Lots of fun and plenty of room for the kids. My biggest complaint is how dirty it is. Theres no reason for the pads, carpet and bathrooms to be as filthy as they are, especially for how easy it is to implement a cleaning schedule.

Helpful staff. They were polite and friendly! Answered questions and volunteered information. Inexpensive and fun. We will definitely be back!!!

Kids had fun, however, spending hundreds of dollars to rent space for a birthday party and being told that only kids get papers plates and forks, and not having enough chairs for 6 kids and 8 adults was a little surprising, not too mention the people that used to trampolines were only allowed 1 hour of time in the park was discouraging as well. Next time we will definitely be going elsewhere for the birthday party.

My granddaughter had great fun while my daughter and I watched! I was impressed with the number of employees nearby always to make sure the kids are safe.

Kids enjoy the place even though it is limited compared to other ones I have seen. They never change or upgrade anything because they have no competition.

The dude told my son no more kids trampoline, but once my daughter with her friends rolled up it was okay for them to go in. Like allowing her and her homies to cut the line was going to gives him a chance to score a handy in the bathroom.

Went for a birthday party with 12 year olds. Kids had a blast. Even my 2 year old had fun. But dont waist your money on the private party room cause it was barely big enough for the 10 kids not to mention the parents

This place has potential to be a lot of fun. Unfortunately, we didnt get to have a lot of fun here today. I took my niece for our very first visit and after paying about $26 to jump for an hour, everywhere we went in the facility we were told we would have to wait till someone was done because they were full.I saw that some older boys finished playing dodge ball in one area so since it opened up I took my niece over to play and jump and literally as soon as we got in there we were told that they were closing that section. I looked around and asked the employee where I should take her to jump since we paid for an hour of jumping not an hour Id sitting in chairs watching others jump and have a good time.He of course apologized but he didnt have a solution and explained that they were short staffed.I understand being short staffed, I just would have appreciated being told that when I paid. Had I known that we werent going to get what we paid for I gladly would have waited to visit till a better day.Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. My niece got to jump for about 20 minutes total. Based on what I saw ages the customer service provided Im unsure if we will give this another try.

Because Medford is so small with little to no activities for kids to enjoy during the winter months, we go here frequently, at least 4-5 times a week. Most of the time, they are SO SLOW! There hardly is anyone in there during the weeknights. They always have way to many people staffed and they are standing around talking and doing nothing while the trampolines are filthy, the bathrooms are disgusting and I will not allow my child to use them, and they don’t replenish the balls and such that go missing. All the staff does is stand around and talk in groups. A good percentage of the time, there is a note on the door that they closed early due to it being slow...at 6pm! Most times they will put a time they are closing and they close earlier than that. The owner and staff are extremely rude and uninviting. It’s way over priced and once your time is up, they care kicking you out quick! The staff willl argue with kids, mine being 3 almost 4, about their time being up. Kids are devastated and really what’s the point? He’s the only one jumping, we come here pretty much daily and you kick him out right at time. Unbelievable! I honestly wonder how this place stays open. I wish there was more options in the valley for kids besides wasting money on this dump!

We spent money to take our foster son and his brothers to jump and then was told he was too small to do anything but the little kids dodge ball and the basketball court.He had started jumping with his brothers in the back corner which was not busy and then about 5 min in my husband was told he was too little to jump and he haf to leave. This was the worst visit. Disappointing because we paid money and my husband had to leave and take him to the park across the street so he could play.The girl at the front desk was not very friendly and could have told us this before we spent the money.

This is a fun place to take your kids if you can get past the smell. I was really surprised how filthy the entire establishment was. Also for being a place for fun and children one would expect the staff to be friendly. Pretty disappointing.

Awesome all ages add-on for my sons 12th birthday party day. Friendly and professional staff, decent value, lacking atmosphere and some upkeep. Music would be a game changer. Overall good experience.

As far as birthday parties go I do not recommend this place it’s way over priced for the little you get. The trampolines themselves were fun! But for actual parties I recommend Rare Air in Redding CA you pay the same but get much more plus the employees are much more attentive than at rouge air. My first time here for my sons party and I am so disappointed! I feel like I took $200 and threw it away

Call ahead of time. We looked online to see what time they close and it said 8.We drove into town from eagle point for our 4 year olds 2nd time to play here and they had decided to close early. Our son was disappointed to say the least and we werent happy about a wasted trip. Again call ahead cause the sign on their door and the times posted online dont mean much.

