Memphis Escape Rooms is amazing!!Having done 30+ rooms, we know good rooms. The themes are solid and immersive. Team work is essential and the use of technology was amazing. Even during COVID, the staff was welcoming and helpful when needed.Highly recommend.

We had so much fun!!! We’re a group of best buddies that enjoy Escape Rooms. When we originally started it was easy later it was little tricky but we got the hang of it eventually, our game master was so helpful and kind. She was so attentive and nice. The Room was awesome, and our experience was even better thanks to her! Communication..... communication.... communication is the key. This would be great place for a team building exercise and last we also got a coupon of 30$ we had a blast!!! Were definitely coming back!

Very unique set of rooms with secret doors and vivid decor. Playing with just two people is a real challenge, but it is doable!

We had so much fun here. Great customer service, very informative and pleasant. The room was set up great and whenever we asked for a hint they were very helpful. The room kept us on our toes with some clues being easier while others were more difficult to find. Great experience & definitely will be returning

We are on vacation in Memphis and this was my first time doing an escape room and we had a blast. The staff was super friendly and the facilities were clean. And plenty of sanitizer for very everyone. Would love to go back again

So much fun! Great rooms, clean facility, friendly staff! I was disappointed to see that the price had gone up so much (from $25/person to $40/person) but if you like this kind of thing it’s worth it!

We had a blast. The staff is very friendly and informative. They implemented some really fun aspects to their escape room that we didnt expect and made the game even more fun. We will definitely be looking into coming back and trying some of their other escape rooms

My son and I have done over 60 escape rooms in five different states we thoroughly enjoy them. We did two of your rooms today and three at another location in Memphis. Great rooms, Good themes. Magicians Code was a great Room. We will be back to do the more rooms and cant wait to see what you have next. You have to love the escape community.

We had a great experience. The staff was courteous and greeted us promptly. Check in was a breeze. We first watched a short video and then we were on our way to our selected room. We were given helpful tips along the way and were able to escape the room. The experience was engaging and fun.

We LOVE the escape rooms! We completed all of the rooms at the downtown location and so now we are hitting up the east Memphis location to complete all of those. Our boys have the passports and look forward to adding another stamp each week. Not sure what well do once we finish all of them. I guess when they create new rooms well sign up for those as well. The staff is friendly. If you want a private room, you do have to pay quite a bit extra. Weve always gotten lucky and had a room to ourselves without paying though. They say they can put as many as 8 people in a room. I dont think I could handle that many people in those small rooms. 4 is plenty, maybe 5 at the most. This has become a weekly tradition for my family and we look forward to it every week!

Fun for the whole family. Great if your bored and nobody has to accompany you just show up and jump in if any empty spots in any of the rooms.

Weve done all of their rooms at the downtown location and two in the east Memphis. So far, the rooms in the downtown location have been far better. These are some of the best rooms weve done. The rooms in East Memphis are ok (Id rate them average) but are showing their age with unreliable props and a few too many combo locks for my taste.If you only have the chance to do one, I would prioritize Lost Pyramid or Jesters Revenge.

Amazing. Ive tried Parallax and Magicians Code and they were tough but fair. Beat em both as well. Team is vital and they even dont subtract away from your time for using hints. A+ for me

Did the Memphis escape room as it was the only one available, Id recommend reserving ahead. Room was well designed and the puzzles well thought out. Id definitely come again.

We took our class to the escape rooms as a field trip. They offer early hours for groups, you can find the information on the website. Our students are creating their own escape room as we are a project based school. They loved it and we all learned a lot. We got good ideas and had fun! The staff were patient and accommodating.

I had my first experience at Memphis Escape Rooms while completing the Parallax room, and it was amazing! The room was incredibly detailed, and the mission made me feel like a secret agent the entire time. With all the lights, sounds, and props, the entire escape game was immersive and realistic.The staff at the East Memphis location are incredibly nice and helpful. Plus, when my team won, I got to buy a victors only shirt to show off to all of my friends. I definitely will go back to try more escape rooms in the future!

There were 4 if us and we had a blast! First timers and we didnt escape! Would totally do it again! Brilliant and amazing how these rooms are put together

I really liked this place. The staff was nice, the entrance room was a nice open space to prep. The clues in the room had a wide range in difficulty and style. Ive done several rooms in several places, and Im always impressed with places that have new challenges. I also really love that they didnt make everything so linear. You dont follow one clue directly to the next, directly to the next. Things built on each other and you collected some clues, to put together later. They also dont give out hints, easily, which I think is important. The room was challenging, but a lot of fun. I wasnt too go back and try out another room.

This was my first experience at an escape room. We did the Magicians code. It was so much fun. We cannot wait to do another one. The people were very nice and the facilities seemed to be well kept.

Such a blast. My parents who are 70 ish, my wife and i and our 6 and 9 year olds spent an hour here and loved it. The 901 room is perfect if you are a local!

