Although a great location, before signing up to stay or buy here, know that the Twin Knolls mountain formation across the street is scheduled for destruction by aggregate mining over the next 10 years. Great park. Fun year functions around. Potlucks. Breakfast saturday mornings. Lula, Halloween party, 4th of july. Great fun and fellowship. Multi family residents. Wonderful pkace to live.

This park is terrible. They dont have a pool as stated in some reviews. Most of the lots are empty and full of weeds. I also believe this park discriminate against people of color. UhFilled out application and was denied. I was told I would receive a letter stating why and never did. The management trys to buy up properties in there and rent and resell them for profit. Other words Scum Lords. A new story to this park. March 7th 2020 park manager husband John chases a resident down Main street and beats him up. Broke his nose and now resident has a restraining order on him. Wow makes wanna change your mind about buying in here. A police report has been filed. Welcome to Twin Knolls.

Nice clean place to live and meet new people and friends

The people who run this place are nothing but thieving Nazis! They run off all who dont agree with them. They stole my trailer from me and put me on the street. Anybody who moves in there deserves what they get if they dont take my advice. Rules are way too strict for small ass park.

We stayed for over a week with Jim and Jeanne Brinks in March this year. We loved it so much at your villa. We are pricing mobiles for sale. Hopefully there will be something available in your park when we are able to purchase one.
