The animatronics show isnt working, I didnt get to see the Legendary Underdog.

This was my second time here. It turned out to be a good deal to host a kids birthday party. A few rides were closed down and several of the arcade games didnt work, but overall the kids had a good time, on both my occasions. And the staff is good, friendly, but sometimes seemed like there wasnt enough staff. Anyway, I love how they have activities for kids of all ages, especially since my 4 kids range from 1-10 years old.

Although a number of the rides are typically either Unmanned or closed we always find enough to make my daughter very happy. The proximity to our house easy parking and severe lack of waiting on lines definitely makes Boomers worth the price and trip. We’ll keep coming back.

Most likely the most popular ride, the roller coaster was broken. Two cement pads where rides should have been were just cement pads. The go kart track was first class! The bumper boats were fun and they have a good miniature golf attraction. The food was served at about room temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, we bought tickets from groupon and spent the day. The kids ran from ride to ride like they owned the place because it was very empty.We had a great time and will likely be back.

I took a party of 9 to Boomers for my twin girls birthday.Only two of the bumper boats worked and one stopped working in the middle of the ride and the customer needed to be fished out.Half the video games didnt work and the ones that did kept eating our coins.The outside carousel wasnt working.The truck ride didnt work.No one was running the roller coaster.The only rides that worked was tea cups, golf, and go carts.

This place is really fun to go to! Even though some of the arcade games didnt work,but its still something me and my family love! It also suck that so many people keep on saying bad reports of the place but I dont really think of It as a problem. Keep up the good work!

Great staff. Gotta say i was surprised and impressed. Some of the machines or games were broken but they had a nice selection and they were attentive. Id recommend the arcade at least, it was the only thing we tried so far. The other activities looked cool for summer though.

My family and I visited this place yesterday; we purchased the Champ passes because the website looked great. The staff were friendly however this place suck!! Not worth the price. The roller coaster wasn’t working. Not many rides to choose from.We will not be visiting this place again.

Great for kids over 10. Great batting cages, need new Go karts, mini golf in good condition, bumper boats fun but not always working.

It’s a really cool place for kids if all the rides are working. The staff is good the only issue i have is that it’s a little too pricey and doesn’t offer much. The food wait is a bit long and the food came out cold.

Terrible and a waste of money.The staff looked miserable. There’s 3 rides. And if you have a child and want to make them feel comfortable on a ride you have to buy a ticket as well. I tried to get on the little train with my sister so she wasn’t alone and couldn’t ride Bc I didn’t purchase the 26$ bracelet. DISGUSTING. Don’t waste your time or money. They should close down already. Ripping people off

I have been here a couple of times the go-karts are ok not amazing but they are fun and there is the rock climbing which is small but also fun then the arcade has a nice amount of games and the Minny golf is nice and the bumper bouts are fun and there is a nice amount of things to do there and if you sign up online its 20 bucks for most of it so for what you are paying its very good

Place is severely dated. Many of the arcade games are ancient, which really wouldnt matter to my 10 year old if they worked properly, which they dont. The seating for the concession is probably in the worst shape, I almost fell INTO the base of the booth when I sat down. Prices are decent. Really enjoyed the staff the most. All very friendly and very attentive. Me and my boys were pretty much the only ones there, and my 10 year old loved the rock wall. He climbed it so many times, that the young man operating it started making up games and timing him to keep him interested. Needs some work for sure, but not a terrible place for the kids on a rainy Thursday.

(A lot of pictures left here are from the outside of Boomers!) Anyway I was dragged to my cousins party and me being the only teen there I realized the toll this place took. It’s time to say goodbye. Many of the arcade machines were from the 90s or early 2000s and need to be updated. They consistently steal my money and employees didn’t bother to help. Not to mention the place reeking of the smell of p**s.

The staff is great on my last visit I seen an electrician making repairs to the facility. My only complaints is about the games usually needing repairs on a daily bases. Need to hire a technician to the payroll.

