little space for them. The park is clean and the pools very nice but I wouldnt stay here again.

Large park with lots of residents, great amenities including 3 pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, golf course, laundry, showers, community events, the list goes on. All around friendly place to visit for a little home away from home, especially if youre from a place that actually has winter.

My grandma lives there, really a nice community. When I retire I hope to have a place as nice as this.

Liked it so much, we bought a place in the resort!

I noticed this park is listed as pet friendly but I’m afraid that was not our experience. We used a dog walker here in the park who failed to close the door while leashing our two dogs and one of them got out. She did not search for her and by morning we found her in the park and she had been shot to death. We reported it to management but they did absolutely nothing. They said that never happened here before and that is where it ended. It is bad enough that people loose small dogs to the coyotes but being shot by fellow residents is unacceptable. Personally I would not recommend this park for people with pets.I noticed that my review has been responded to but I have no faith at all that anyone will look into this. If this is something that is taken seriously then it would have already been “taken seriously”. We have been treated with the utmost disrespect. We never get calls returned, the park manager, Cherri argued with me and told me to prove my dog was killed in the park even though she was found well within the park. I say to her prove it wasn’t killed in the park. I think that staff is afraid of her because no one will talk to us. From what I have learned if you have a grievance in this park the manager does not want to be bothered with it. I would much rather handle this in private but since no one will return my calls at any level I will take it to social media instead.

Big difference between summer and winter. The few who stay all year are the heart of this family. They look forward to the annual migration of the snow birds.. Its a bit warm in summer

Nice park with lots to do. Speed bumps were installed since last year, good idea but now the golf carts are driving on the sidewalks to avoid the bumps. Can be VERY DANGEROUS!

Super nice place to live. Everything is clean and maintained. Cant take advantage of all the activities yet since Im still working, but Ive enjoyed what I can do! Im at the pool as much as possible.

Great community for 55+ Adults. They do make some exceptions on age, since they have over the minimum amount of 55+ members in the park... so if youre traveling through and part of the Thousand Trails/Encore network, this is actually a great place to stay. You feel super safe, and they have several pools and tons of other activities to do, depending on how long youll be around -- such as metal works, wood working, etc., or even schedule a hair cut, nails, or massage while youre at it. They have it all at this resort. Whats really nice is that youll see a ton of people in the morning and evening walking (when the sun isnt directly overhead)... and there is a great feeling of community at the resort.

My grate grandparents live here and they love it a lot and so do me my dad mom but my dads boss lives there to and he loves it there to. My dad works with paragon home servesise and he is always working in the park

What a great RV Resort, and the residents on our street made it a great time!

Beware, on a recent visit with friends to this resort I was constantly warned to be on the lookout for coyotes which have taken several dogs. They are apparently quite used to being around humans and not scared, even out during the day. Be on the lookout f you are traveling with pets or possibly even small children. Most dog owners I talked to said the resort refuses to do anything about them.

Stayed here close to Christmas time and the park is adorable with all the themed Christmas decor. Each street had a specific theme. It was so cheerful in the evening. We did not play golf, just stayed in our rv. The staff was great, the long term residents very friendly, there is a couple of pools and hot tubs which we used in the evenings so most if the time we were the only ones. The rv spots were not super easy to get into but we made it after a couple of trys and there was a staff member helping us. Our spot had a beautiful grapefruit tree that we had fresh sweet grapefruit from most mornings. Close to the superstition mountains for an easy hiking destination. Love this place and will be back.

Too difficult dealing with management who do not appreciate the patrons there...move on there are better parks.....
