Ok this place gets my approval of a good time in the sun. water, water and water!

You cant take any food or drink in and I understand they want you to buy from the concession areas and not leave messes everywhere. They actually check your bags before you go in and we had to leave our water in the car. The kids area was great for kids under 48 inches. The life guards were quick to blow the whistle at any kids without a red band in the little kids area. The wave pool was fun and crowded. The lazy river was nice and the bigger slides were fun too. The bathroom and shower area is very outdated and not clean. Several showers didnt work in the womens and none had curtains or anywhere to hang a towel or bag. This is not convenient at all. I live about an hour from here and might return next year but hope they can make some bathroom improvements before I return.

As an adult i was looking fwd to the wave pool and for now appernt reason they wont open the only pool deep enough for someone my age to enjoy. also, there is no flow control in the lazy river.

This is a fun place to relax and cool off in the summer months. Bring your kids and enjoy a day in the water at our local water park. I hear people from all over come to visit the Splash House here in Grant County. I’ll try to see if I can post my photos and video clips from past visits.

Loved it in the morningThe later it got it got packed and there were teenagers there who were very rude! They not only took our table that had our stuff at it but they were sitting in the seat with our bag! Who does that? Other then that the prices were good and the hotdogs were not bad and we had a ton of fun. Will for sure be going back.

To be honest there is like 4 things to do. It’s a very nice place but it is also very small for a splash house because it’s a water park not a splash house. It’s worth it but they need to add 50+ acres

Great for both little kids and older kids. Not too expensive. It does get full and crowded really fast but that is a testimony to how fun this place is. I took my nieces and nephews while I was up from Florida they loved it. We were having so much fun time flew by!

I took my granddaughter for the first time. We had a really good time. There’s a lot to do for young kids!

Place was so much fun for the first few hours we were there, until about 30 minutes until close. I’ll start with the positives: lazy river was so nice and relaxing, the water slides were nice, and the wave pool is great and gets intense and it’s really fun! but then the negative is the staff. One lifeguard blew a whistle at 2 young girls who were about 12 and maybe 10 who were with their mother and doing absolutely nothing and were perfectly capable of swimming. Me and my older sister asked the lifeguard why the two girls weren’t allowed to swim and he proceeded to say “they were barley making it over the waves” the girls were taller than my younger brother who is 10. Then, they decided to go blow the whistle at my niece and told her that my other niece and her were too small to swim in two feet and she’s 7 and didn’t even have a wristband and could ride the water slides. He grabbed one of the other managers and she came over and asked us if we had a problem while he watched and listens to our conversation silently. My other niece is 13 and is almost the same height as me and i’m 5’5. The lifeguards guarding the wave pool were very rude and were pointing and laughing at us and the lifeguard that blew the whistle proceeded to tell all the staff and was very obvious about it. We went to calmly talk to the manager and she was absolutely no help and wasn’t listening to anything we were saying. After we left we could hear the staff all the way from outside of the park talking about the situation making us all feel uncomfortable. We loved the place, it was just the staff that was awful. Not trying to pull the race card, but the people they were blowing the whistle at were black, including my niece.

This price is really cheap great for your money and the staff is friendly we fed 5 people under 20 bucks it was pretty nice. Highly recommended its worth the travel no matter where youre from. I go there then go to my community pool as it is way better and its something different

Yes its small. But fun. Three slides, a lazy river, wave pool, and a small childrens area. Very inexpensive. Spent the day there with family plenty to keep the kids entertained,and the wave pool is fun for the adults and children that can swim.

Very nice facility for a fair price. Great for the family on a hot summer day. Be warned , its really more of a kid attraction in my view as it lacks a regular pool. Just a huge splash pad and slides. Large wave pool , but not something you can relax in. You can attempt to relax in the lazy river , but youll probably be bumping into someone, plus it doesnt last that long .

Spent a warm afternoon there. The kids loved it and stayed busy with the water slides and wave pool. The water was a little cold for me, but they didnt mind it.