This place made me and my mom stay so long we were there and we were with my sister and dad we were on the go karts 247 the bumper boats were a family favorite 10x better than adventure land

Ok so I went to this place a few weeks ago to go with my friends. The bumper boat things were going less then a 1 mph and the staff was incredibly rude to me and my friends in the go kart track. The reason was because an adult and her kid bumped into me and the employees blamed me. The arcade sucked, the good games were broken. Although the go karting and rock climbing was actually pretty fun, I wouldn’t go here again

Broken and out of service equipment! Most arcade machines besides being seriously dated, they ate our money. Staff replaced the money but never investigated or put sign on the games. I didnt see a park manager to address my concerns. Long lines to buy tickets. Why couldnt I just give money directly to the ride operator or have kiosk?Theres 1 entire attraction missing. They need to replace it.Prices do not yield a bargain. The train ride was nice. The gokart was nice.This place has a lot missed opportunities. We are going to the other park on it. 112.

Took my grandson and nephew there for his birthday...they had a GREAT time!!! Manager and staff were very friendly. After reading bad reviews, Im glad I checked it out for myself. You cant always believe everything you read!! I will definitely be going back!!

Took my 10 and 8 yr old last minute to Boomers. Staff was so nice! They allowed went above and beyond. Nathan’s was delicious! The workers at bumper boats and go carts were the best! My girls went on the rock wall so many times! We lost tokens in the machine and they immediately replaced them. Thank you Boomers!

Our friends made their daughters birthday. A place that is worth visiting. We enjoy the whole family. You find a lot of variety of games without having to make long lines. Amazing!!!

My 12 and 15 year old grandsons went today. Theu really enjoyed the go karting more than anything else as well as thr mini golf and bumper boats. The rock climbing was also good. Yhe rest was for younger kids. They both had a great time!!

A fun place with good prices. But most of the games take your money. Its disappointing yet the staff is accommodating. Owners have to fix connect four game!!! And update the decore very dark in the hallway.

Fun place to visit. It would have been nice if the people working would have informed us about the special packages they offered. We ended up spending more than we should.

Took my children and that place smelled horrible and the games where from ancient history only a handful worked.. you pay for a champ pass and only 2 things where going and thats go kart and mini golf so that’s a waste it should be half price be only half of the things are running right now!! Such a waste of time need to update that place I don’t see how they still have business!! I know I won’t be returning!!!!!!

It needs a change in management. Brought our 5 year old just to play a few quick games. Id say that 40% of the games were broken or inoperable. Every employee was fixing machines.Didnt go outside but it did look like fun. Fix the games and Id be willing to spend a few bucks there.

I had my oldest daughter 6th birthday party here in 2011 and we had such an amazing time that I decided to give my second daughter her 6th birthday party here. I brought my own tables clothes, napkins, plates and treat cups. I also brought 5 balloons that coincided with my daughters theme. The hostess blew up 3 out of 5 balloons when another party hostess came over and said that she couldn’t blow the remaining 2 balloons, I asked to speak to the general manager and the party hostess came back and informed me that the General Manager said that her answer is still going to be no but if I wanted that she would come over when she was available. Long story short the GM came over and said that because of company policy and a helium shortage they couldnt blow up the remaining small balloons and she would talk to the rude hostess about how she handled the situation. I traveled and hour to get her, chartered a bus and gave this place free advertisement because most of my parents never heard of this place. I will NEVER come back here and for the record the party hostess that were responsible for hosting my daughter party were exceptional. The hostess that was rude, I just learned is a supervisor. Disgusting!

Dont waste your money. None of the Arcade games work. Go to Dave and Busters, Everything is up to date and theres something for everyone.

Gave 3 stars because its always atleast 2 rides down one main ride is always the rollercoaster and boomers always give the same excuse shut down due to maintenance. My kids look forward to roller coaster but its hardly never up & running and u dont get a discount on tickets due to some of the rides not running

Like something from the 1970s. Rides are ancient. Mini golf is small, uncreative and unkempt. Water facilities not active and dont look close to being so. Small arcade with half the games not working properly. Hard to locate and very few people there.

