Nice amenities, great price for what you get. However, permanent RVs have to pay a years worth of space rental in advance, not sure about house renters.Common area, Pools, Hot Tub are nice (nothing fancy, but nice). I had great neighbors, quiet place. I feel perfectly safe here. No problems at all.Office people have always been friendly to me.The only drawback is the inconsistent administration of the clean lot rules. Some place have weeds growing waist high and other get notices for the smallest thing.Oh and a centrally located to Mesa downtown, Tempe and Scottsdale, very convenient... Would I come back to Seyenna Vistas, Yes...

Best RV community we have ever stayed in!! Our neighbors were fantastic and the staff were great! We would stay there again if we pick RV living again!! All the amenities made it so nice - also since it’s gated it was nice to walk at night with the cooler temps around the community!! Highly recommend!!!

Nice quiet park, pretty clean, gates & roads are medium

We live in this park and I have to say out of all the parks we looked at this 1 is the cleanest and most quiet 1s Ive ever seen. Never thought Id live in a park but being in this 1 I wouldnt ask for.a better place to live. The staff at the office are friendly and easy to talk to. The pool area is clean. They have a park area for kids to play as well as a dog park. We really couldnt ask for a better place to live!

Excersize room. club house. , Honedtly could go in and on so ,,ok it has right at the end of a block freeway access , no. ok QT store for a neighbor and allthe otheres stores of any sort not far.

For the amount of lot rent in this park, you’re better off renting an apartment or buying a house. I agree with a lot of what others are saying about inconsiderate neighbors and management. Any concerns that are shared with management are met with a threat of eviction. There appears to be discrimination by management, as well.

The office claims they care but they ended up kicking my mom out for something she didn’t do and claudia needs to be fired she has a bad attitude and is hella rude , my mom got kicked out and they already had our home rented before we even left in less than 10 days , the neighbors need to mind there business and the maintenance would always drive by our house and stare into our windows to the point where we always had to have our blinds closed they play all nice until you move in then they do everything to try and get you out , if you plan on renting here in my opinion don’t there’s other mobile parks that actually care about you and don’t criticize you .

Pretty well kept and quiet mobile home park especially for Mesa. Doesnt appear to have as much night activities going on here.

Seyenna Vistas has gone through some changes over the last couple of years. They are a decent enough family mobile home park. The best thing about them is their location. If you own, they pretty much leave you alone and don’t care what condition your property is in. If you rent, they nit pick everything you do. The double standard is very frustrating. They are a gated community (when the gates work) and for the most part it’s quiet.

Warning!!! This is a terrible place to live. Its a gated community but the gates are inoperable most of the time. Water is shut off without notice several times a month. Security is a joke. The manager chooses to enforce rules on some and not others, discrimination is rampant. The rent has gone up every year that we have lived here. They claim they are bringing the rents up to resort standards. Far from a resort!! They keep the grounds around office looking good, but the rest of the park looks horrible. High weeds & grass in the back, dont forget all the dog land mines. People refuse to pick up after their pets, even in the dog run area. Feral cats everywhere, dont leave anything outside because it will smell like cat urine. Rent at your own risk, spoke to a lawyer about things going on in this place and was advised to not do another yearly rent, cause if manager doesnt like you she will evict and you lose that yearly money. Beware!!!

We have only been here a couple weeks but really like it so far. Yearly rent for an RV space is less than what we paid in the other parks and there are far more amenities in working order here. Everything seems kept up except the security gates. However, the gates do appear to be in the process of being repaired. Office staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous. Yes, there are feral cats, although, they have not been much of a problem so far. The mobile homes and RVs have separate pool areas. The RV area has a small gym, nice clubhouse, pool, and hot tub. Park is quiet, and we could not have asked for better neighbors! Really happy to have a space here.