Nice little park. Clean and well kept. Food is reasonably priced. Id like to give it 5 stars but I had to deduct for one very quirky policy they have that is extremely annoying. Theres a small area dedicated to little kids/toddlers. The problem is when I say its for the toddlers, they mean it. They wont even let the parents/adults go onto the structure to help their children. They blow their whistles all day, without exaggeration, to no end. Its very strange and very, very annoying. Otherwise, its a nice little park in the middle of nowhere.

So fun, showers are okay. Water is clean and the life guards seemed to be very alert. The waves are genuinely intense in the wave pool so I would be careful about wearing looser bikinis lol. Great for adults and kids! And cheap!

This is an incredibly fun place to take your kids! Plenty of stuff to do for the whole family, from water slides, to a wave pool and even a lazy river for relaxing. If you have smaller children there is even an area for them. The life guards are very attentive and rotate often. The worst thing about this park is how popular it is! Get there early!

Absolutely great place. I was apprehensive after reading the google reviews. But some people obviously have a authority problems. The rules are posted and all the life guards were always willing to answer questions. No food or drink inside but you can bring a cooler and return to your car at any time. Will definitely be back.

This is one of the best water parks Ive ever been to. Its all the fun of Holiday World Splashin Safari, without the crowded lines. I went there last week and had a memorable time.

I bought a Groupon for $13 for admission of four people to this water park. My boys are 4 and 6, they had a great time. They have 3 slides, a lazy river, wave pool, and smaller pool for the little ones. I would definitely go back. Concession stand prices werent bad either. They had plenty of lifeguards around all of the swimming ares.

Had a lovely day. Not too crowded. Bottled water for a 1.00. Pizza, hot dogs, walking tacos, hamburgers and soda pop. Not real expensive. Will go again!

It was definitely a fun place to be, if only for the wave pool and lazy River.the slides were sub par and hazardous.the large slide was painful to ride down.The concession stand was decently priced but a hell of a trek though.

Awesome place. Fair on entrance fee. Only $8 for adults. Small locker rental $6 for all day. Snack bar prices all very reasonable compared to other theme parks and water parks.

This place is sooo AWESOME because they have a little bit of everything...from the kiddie pool to the slides to the waves and to the lazy river...they have it ALL! And the best thing is the food is GREAT also prices are mind blowing....you will not find a great place like this for the price you pay....cheap cheap cheap...

Surprisingly good, especially mid day on a weekday when the lines are short and its not crowded. The wave pool is a bit aggressive compared to others, and weve been to many, but can be fun if you and your kids are prepared. My only complaint is that they close early and their season is too short. Its still hot in August and September (and early October this year!), they should run some afternoon and evening hours on weekdays, and not just on the weekends!

Even with the wave pool closed, we had an awesome time. Super clean, enough seating, and the lifeguards were excellent, keeping the childs section just for the little ones.

Fun local water park. One must have patience, however, as there are chances of awesome wave pool or water rides being shut down, but its for a good cause of concern of safety.

Not happy at all drove an hour and a half to get her for the water slide to not be open!! I have a youngest with autism and they won’t let her play on the small play area!! Wish I could have my money back my teenagers aren’t even swimming this place is a joke!! Will not be returning will make a little further drive to Kong’s Island!!

The water was great. The wave pool was fun. The lazy river relaxing. The concessions didnt have half of their menu available.

Excellent waterpark. Clean and well kept. The slides are a bit rough on the back where each piece connects is one of my biggest concerns.Also the wave pool was down and they didnt have that information on the website. Its one of the main reasons we wanted to go. That was a huge disappointment. But all in all great experience.So many people showed up and it got a bit crowded but thats to be expected.

Pretty nice place. They were out of water, they were out of hot dog buns, they were out of ketchup. Pretty disappointing since they dont let you bring any of your own drinks. Facility is very nice, pool and lazy river is very nice.

The manager and staff here take great care of my family and The American Legion Post #10 Juniors. I cant speak highly enough of them.