This place is so awesome! It was perfect for our two year old and our ten month old enjoyed it too. There were rides for older kids including go karts, batting cages, mini golf, a full arcade, water tube rides and rock climbing. My little guys had a blast and I was able to ride most of the kiddie rides with them. They also had a choo choo train that rides every hour around the entire park. Everything was very clean, staff was nice and the decor on the inside was really cute. This is so nice to have close to home. There really isnt like anything like it out by me and Im so glad I found out about this place. They have a performance stage and do birthday parties for the kiddies. Its family ran and under new ownership. I had the pleasure of meeting them and theyre great. Definitely a must do and I cant wait to go back! We were the first ones at the park so it looks empty but it filled up shortly after. Also all of the rides were up and running!

This place is absolutely disgusting and completely rundown. Absolutely nothing works in their arcade and the attendants on the rides are not paying attention whatsoever and usually about 50 feet away from the ride they are assigned to. Don’t bother wasting your money or time, and even worse, don’t get your kids excited about this place only to be completely let down. It’s a hole. They should be ashamed of themselves and whoever is running the place should walk away and let someone else who cares get that place back up to par. We won’t be back until then.

Back in the day when I had two young children this place was called Bullwinkles and it was a great place to bring the kids. It was current and up-to-date and fun and safe. There was an accident that occurred with the swings and Bullwinkles removed their name and sold it. The new company was called Boomers and for a while Boomers was a nice place to go and visit with the children. As time progressed the owners stopped updating and maintaining the place. Having just gone there for nostalgic purposes and to bring my now 21 year old son there and take a look at what it was like when he would go there when he was 6 years old. We are amazed at the outside disarray. They almost never have clientele there and I would absolutely never get food there because theres no way they can cycle through the food enough to keep fresh food in there. Basically today we just walked around inside and outside and took a look at the place and were remembering some of the things that we had done there a long time ago. I give it two Stars only because it has a nostalgic place in my life otherwise by the looks of it I would have given it one star. I cant attest for the food, as I wouldnt try any food. There was no one there today but myself and my son.

So they decide to close the outside due to a “chance of rain”. In other words, they want to save a few dollars of staff wages ..... no rain that day so no surprise there. They ruined my daughters birthday! So many other good choices in Long Island - choose anywhere but here!

Just came back from Boomers. This was my second visit, first in summertime. I feel fairly certain the owner is trying to save as much money as possible. Big lack of staff during both of my visits. The wait for food/tickets was a good 20-30 minutes just to get to the register of which there are only 2. The poor staff seem completely stressed. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Rides outside were nice, but not enough staff to run all the rides, they were run in shifts. The roller coaster was closed for the season while supposedly waiting for parts from Italy. Was told it didnt pass inspection, but the owner thought it was fine. Interesting thing to tell customers. More staff and registers would greatly improve the customers experience.

Website says it has three mini golf courses, it only has one. It was poorly maintained. Greens were ripped up, Weeds on the green itself and structures were rotted and missing. Batting cages were undocumented so you had to figure out how to use then by trial and error. The go carts were poorly maintained but we managed to have a good time with them. Half the arcade games were out of order, most of the others stole your coins. Only one cashier 4 tokens, food, and admission so it was constantly a line.

My family and I went to Boomers and everyone had a great time. My husband and bigger kids enjoyed the go carts and the smaller children enjoyed the rides. The majority of the games in the Arcade room were either unplugged or not working but the staff were readily available to replace the tokens.

No amusements other than interior carousel until 4 pm.Machines out. No credit cards or ATM due to outage, no backup plan. The Staff however was AWESOME!

It was really fun on the go kart, but everything else was either for little children or broken. A lot of the Arcade games were broke. Overall I did have fun but, was a little disappointed in the lack of maintenance.

Went for a bday party. Pizza was boring, like Dominos. Not from a pizza parlor. Looks like its stuck in the 80s. I remember going when I was my kids ages decades ago. Only fun part was the go carts. But expensive

Most of the arcade games do not work or they do not print out your earned tickets. Oh and Be prepared to wait for someone to operate a ride. It seems like there is one operator working 2 or 3. However the staff is extremely accommodating and really nice.

