Beautiful park right next to a community center so double the fun. For example, theres a splash pad for Summer fun. I personally enjoy the view when visiting this park. My daughter always has a blast with the variety of things to climb, slide, jump off, etc. Theres a walking path, plenty of benches, and plenty of shade. Vibrant colors. Located right by a popular intersection with a variety of stores and shops. Never too crowded either!

Nice park for preschool /early school age. Also has a splash pad that needs to be pressure washed and ground fixed but my kid loves it.

I love this park but I may have a bias because I grew up going to the park and have many fond memories here

This is a cute, small park on the edge of the Cooper-Young area. It has a nice playground, an open area for games and running around, a splash pad area and covered area with four picnic tables. Since its a small park, parking is close. We had a great time having a family picnic here!

The gazebo needs work. But the park is a great place to play with my kids. My boys like to play catch, ride their scooters in a sidewalk circuit around the fields, play in the splash park (summertime only) as well as the playground equipment. If you live in Midtown, youll probably run into families you know. Great neighborhood park!

Large, disability-inclusive playground. Shady places to play and swing. The splash park is always a hit with the kids in the summer.Sometimes litter is an issue (dirty diapers on the ground, etc), but still a great oasis in the Cooper-Young/Central Gardens neighborhood!

The park has swings, a covered area with tables, and more. The Skinner Center, attached to the park is a great facility for people with intellectual disabilities to gather. Friday evening dance from 5-7 pm. Basketball, swimming (with a life guard on duty and handicapped accessible ramps into the pool), movie time and arts and crafts. Great spot to stop in during the day.

This park seems quite oriented for families. Atmosphere is approximate for the most part as I observed families having fun time after time on a Sunday evening.

Review №39

The park is well used by the community because of the outside water and the swings, slides are wonderful but there needs to keep a maintance person there to keep the trash cans empty. I notice small children ,parents, teachers but the outside looked like a dump at 10:00 in the morning. Teachers are trying to have snack or lunch with the children and special needs and the grounds are fifthy.
