A nice place to take your younger kids. Could definitely use a little updating but all in all we had a good experience. I definitely suggest looking online for deals to this hotel prior to booking because there are definitely some good deals out there!

We booked the facility for a first birthday party that we’ll be having in March. We tested it out to see how much our 6 month old would love it earlier and she had a blast! Small enough to not be overwhelming but still plenty of fun for kids of all ages. She loved going down the slide with daddy and enjoyed the bubbling water features. The birthday room we selected for the part overlooks the pool and should be perfect for food, cake and presents. The package also includes pizza and soda. Such a fun place for the kids! :)

Our little guy has a blast with his buddy. The adults loved the big slide and the hot tub. Since most visitors have a room, the bathroom and changing facilities are minimal -- too minimal for a visitor who is not also an overnight guest. I can imagine that might be an issue for anyone who has to check out on the day they visit the facility. That was my only knock on the place. We had a great time.

Showed up to a room that reaked of cigarette smoke. They were very nice and moved us to another room. This room the hot water handle on the tub is broke and there was a switch one of the lamps that was also broke. Thought we would give the pool a chance to redeem the place. It only got worse.... The lifeguard who was extremely rude had half the water park shut down on Memorial weekend because she was understaffed Someone didnt show up for work?? The manager happened to walk in apologizes and says sorry its only her (the managers) second day on the job. Really??? We tried our best to enjoy the half of the pool that was open along with about 40 other guests all the while the lifeguard is on her phone... Turns out she is trying to get the pool shut down early (on a holiday weekend!!!) A full hour and a half before the water park is supposed to close she kicks us all out! Im thinking you have to be kidding me!?!?. Long story short, the place was a joke. I will say they did comp our room for the night but the damage was already done! If I could give them zero stars I would. Holiday Inn you have a lot of work to do at this property. Oh and the ceiling is ready to fall right above the water park!! Look out below?!? See pictures

Dont expect Dells quality facilities. But it will do. Kids like it. Its definitely not maintained super well, but good enough. Big pool was closed while we were there due to contamination (ie: kid pooped in the pool). Have gone to a birthday party there, which was fun. Again, if youre not expecting Dells quality water park/hotel, then you will be fine. It works for what you want it to. Employees were very friendly.

Great place for family fun ! It isnt the biggest place around ,but there is enough room to have a great time if youre not a stick in the mud like some of the peoples reviews reveal.

I would rate between a 3 or 4. The hotel is under construction for updates. We will be back again because for the 4 year old it was the perfect size. However for the 16 year old not so much to do in the eater park. One slide and basketball hoop. The slide isnt that large. For a mini getaway it was nice. Hopefully it will get better with the updates. Our room was clean the lobby area was clean. The restroom in the waterpark needed to be cleaned.

Cool little place to have fun but usually packed full

This was a great hotel to stay at. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all very helpful, friendly, and timely whenever we asked for anything. The pool is perfect for young children, not as big as we expected but perfect for 2 year old and I think up to about 8 to 10 years old. The room was huge, clean, and up to date with a nice TV, Bunk-bed for the kids and nice bed for us. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great as well. Really fast service, felt like we were the only guests they were treating. Highly recommend.

The kids loved it. Not much for adults. Our family had fun just because of the kids.

This is a fun place to take the kids when the weather is bad or just because. Crawdaddy Cove is locates inside the Holiday Inn Express near old Sauk road.There is one large slide and two smaller ones. There is also a kiddie pool and a bigger kids pool.

Great place for young children! Fun water park

The hotel looked very nice. We went in to go get changed to use the waterpark and the changing room was filthy and had a horrible smell. Had to go use one of the hotel bathrooms. The water park water was warm but the place was very outdated. Everything was chipping, paint missing and falling apart.

