The park was nice and the lady, Debra I believe that showed us around was very nice. We just ended up finding a home more to our liking in a different park.

Very quiet & pretty place. But dont like the speed bumps, they are smaller but taller so you definitely cant go over them quickly!

This place looks like a dream, but the cost is very high... The HOA here is definitely a force to contend with. I also found out that they do not allow anyone under 55 to live here-so much for my Trophy wife

I went to visit a family friend and sit by the pool a moment- when this HORRIBLE woman came running out to us(wearing her mask as a necklace instead of over her face) yelling about drinks in the pool area, jumping into the deep end, SCREAMING get out, get out!I mean these people pay to live here and should be treated like adults and not children. I asked around to others living there, my understanding is that she treats everybody this way. I did find out her name is Debbie. If you can go anywhere else that she isnt- I would highly reccomend that.

I LOVE EL MIRAGE MOBIL HOM... Is a good place mgrs are excellent.

I was interested in purchasing a home at El Mirage until I met the office staff. I asked about pets, pet fences, doggy park, etc. and was told they are NOT pet friendly, only pet Restricted! There are no fence barriers allowed and your own AZ room would require doggies on leash. I get they dont want pets left out off leash unattended, but if Im sitting on my patio and want a small decorative fence barrier that allows my doggies to be off leash in my presence, I should be allowed that. I will eventually find a place we can all call home, but it wont be here.

I have been in this Park 4 years, I also have been in ARIZONA 50 yeas, the park is kept up and lots of activities in the winter for the snowbirds

Un-safe, high crime, people jump over the outside wall and break into homes, no entrance gate like other parks, not safe at all.

Dont even waste your gas coming to see! Or your time calling....rude staff!

Clean park, looks good

Ive lived here almost 5 years and in that time I have one person that I care for and would call a friend. I dont like living here. We can have pets but they are never to leave your porch or be walked inside the park. Just doesnt make sense to me.They have also put down 100 speed bumps that my car bottoms out. I cant afford a 4 x 4 just to go get the mail.Another thing that drives me crazy is they want our mobiles to look as nobody resides in them. I pay expensive rent to have such pettiness of trying to be controlled.

PLEASE READ BEFORE THINKING OF RENTING A LOTFirst off this company has very rude customer service and the management seems to think they are in control of what is right and wrong. First off this company has unreal expectations of requirements for a 55+ to become eligible for a lot.This is per person living in the residence...$1800 a month in monthly income (PER PERSON). This means if you are a couple then you will need $3200 of monthly income. I do not know what 55+ couple that has that kind of income but good for you for prepping for companies like this one. If you are 55+ couple and then you also have to take care of your mom who is 80 years old, then you will need $5000 of monthly income to be eligible for a lot. This seems a little unfair considering the average 55+ on disability yearly income is only around $9,336. So moral of the story here is if your a couple and do not have retirement 401K payments something other than the base amount a 55+ makes monthly then you should LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. For the company El Mirage Mobile Home Park I would say you are driving away tons of good good people because of this and the attitude of your front office.The management detoured application right away with these requirements. So whether they make exceptions or not the front desk rep will detour you away if you do not make that kind of money.Lastly this is for the manager of the office, do not hang up on anyone as a manager you should be able to defuse and de-escalate and find ways to turn a negative your company made to a positive. Acting like you are in charge of anyone or anything outside of that office is something you should never do to potential paying customers. You really need to work on the listening and not interrupting not becoming offensive and being a professional. You should never cut someone off who is making a point you wait until they make the point you offer empathy and then you relate and re direct. If you are a real manager you would have known that. Next make sure your paper work is in order because if you ever made an exception, that becomes the standard, in fair housing there is no case by case basis there is only the exception you made and then making that same exception across the board to make it FAIR. Doesnt matter if management has changed it only matters if ownership changed.You must have 600+ credit score - This seems fairNo convictions or evictions - This seems fair as wellOwnership you should really monitor the manager you put in place you may be losing on the bottom line.......

Lived here 4 years, it is an outstanding park to live or rent. The people here are very welcoming and the staff both helpful and responsive to your requests. Excellent place!

Neighbors ate amazing. Management lacks professionalism, knowledge of the Law nor a problem confiscating amenities lot rent payment includes. Disappointed in ownership

My mother lives here seems to be quite happy in this made many friends the community is very quiet and clean almost everyone is friendly waves and smiles theres a lot of activity at the community center and the pool always looks clean and sparkly seems like a nice place to live

Parents have had a home here for the last 8 years or so. Community is great for retired people with lots of activities that can be taken part of

I have lived here five years and i really enjoy living here. I also work for myself and work for alot of residents here.