Always a great time when we come here. I have 3 yr old and she loves the kid part.

My daughter had my phone and she was the one who went but Im still going to say its a great place to swim and take kids.

So much enjoyment can be had here, though my favorite is the wave pool, which goes for 10 minutes with 10 minute intervals between each sessions. Its so much fun to enjoy the water during a hot summer day!

My kids and I have visited here 4 times now over a span of 3 years. We try to come at least once a year and always enjoy ourselves.

Kids area is pretty cool. Forget about it if your kid is over 48 or if they might need help getting around. Saw a mother helping her autistic child and lifegaurd yelled at her for being on the kids area. Staff was rude. Not enough chairs for the amount of people who get let in. No outside food or water. Left a lot to be desired for the price.

Very crowded. Overall still had fun but they should limit the amount of people or get more chairs. Having an option to sit in grass is fine but being forced to because of over crowding sucks. Also they were out of half the food at the concession stand witch blows.

Bought tickets for here on Groupon like I’m sure a lot of people did. If you don’t live in Marion, it is NOT worth the drive. It was just okay. Not as big as I was expecting. My family were quickly bored and ready to leave. They don’t have a regular swimming area. You can’t bring in food or drinks like a lot of pools and water parks allow. Sure you can pass out and come back in but...meh. The showers and changing area had no curtains. The lifeguards were extremely whistle happy, blowing at everyone for everything. Won’t be returning.

Place was nice, clean, fun. Staff were kind of rude and they were very strict with rules. For example we could not bring in water for our 2yr old.

Dont go on an unusually hot day cause it will be crowded and there arent really any places to avoid the sun even if you brought sunscreen. And you would need it. You also may want to invest in some water shoes as the ground can be unforgiving on bare feet. Wont be visiting again.

The facility itself was nice but the lifeguards leave a lot to be desired. Most of the 3 hours that we were there in the wave pool I noticed that 90% of the time the lifeguards were not even paying attention to the swimmers as they were too busy talking with each other. They need to have better, more trained lifeguards in my opinion.

Good clean fun. Wave pool is my favorite part, they have bigger waves for one hour of the day, the power hour and those waves can really throw you around. Three slides, one of them is the toilet bowl and its a thrill, although it can hurt your back. Lazy river is meh, the titular splash is great for little kids, its a giant bucket that fills every few minutes and then dumps in a giant splash.

Weve visited 5 times and always have a great time! A little crowded at times but still a good time for a great price.

It is a place where you hang out with friends in rhe water. They have this big scary toilet thing as a water slide. For people who are scared of that they also have two tinier slides. It is a great place.

Favorite place to swim

Took our grandsons to Marion Splash House today and they had an amazing time. The staff members were extremely helpful and polite. The snack bar was reasonably priced. Guards were professional and attentive. Would recommend this park and am planning on going back this summer.

Nice water park, its small but good enough to have some fun

Weve been visiting for the last 5yrs and each time the family has a great time. We love the new corn hole and chess set they have. One improvement could be the customer service at the table where they give wristbands. Im huge on first encounters and the value they bring to public attractions.

Had a great time with our family there, bathrooms were pretty gross and could have been cooler while we were getting dressed but other than that we had a great time , the many lifeguards were great at paying attention and kept everyone in line

Had a groupon which made the tripe really worth it. I have 3 kids with 5 years between each. This was a greatvplave to give each one something to do. Most of the staff was courteous. Bathrooms arent super clean and the toilet stall is the only place to change as all the shower curtains are gone. Didnt utilize refreshment stand.

There walking tacos suck !!!! , no lettuce , tomato or sour cream , but other than that awesome place , prices are reasonable will be back

It was something my toddler really enjoyed and wants to go back. I enjoyed it more in past years when you.were allowed a cooler with water. It was 95 degrees yesterday and their water fill station wasnt working. I had a.cooler full I wasnt allowed to bring in. No water pressure to wash hands I the bathrooms. We may try again because Ive been lots of times before and never seen it quite like this before.