The last time I was there my fathers car keys went missing and he asked a guy to help him look and the guy had the keys and would not give it to him horrible horrible experience would never come back and ESPECIALLY random KIDS TRYING TO BLOW OUT MY FIVE YEAR OLD BROTHER AND THE KIDS WHERE ELEVEN worst place in the world.

The reviews are all true. However, its a cool place to be if you are trying to get the kids out of the house. The go-karts and bumper boats were cool. Boomers needs to invest in this place it has a whole lot of potential. They definitely need more staff, some of the employees are responsible for overseeing two rides so they alternate between the rides. This has the potential for someone to get hurt.

Great place especially for toddlers. Lots of great little rides for active little ones. We have a blast every time we go.

Long story short:1. Bathrooms are not maintained properly. Huge piss puddles in front of the urinals and toilets, and they smell gross.2. The line for the food took forever and when I finally got to the front theres no bottled water. How could you not have any bottled water in stock?3. The dining area was dirty and unkempt. The garbage was overflowing and having to sit there and eat while looking at piles of trash was disgusting.4. Miniature golf clubs were lacking. I was told by an employee to look by the shack by the 18th hole. I shouldnt have to search the park for a club. They should be behind the counter.5. They need more people working. There didnt seem to be enough employees on the property.Do not waste your time or your money here. Thee are other cleaner, more palatable alternatives very close by....

Kids loved it!!! Cant wait to come back when weather is better outside. Even on rainy days its perfect for the kids and family!!

This place sucks. I dont recommend it to anyone. Whether its spending a couple of hrs or doing a party. Prices are ridiculous you are better off going to adventure land. Staff gave total of points for tickets and was totally off not the right amount. This place is RUN very poorly.

My friends & I brought our kids to this place & we all had a great time . The rides , the rock climbing & playing golf was a great experience! I would def return again.

Went to play mini golf and when you hit the ball it goes away from the hole. There was no breeze. The side of the building is all dirty and half the machine didn’t work. 95 degrees so close the water attraction how does that make sense. The staff were cleaning the ponds while people were around and they were the most disgusting thing I’ve seen. One worker detached a hose and got me and my family a little bit wet. It felt good but he should’ve waited. Will not recommend. Change your ways

I brought my 2.5 year old daughter to go on kiddie rides. 2 kiddie rides were closed and the others didnt have anyone operating them. You had to go find someone and ask them to operate it. I thought shed be able to go on some other rides as long as I went on with her but not so. Took 15 minutes to wait for 2 hot dogs even though no one else was waiting for food. Many arcade games are broken. Token machine was not working. I have to say the kids that were working the inside area were very very nice and patient and were doing their best.

So, depsite reading all the negative reviews I still decided to give this place a chance to see what it was really about. To start, the facility had plenty of cool arcade machines, but as stated in previous review a vast majority of there machines are OUT OF SERVICE. The ones that werent out of service took my money twice. I had to ask an employee for assistance and they were courteous but it was still annoying. There arent many rides there either as I thought there would be. The had a go-kart ride which was the only thing I enjoyed. Also, there was only two employees operating the rides so me and my kids had to wait more than 10 minutes to get on a ride that lasted for 2 minutes. The owner of this establishment really needs to read these reviews and address these issues. None of what saying is meant to be derogatory, its all just factual and needs to be fixed.

Fun place to take kids to. The outdoor activities are fun for toddlers and for kids up to age 12. Except the GoKart race where teenagers get to enjoy. Golf course is fun too and the Bumper Boats.The indoor arcade games are ok. Some of them are not working properly and I hope they fix that soon. Its not fun when the tokens are wasted. Rock climbing inside the arcade area is fun for kids of all ages.Overall, its a great place to take kids in summer. Reasonable price when you buy tickets online and get Groupon deal. So anyone out there looking for tickets do check deals on Groupon.