Brought the volleyball team and coaches here for a bonding activity. They had a great time!

Had a great time. Loved the new room The Magicians Code. If you havent been here dont be thrown off when looking for itGo to the left of the parking lot and walk down the stairs. The room is down the hall and on the left with a sign on the door. The staff is great and all the rooms are fun.

This was the first escape room I tried, and Ive been back half a dozen times. No visit to my family(I live out of state) is complete unless we truck down to the escape room. As someone with a bit of microelectronic experience and a fairly keen eye for gadgetry and prop-building, I figured it would be hard to suspend my disbelief and not just spot every possible puzzle mechanism right away. But these guys are amazing. They definitely got me several times by building amazing mechanisms that fooled me right until they activated. Ive done a dozen more rooms at different establishments and this one is the best.

Very rude on the phone. I actually heard them making fun of my questions in the background. I questioned this and I heard someone hush someone. I hung up and I will never visit this place.

A fun way to spend time together.

Weve played most of the rooms at Memphis Escape Rooms, and theyve been overall enjoyable. Their Magicians room is probably their best room up to date, we really had a good time in it. Grizzlies was fun too at the downtown location. I wouldnt recommend Parallax or Atlas - for me they were lacking and the game masters werent very attentive. If youre an escape enthusiast and not sure which room to choose - play Magicians Code - you wont be disappointed.

My team from work which was eight of us did this as a team building project. We chose the Memphis room since none of us knew a lot of the history of Memphis and wanted this to be a challenge to us. We made it out of the room with 7 minutes to spare. It was a great experience and we all enjoyed ourselves. We plan on doing this again.

H.E.R.O.E.S room was amazing!!! We escaped with a second to spare!!! Took brains teamwork and self control !!! It is must to experience!!!

An amazing experience! My group did the Magicians Code and it was incredible! For anyone looking to experience a great escape room, whether you are new or experienced, this place will surely give you a good time. Also, the clues given were just enough to get us back on track without giving away too much information.

This was so much fun. It is a great group experience. You definitely do not wanna play by yourself!! Need more than one brain to put the pieces together. Would be great as a teamwork builder for small business trying to get their employees to work more efficiently as a team!! Would totally recommend doing this at least once with family, friends, or coworkers!!!

My daughter went last night with some of her friends and someone who works there stole her credit card information and used at Chewy.com we dont have any pets. She had cash to pay. The young lady her they dont accept cash. I told her that was a red flag....will never go to that one ever again and we a filing a police report. )

First time experiencing it. It was great. We did it as a family we loved. It was me, my gf, 10 yr old son, and 18 yr old daughter and we booked another room after we finished before we left.

Attended for a team building event. We escaped but most importantly we had the greatest experience working together to solve a problem outside the office. We will return again soon.

This was my first escape room and am ready to go back for more. The entire process was fun from start to finish and I enjoyed the puzzles as the presented themselves. The staff was great and friendly, too. There are so many more rooms we are going to have to come back to complete.

Exciting, have never been to one before, wasnt sure what to expect. It was very fun.

I have been twice now and both times I have escaped. I love this place, it is a great group activity to come and do together or to bring your work for a team building exercise, where you can learn to work together on the big picture all helping out in unique ways. The rooms are really fun and you will definitely get your moneys with out of a trip down to here. Make sure to reserve a room before you go though otherwise you arent guaranteed a room to play. Try and come back and bestiary old time to see if you can do it fast after a while of going through the other rooms.

One of the only two rooms that Ive done, and it was so much fun! We had a good group, and I loved the space theme for the Atlas room. My only complaint is it seemed to easy, but definitely recommend!

They other a few escape rooms at this location. We played the Shadow Manor room. We escaped with 1:34 left. The room is challenging and the mechanics are interesting. There were a couple frustrating moments when some of the puzzles didnt respond to sound or touch, but we kept trying and plowed through it. The staff is friendly and attentive. Their hints on the screen were helpful and timely.

This is a one of a kind experience that will mentally challenge you to the max! Its so much fun to figure out the clues and work as a team to escape the room. Word of advice: completely use the clues to your advantage.....forget what you know and whats the norm, just use your clues and you will definitely escape the room! Its truly a great experience, you will want to come back for more!

So much fun! Highly recommend it. We did this with a small group of about 7 for a friends birthday. Really makes you think and work together. Mentally challenging. We did the room called Atlas 8. Staff was nice, facility clean and well organized. GPS location, the building is easy to find, but the rooms are located beneath building on bottom floor, down the stairs, just off of the parking lot. We will definitely be going back for more! They have several rooms and skill levels to choose from.

So much fun! Basically, youre locked in a room and you have to find and solve many clues to open locks and puzzles. Finish within an hour and you win! Its very challenging and great team fun. When (if) you escape, can chat with the staff about the experience, who are incredibly nice. Great experience!