Ive lived here for four months now and Im very pleased with my decision to move here. The cost/benefit factor leans pretty heavily in the residence favor. There are not one, but two pools. One has a toddler pool, the other has a hot tub. The clubhouse has wifi, a nice kitchen to prepare meals in case you have guests, again not one but two gyms, several televisions, and a pool table. The park is quiet, kid friendly, and is secured by a gate as well as security guards. Management was responsive and easy to deal with. The kicker for me is, these are all amenities that the park down the street I moved from dont offer, and my rent is LESS. Highly recommend this park.

The maintenance staff are nosey. They roam around your lot looking inside your cars and unplug your power.

Nice place for a trailer park

I practically spent most of my childhood here and so much has changed. There used to be 2 playgrounds now theres nothing but one empty lot with a shell of swingset and monkeybars and maybe a slide in the back. There are too many rvs and abandoned trailers making this place look like a dump. The abandoned trailers have overgrown weeds, broken windows, broken trim, broken skirts home for hundreds of stray cats that roam around. There have been times Id see small dogs and big dogs that got loose! The water shuts off every week and palm trees everywhere that they trim to provide little to no shade at all so whats the point of having trees at all!? If I could Id gladly move away from here but unfortunately I cant.

Very large mobile home/rv park. Large lots with desert landscaping. Nice paved roads. Not a 55+ community. We have been here 3 and a half years in an rv. Only real problem is ferrel cats and police activity towards the back of the park. Very quiet were we are.

Horrible all-hispanic staff that will harrass u if ur not hispanic. Constant water shut-offs yet they keep raising water prices without reason. Horrible contracts! DO NOT LIVE HERE! They forced out long-time residents, by not allowing their contract to be renewed, in order to replace their property with newer property n make more money... Very greedy n dont offer value for cost you pay.

Ferel cats all over. Cats are ruining mobile home skirting on several homes to seek shelter. Urine and feces all over. Smells horrible if you live here. Management refuses to remedy the problem. Many inconsiderate neighbors. Cars speed through park and blow stop-signs especially at night! If you complain to management you will be singled out and good chance of eviction. I can go on and on about this park. The other low ratings are for a reason! I recommend you only stay here as last resort.

The trailer park looks fine for being a trailer park... in mesa... the management is horrible they are rude and annoying.

Decent, clean but doesn’t treat everyone the same. Depending on who you are is wither or not all the rules apply.

You pay for added security with gates that never work. Security officers ride by on golf carts so fast around the park never looking anywhere but forward. The office staff is rude. When the park was in charge of weed control, they did a terrible job but now they have turned it over to each sites responsibility and nag when there are a couple of small weeds on your lot. Not worth the price to stay here in an rv. The pool does not have quality seating and is getting old and outdated.

Horrible place to live. Gates dont work most of the time, rude management, and the sheer number of feral cats. Heaven forbid you accidentally leave a window open on your car. Itll smell like cat pee in the morning!! Burned out rv kept there behind a fence for no reason, they jack the rent up every year with no end. Everyone who rents is being kicked out in favor of buyers. Rvs included. Dont consider living here. Find somewhere else.

They have a sign out front saying rv spots available, called and a man said someone would call me back and never did so we went to the office. The ladies at the office very rudely said there were no rv spots available. That it would be up to corporate and they didnt know when. The one lady took my info and said she would get back with me after she called corporate. Of course never did. We drove around the park and seen several spots empty. We even told them we were willing to pay for a year in advance.False advertising!!!! Rude customer service!