Really enjoyed our visit here on a quiet Sunday evening. The pool side rooms were on the first floor with high, majestic ceilings and adjoining rooms which was quite fun.The staff was kind and the rooms were not musty at all.The water park has a spacious hot tub, a side for the bigger kids with a nice water slide, and another section for the smaller ones. There is a bar, tables beside the pool, and a separate room room for birthday parties. The restrooms included a shower and a stall.The air inside the water park was quite warm, the pools were heated, and there were plenty of towels to dry off conveniently located near the pool. The water did not seem to be overly chlorinated.To use the water park, you’ll need wristbands purchased in addition to your room fee. The posted rules say that whether you are swimming or not you will need a wristband to be in the pool area. Outside food and drink is not permitted, though it can be ordered from the onsite Italian restaurant, Benvenutos.We would go back, especially during the winter months because it is well-heated and well-maintained.

First off its inside a hotel. Mostly for little kids and small size teenagers. A basketball hoop in the pool. A little areafor parties, abig slide. And the kiddy ship where the slide had some pieces peeling off. Says Seim at your own risk and no lifeguard on duty yet theres lifeguards. Basically you can just swim around the little pool.

Visited for the first time this afternoon, and it was a PERFECT place for two 5-year olds to enjoy the afternoon! The water park is appropriately sized for young kids, but also offers a hot tub for parents and an option to order food/drinks. For just $15 per swimmer, its a great way to spend a cold/rainy day.

Had my sons birthday party here and everyone absolutely loved it. They handled everything, including decorating, and the food was great. Thank you for making my sons birthday one to remember.

1. When we arrived the day of my daughter’s birthday party, they had given our room away and decided to put us up on the 3rd floor instead of the 1st floor poolside room we were promised. Super inconvenient for 5 year olds to walk 3 flights every time they need something.2. The party planner seemed stunned by the number of people we had attending, even though I called it in a full week before. He tried to put us in the 12 person room when we had more like 24. Thankfully he decided to move us to the upstairs room.3. We were overcharged for food. The party planner talked us into ordering more, at a given price, when that price was merely added onto the total and not substituted for the original price. (He told us he’d charge $25 for a salad instead of $12, but $12 never came OFF the bill, $25 was ADDED)4. I never saw the party planner ONCE during the party, I had to go all the way to the front desk if I needed something, and for that we were charged a 20% gratuity.5. After the pool closed, a group of adults decided to drink on the balcony outside our room until midnight. I tried to call the desk twice (no answer) and had to physically go to the desk twice to complain of the noise.6. The heater in another room from my party cycled every 10 minutes like it was landing at OHare.7. None of the party information is consistent. The contract I signed at one point said 5 adults, then in another said 10 adults. My contract said $375, but all the posters around the hotel said $325.

Very nice indoor waterpark with many sides for kids to keep busy. Some parts of park need a little up keep but in decent condition. Area has plenty of competition for other things to do.

Fun for kids. A great option especially in winter. Cost is $15 per person swimming. If you just sit and supervise kids you dont have to pay.

We will never stay here again.One of the bunk bed mattresses reeked of urine. The staff wasnt nice about us needing a different mattress.This is the smallest suite Ive ever stayed in.They are so under staffed tonight that they arent even answering the phone.The WiFi sucks. Good luck streaming anything. And kiss your battery life goodbye.Also, this shouldnt be called a water park.

Not a water park... Its simply a small in door pool with tacky foliage for decorations and a small slide. Maybe very exciting for very small 1-6 year-olds. Not to mention the rooms are old and cheaply decorated. Stating this is a water park is false advertising at its worst. PLEASE, Dont waste your time or money!!

Such a fun location. Great for younger kids who are ok with smaller slides. Amazing place to visit in the cold of Wisconsin winter.

Disappointed! Not what we thought. The only waterslide for kids over 5 was closed. We had a used towel and food under the bed when we checked in. The dells is 30 minutes away worth the extra gas money. We were given a pass to their hotel restraunt because of the 45 minute extra wait time. The food was gross!! We will not be back!!!

We came for my sons 6th birthday and him and my step son had a blast. We relaxed in the hot tub, and swam with the kids and had so much fun. Its great for families and mom and dad can still have fun as well. Were going back for my step sons 7th birthday. My boys are 6 months apart and theyd rather come here the bowling or even chucky cheese. Cant wait to go back.
