I needed a new coin acceptor to replace my old S75 unit. I called this company on the phone, got a real person who helped me upgrade to a better coin changer for a good price. It showed up a couple of days later via UPS and it works like a charm!!!!I recommend this company!

Such great people and such great service. I am new to vending and I bought my first machine “as is” locally and upon delivery I realized it wasn’t working. The gentlemen that sold the machine to me had said that the coin mechanism may need to be fixed. I found United Changers online and gave them a call. I was directed to Lee who walked me through some trouble shooting steps that may get my new “as is” machine up and running like new. Lee walked me step by step through all the troubleshooting. We finally decided the coin mechanism needed to be repaired. I sent it for repair and received it back faster then expected. Once again new to vending and worried I would mess something up I called them back and Raymond walked me through the installation process. They went above and beyond and definitely gained a loyal customer.

I’m terms of quality of work they do LEO that troubleshoots the board is extremely knowledgeable, and always comes up with a solution.However if your looking for a full time position there firstly make sure you are not allergic to cigarette smoke as they freely smoke inside and you leave with your clothes smelling like cigarette smoke. Secondly while they pay half benefits they do not offer any sick time for an entire year. In one year you get 1 week off, then in 3 years 2 weeks off. However if you get sick anytime within that period they expect you to work even with a 100 degree fever as long as it’s not contagious... I worked for them as a trial period it was agreed upon we would try a day or two before I decided on full time and while I enjoyed working with Leo I decided to leave due to the cigarette smoke and amount of time you had to wait for sick time even sick time without pay. I did repair 5 circuit boards for them for an ice vending machine and tested other boards for them which while fun and rewarding when you repaired a board and it worked it was not for me in the end.So keep this in mind if you looking to work with this company as an employee...if your looking to work with them for board repairs their pricing and knowledge is the best on the island.....