Went here with my 3 yr old over the weekend, close to none of the arcade games were working. There was no air conditioning in the place, I felt really bad for the staff. The staff was very nice and received many complaints and tried to be accommodating given the conditions. They are understaffed as well. This place could be really nice and popular but the upkeep just isnt being done. There are other places I will go to next time where the games and AC work.

Just came from this place. I spent over $350 and I had such a horrible experience. The supposed manager was horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. She was very rude and just horrible. Save your money and go anywhere else but here. The place should close down. Soo many games don’t work and they don’t have enough staff to run the outdoors games. HORRIBLE MANAGER.

I went there with my 12 year old daughter and my friend with her 12 year old and 3 year old.. We bought the $19.99 tickets which included everything! Well, most of the rides were closed, the 3 year wouldnt go alone and wasnt allowed on rides without an adult (and we had flip flops-no riding for us). The token machines didnt work or if they did, didnt give tickets. It was a very stressful day. I honestly dont know how this place lasted so long.

Friendly staff and some fun stuff to do but I saw two go karts and two games break while I was there...

Worst Go-karts ever. I bought two champ passes to have unlimited rides and it was NOT worth it. You start out go karting by sitting behind running engines for 10 minutes breathing in the fumes. Then when it finally starts NONE of the breaks work, when we asked the staff they said you have to push it all the way down *eye roll* Then while in the middle of the race all the go karts stopped and we were stuck on the track not able to go anywhere for ten minutes!!!!! Breathing in those fumes for ten more minutes and i was done. Add in the fact that the track is covered in rocks that get kicked up into your eyes and this is why i dont suggest spending even one cent on these go karts.

I went today for the Easter Extravaganza and was pleasantly surprised as the staff and the Manager Laura was very helpful and courteous. My grandson had a great time and tho the food selection was limited because the summer menu isnt out yet, the food we had was great and we had lots of fun!!!

Brought my kids for the first time the other day and many of the machines inside didnt work and will take your money. Gave up after awhile. Mini golf course was pretty decent but the go carts were a little disappointing. So many rules....wouldnt even let me record video. All in all it was an ok but expensive experience....I dont believe I will be returning

My Boomers experience was an awful one, the website is accurate and should not be depended upon for reliable facts such as opening/ closing hours. Customer service is lacking quality, the cleanliness of Boomers is horrendous with trash everywhere and dirty conditions. If there is a zero star option I would have rated Boomers as such.

This place is going down hill fast...11 attractions but only two workers operating the rides. My children had to wait until the operators opened a new ride. I will not be coming back here.

Six hours ago, I just came from this place. And this place sucks.When I first enter into the building, I started to sweat in 5 minutes. You cant just have a place hot like this.When I had to use the bathroom, it sure smells in there. The floor is sticky, there is no paper towels, the toilets are dirty, and theres is barely any soap.In the cafeteria, the seats and floor are dirty. In one of the seat there was gum and I sat on it. Now lets talk about the food. The food is not that bad. But its just that the refreshments and food are expensive.This is what totally ticked me off. The Arcade games. The arcade is far from good. One: Most of the games are either broken or broken (70%), or doesnt give tickets or the right amount of tickets (10%). Also, Boomers need to upgrade their arcade . Arcade companies have new games such as Jurassic Park, Mario Kart, and Batman. When you want to cash your tickets, they dont have anything but whack stuff. They have stuff such as video games/consoles, plush toys, key chains.But the good things that I like about Boomers is outside (kiddy rides, batting cages, go-karts, miniature golf, and bumper boats). The outdoor attractions are actually fun.So thats its. My final score is 45%= 2.25 stars.

Havent went here in a long time and went there the other day with some friends and played some games and let the kids loose and play games while the big kids went to play games as well the staff was great

Boomers was such a nice place to take your kids years ago. Now, its terrible. Alot of the arcade games dont even work and the food is terrible. It needs big time renovations!

My step-son loves to go here so we do. However there are more broken video games with each visit. And by broken I dont mean an OUT OF ORDER sign. By broken I mean: I lose tokens in the process of discovering for myself that the game is broken. I gave an extra star because they fixed a few since my last visit. Hopefully they have more fixed the next time I go and I can give another star.