Was so excited when I bought a home here 2 years ago. Once Fernando left, who sold me the home, it became ridiculous living there. Was hell to pay lot rent. Never heard of a place being so difficult to give money to. Had an incident of 2 guys breaking into my house through back window with me home and in the house. Terrified me as I am a woman living alone. Called police which was a joke and waste of time. Told Claudia in the office and she could care less about it. Had neighbors that were constantly fighting. Felt bad for kids living in that domestic violence. Was to the point even with tv on, stereo on, windows all closed, still could hear them in my house and couldnt even stand to be in my bedroom or side of house near theirs.The only way to ensure prompt attention from management was to be late on lot rent. I owned my home and owed nothing On it as i paid cash in full for it. If a couple days late on lot rent got immediate threat of eviction. Never served legally, always just scotch taped to side of house under carport. Not even where easily seen.I had allowed roommates to live with me to help them and they screwed me out of rent and put me way behind. Seyenna Vistas would not work with me in anyway. I was out of state when supposedly served with papers to go to court for eviction. Found out night before. Was evicted, locked out with no warning. Tried explaining to management my situation, which Claudia already knew but didnt care. She just wanted my house. Needless to say I ended up owing 3 months of back lot rent and utilities kept acrueing and piles of late fees and legal and court costs. How I was charged utilities when I wasnt there ...no clue. Ended up I finally came up with full amount needed and Claudia knew it. She knew I was 2 streets away coming with the money and she tells me in a text dont worry about hurrying as she just sold my home for my back rent. I couldnt believe it. I dont understand how that is legal. To this day Ive never see anything at all about eviction warning or the true amount I owed. My monthly billing statement says a balance of$4000 less than Im verbally told by Claudia.Believe it or not Im still getting monthly billing statements from them for utilities on a house that Ive not lived in for months and now havent even owned in 2 months. How is any of this possible or legal?? This company is not honest nor do they feel they follow any laws. Id made the mistake of trusting Claudia through very difficult and personal situations. Was warned repeatedly not to as she a snake. True...she is. This place could be nice if they didnt have such a lying, snake, for a manager.Buyer beware be extremely aware.Now everything I worked for is gone.

Do not rent at this park Very poor managers. They DO not know What they are doing. Poor service. You can tell the mobile home the park owns. Those are the ones that looks like crap. This park has no money to spend on weeds. They do not honor their own contracts. They allow one canopies on a lot but they have people who have two canopies.... Oh you must be a favorite. I guess you can have more then one Rv or camper on one lot....opps you must be a favor..... Please do not rent at this park.

TL/DR: Pet & family friendly. Incompetent staff. Has a pool and fitness room. A lot of bug problems.The office staff isnt very knowledgable in anything related to the place outside of taking your money. The manager is the only one who you can talk to about any discrepancies and even at that point they dont seem to know what they are doing, nor are they readily available. The staff never knows when the manager will be in. They have changed management several times while there and changed policies without notifying their residents! We had an issue with rent and it took 6 months to situate. Maintenance guy is really nice and knowledgable but the requests get forgotten. Took 6 months to get our oven replaced and the floor level from a leaking pipe and then we had to move everything out to replace the vinyl laminate. There are other small issues that have yet to be fixed by several requests. Ive given permission to enter but they dont. The grounds are generally well kept. There is a fitness room and pool. A lot of kids. Very dog friendly. There are leash law signs over the entire complex but it seems most of the residents dont care, nor is it enforced. There is a clubhouse that the staff hosts holiday and community events in (Christmas party/potluck, Adult game night, etc.). You can rent the clubhouse but it costs $150/day.

Would have have a 5 star, but somehow i ended up with bedbugs. Besides that, its a great place.

Maintenance sucks! They never tell you when water will be turned off. And 1 bathroom wall was peed on by previous families cat and they just painted over it. Aside from that its pretty quiet we get left alone had all new flooring my kids r very happy I have great Neighbors lots of families and elderly in community. I get lots of compliments on my home. My kids stuff has NOT been stolen from our yard lol. Safe place for them to play outside. Aside from issues when we first moved in its pretty good quiet and safe place for families. The park has both Older and newer homes and even 5th wheel rvs for rent

This place was a great place to live met alot of people there some snowbirds some who end up staying. Until they got new staff and ran me out i got evicted on a Friday day of halloween at 430 and couldnt get into my place till monday . My kids school clothes halloween costumes which we hand made were in there and we couldnt take anything we lived there for three years the new staff has been there for maybe a month. I take full responsibility for my eviction but come on have a heart....

Why do you have to pay for a dog and its cost like $50 for to pay for only a dog and my walls are not even thick enough
