A nice Lookout along the Backbone Trail, near Sandstone Peak, the highest point in the Santa Monica Mtns.

Sorry but there are like 500 inspiration points in the LA area. I get that the beauty inspired someone...but the naming is uninspired. Otherwise a nice spot.

Great view, worth the (very bumpy) trek to get there. Make sure to wear sand shoes (your ankles will thank you)