My kids and I had a blast here. Never seen anything like it before. Great exercise work out, I appreciated the cool air blowing. My kids want to have their next birthday parties here. Loved it.

My kids love this place. And i have to admit it is fun to jump around with them even if it is one heck of a workout to do it. It is a little expensive but with the amount of fun you get out of it i would say its totally worth the price you pay. About the same cost as taking the kids to a movie and for about the same time it takes for a movie.

It was fun! However..I had fun when I went but the employees are not great, I went on a trampoline and one of them yelled at me for jumping when my freind had a foot on the trampoline? I think keeping everyone safe is good but these employee ruin any fun as if they where school teachers and if they are not talking to a other person it seems like they are death staring me

I have been to many different trampoline parks and have never seen a park with so many insane rules. I understand being safe and agree the company needs to take certain precautions... but this place takes it to a whole new level. I paid 32 for my kids to jump and they are limited to one small section while no one else is even jumping.Basically if you have any type of toddlers don’t bring them! waste of your money! Not enjoyable for the parents or children as you tell them NO constantlyAlso... very slow process to get in and jump!

My 4 year old had a blast here (as did I). They have a lot of employees watching everyone and are really good at enforcing the rules (only one person per square). They have a lot of creative trampoline configurations that allow for very imaginative entertainment. Its also great excercise; I dont remember getting so winded when I was younger, lol.Great place to bring a family or have a company activity.

A very fun, engaging place where kids can play actively for hours. My only complaints are with how filthy it is was. It wasnt very crowded when we were there, but the bathrooms were pretty bad, there were stains all over the floors in the main seating area where parents hang out, several things were in disrepair, etc.

The rules here compromise having fun. My friend and I both brought our toddlers, and the staff repetitively had to keep telling us that our two kids could not jump together and have fun. Theres a super long trampoline that we paid extra for them to go on, and they wouldnt let them jump together. One person at a time; when they weigh 30 pounds each is not going to break the trampoline. They wont let the kids jump together on the same trampoline in the little launchers area.If you cant jump together like youre used to on your small trampoline at home, then why pay all this money to come with your friends and jump separately? My kids did not have fun being told NO, only one at a time, every 2 minutes by the staff. And worst of all, $14 for a half hour on a Friday night for a toddler is way too expensive. Dont waste your time or money here.

Do not waste your time or money here. This was a terrible experience. We were in town and wanted to take our kids here to jump. Turns out you cant jump at the trampoline park. First we arrived the night prior to check it out. I asked the young man at the front desk about the special (see picture) I saw online and asked him how much it was. He said, Oh the summer special, its $6 a person. I said great, we will be back tomorrow. We arrived the next day and I spoke with the manager. I asked for the summer special and she pretended that she didnt know what I was talking about. She told me there is no special, even though I told her that I not only saw it on the website, but I spoke with an associate the day prior about it. She proceeded to charge me $52 for me , my husband, and my 1 year old and 5 year old to jump for an hour. That is RIDICULOUS! We were told that we had the option to go on 4 different trampolines. We proceeded to make our way over to the first one, it was closed. We tried another one and my children were too short to go on it. We settled on one that had no one in it, since the only other one had a party in it with approximately 20 kids, which I wasnt going to let my little kids into. They started jumping on this large one, and we were immediately told that they are only allowed to jump on it one at a time. My husband asked her how it makes sense that our little kids are only allowed to jump on the trampoline one at a time when it is the largest trampoline we have ever seen, but then 20 kids can be on at the same time on the other one. She said she didnt agree with it either. We then asked if they gave refunds and went back to the manager. She got defensive and asked why, so he told her why. The pricing is ridiculous and the rules are insane. You arent allowed to just go and have fun, and the rules dont make any sense. Dont waste your time here, go elsewhere and have fun for WAY less. 0 stars.

Amazing quality trampolines but there is alot of small children there so be careful.

Trampolines were not very springy. I swear I bottomed out when I jumped in the center. Dirty. Half the place was cordoned off.

