Sometimes it can be dirty but love it. It is a lake so there will be algae, moss, seaweed, etc. It still is pretty nice. Its not too crowded. Its like a medium area that makes you feel comfortable because not too many people are there. Just an area to hang out with your family and have fun! I totally reccomend.

Beautiful but very small area. There are two picnic tables and a very small beach. There really wasnt a place to sit and enjoy the view in the shade so we did not do more than walk down and turn around.

This park doesnt exist, forget you saw it listed. It is totally not a hidden awesome resource that makes living in this neighborhood extra attractive.

Small sandy beach on the banks of Lake Mendota. We made sand castles and dipped our toes in the cold May water. This spot is near the Spring Harbor Boat Launch. Parking across the street.

Nice little local beach thats only good to bring little kids or pets. I wouldnt recommend getting in the water though, lots of algae floating about. Good place to BBQ or just sit down and relax.

Great Park. Not usually busy on basketball courts. Usually younger kids. My kids are a bit older so great Park for basketball and frisbee. Playground is geared toward younger children.

Cute beach, but very small, bathroom was closed and feels a bit like it is mainly meant for locals on the street.

Beautiful beach. Nice sand area for kids to play, big flat lawn to lounge in. Parking near by with a public restroom as well. In the summer, good place to swim. In the winter, good place to walk out onto the ice and explore. Never a crowded place either