The only negatives in my opinion are not allowing guest to bring in their own water bottles. Expensive to buy inside the facility. Do not purchase a hamburger inside at the food stand. Absolutely no flavor and way to much liquid cheese on it. No salt or pepper provided. May of helped the taste. Would pay a little extra to have sandwich cheese in it. Hot dogs could of been a little warmer. Will visit again. Just make the food inside worth the price.

Was way over crowded need to expand badly. Staff was some what friendly. Didnt like they took baby needs away from babies. Not cool. Chlorine smell was high. Over all wasnt horrible just to many people in such a small place couldnt really enjoy time for money spent.

The concession stand employees need to be taught manners and basic work. they don’t listen and get ur food when u ask more than once. they r rude when u get frustrated bc it’s been ten minutes and u still don’t have ur dots. so the concession stand is not very reliable

Use a Groupon to get in. As I was driving thru Marion, I was beginning to wonder where this park was. Its smack dab in the middle of housing and some major streets. I do have to admit that it is a very nice splash park for the location. It has a large wave machine that out does some other well know theme parks in the Midwest. The lazy river s small and circular. I didnt try the slides, but they look fun, however small. The consession stand is reasonable priced. $1.50 for hit dogs, $2 for novelty ice creams, for a group of 6 I payed about $30 total for a light lunch. They have an awning so you can get some shade and about a dozen tables with umbrellas. The place was clean and the staff professional. The definitely kept the running to a minimum and the water had to be shocked while we were there due a child doing what they do naturally and making a mess in the pool. Its worth a day in the sun for some fun, be sure to bring su glasses and sunscreen.

The actual facility is great! Clean pools, nice place for kids, the concession stand had reasonable food prices....BUT the staff is awful. Most of the staff were younger, most were very rude and looked like they hate their life. I was ordering from the concession and the young lady taking my order stop mid order to answer her personal cell phone and acted very annoyed with me. I wont be back anytime soon, which is unfortunate.

Definitely the worst water park ive been to. parents cant help theyre children up on the childrens play equipment. I watched two children fall on the play equipment and the parents had whistles blown at them for trying to go up and pick up their children. also watched a 6, 7, and 9 year old get kicked off the play equpment for being too tall. instead of pulling tubes out of the lazy river lifeguards were throwing them back in the water and blowing whistles at people trying to grab tubes out of the water to float on the lazy river. Will not return and do not recommend.

Amazing quiet and just tucked away in an easy to get to in a small town minutes away from main highways.Very clean,friendly, and one of the most affordable places to visit and the concessions are priced very low for very good products. One of Indianas best kept little secrets.no lines, plenty of room and cool water ,bring the kids, mom dad , and the grandparents.Loved the place

It was very crowded. The lines to get a tube for the lazy river were very long. Once you got a tube there were so many people in the lazy river you were constantly bumping into each other. You arent allowed to take in food or drinks. No big deal, except the line for the concession stand was about an hour wait. Once we finally got to order, we found out they were out of almost everything.... including water and Gatorade! Overall, not a great experience but the kids had an ok time.

Awesome placeLoved the water park. Food is very cheaply priced. Loved the lazy river. Only things that I have against it is there is no shade. Need to buy some umbrellas for people to use around the park. You do not have the slide that is on your groupon picture. Your restrooms are very dirty and you really dont have anywhere to change your clothes. If it wasnt for those issues I would have given the water park a five star rating.

Great facility overall, with a few quirks.Cons: Whoever is in charge of the rules doesnt have kids, they just read about them in a book. Parents cant go down the kiddie slide with their kids. Cant be on the kiddie equipment at all unless their kids are right with them, so I couldnt go down the kiddie slide to encourage my son to do so.Snack bar is a little basic, a hamburger is just a bun and patty, no cheese or veggies available- just ketchup and mustard.The wave pool and slides are great, though! Nicely equipped, plenty of staff, and things seem to be well maintained. Its nice to have 2-year-olds and under get in free.
