I lived there for a short while. I Learned nobody gets deposit back when you leave. They always try to make you pay extra months rent when you leave. you are not allowed overnight visitors for more than 14 days a YEAR! You cannot fix your car or even wash your own car in the park. if you can avoid this park i suggest that you do. Jeff and Lynn are not people you want in your life.

Ive read a lot of the reviews and im trying to find a link to view available rentals. I currently live in Glendale and am looking for an immediate/asap move in. Id prefer a mobile home versus an apartment so if you have any availability please let me know

The pool was awesome but some house were creepy but on the other hand there will be some yard sales on saturday and Sunday