This was an absolute waste of money. We stayed for about 10 minutes and we were completely dis satisfied. What is the point of a trampoline if you cant bounce with people. Even the basketball is a single person trampoline. This to me was a huge waste of money. Staff didnt even offer to try an satisfy or refund. Thumbs down

Ridiculous is an understatement for this place. We took the kids to this location at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. As we were filling out the waiver form we were told they would be closing at 8 pm. (They have a 9 pm closing time posted for Saturday). Management needs a refresher on running a business.

It was the worst family event ever ill never ever do it again I had to pay for socks that wear size 10 for my 9 n 10 yr old daughters cause they ran out then I paid 10dollars for my, 1yr old, n I cant go in all the spots like the other kids u cant hold ur, baby hand or hold her but u must sit while my 1yr old figurfigures it out on her own so, many stupid rules too much wasted money n they screwed us on our time then their toy machine took our money n they said too bad.... worst employees ever horriable service no help on understanding rules or whats allowed w lil ones so sad cause my, kiddos n i,were so stoked to go n play n it was the worst never again F that,place 4sure !!

Nearly every time I am in Medford visiting my g-kids we go to Rogue Air. What a blast the kids have each time!

Filthy wont be back

My magical trip started out with the waiver signing. They have 3 I pads which in theory is a great and easy way to fill forms out. All 3 began freezing up. It took around 15 mins to get 3 kids signed up, when it should of took no longer than 3 mins if the Ipads Rogue Air uses were in working order. Once we got all the waivers signed we approached the front desk. We saw the prices clearly displayed on a 50inch tv. The prices were on par with other trampoline parks we had attended. 3 kids 1 hour (no 1/2 hr rates) $42 including 3 pairs of mandatory socks. After that our adventure takes us into the party!All the kids eyes were wide open with excitement and antisipation to conquer all of the trampolines. We changed the kiddos into the brand new stylish super awesome socks we were forced to buy and I noticed this ginormous rule board mounted high above painted in dark crimson red or blood red whichever you prefer. The rules were pretty much straight forward. No flips, ruff housing, pushing, or fun...you know, your standard rules for using a trampoline. Its not like i didnt just sign a waiver that covers every injury up to and including death. But ok we got some rules to follow for the boys.We walked up the platform and my littlest boy (3yrs old) stepped into the multi-Tramp. He was bouncing around and having a blast and thats when the party stopped right before it started. Two of the older kids (both 8yrs old) walked up to an inclined trampoline thats about 25-30 ft in length. They were both stopped at the entrance and told one jumper at time. Both kids looked confused and shocked at what the Rogue Air employee commanded. So as instructed the boys took two separate turns in the giant trampoline. Both lasted around 15 sec. After that the kids tried out the various bouncing contraptions inside Rogue.Flash forward 15 mins and 5 solo trampoline bounces per kid later. My son (whos birthday it was) looks at me and says this is boring jumping alone can we leave?. I tried to talk him out of it and pointed out 1 of the 2 dodge ball courts, one was closed. After I watched 2 teens flip and launch one another in the dodge ball court (they were obviously trampoline veterans) they emptied the court so that the little ones could get a taste of 5 Ds of dodge ball (watch the movie Dodge Ball movie youll thank me later, I gave it 3.5 stars). The kids hopped in and started jumping around and were immediately warned to stop ruff housing. The ruff housing was hard to control Ill admit but 2 8yr olds had nothing on the 2 teens prior whom put on an impressive acrobatic display of skill not moments before.3 boys, 2 parents were all ready to leave after a total of $42 and 20 mins later. It couldnt have come sooner. We left after collecting the kids shoes and saying thank you to the front desk worker who had helped us with the IPad fiasco earlier. I didnt want to complain or moan about our visit. I thought a mildly humorous review would be more helpful for others. Plus not going back is refund enough for me. I gave it 1 star out of 5 due to the fact that the kids had fun for 20% of 1 hour. We almost spent more time signing waivers than jumping. Save your time and hit the Family Fun Center located off of Biddle. Oh yeah and make sure and watch Dodge Ball, Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller are awesome in it! Do not put money in this place went on a weekend that was a 2 hour jump bundle. After driving 2 hours we were told that it was over but we went on a weekend. Staff does not reinforce rules very under staff I will never come back it was a disappointment
