I am here 3x a day 7 days a week, as Im caregiver to someone Ive known for 22 years: he has numerous health concerns. The grounds of the Park depends on the spots occupied by trailer owners. Some lawns, trailers, are up kept in a great way, others are not.

Cute community near shopping centers, with secure mailboxes, nice homes, and lots of beautiful trees. School busses pick up & drop off the kids for school. The community is located right across the street from a gas station & laundromat.

Im currently waiting on a lot for my class a rv, and when I called customer service were very nice and helpful and communicated everything I needed to know I can’t wait to be a future resident

Many years ago, this was a great community to live in. When Oak park terrace was owned by a private family, problems were handled in a timely manner. Our streets were plowed shortly after a snowfall in the winter, and were repaired in the spring if they needed repair. Our playground and the few vacant lots were maintained by maintenance and always looked very nice. The owners were very involved and in-touch with their residents. After the Lake Shore Management company bought Oak park terrace, this became a very unsightly and uncaring community to live in! For the last 9 years the company has failed to uphold basic standards for its residents. It will normally take them days to remove snow from the streets after a snowfall, and the condition of the streets for several years was beyond poor. The company does not stay involved at all. Now there are more empty lots then iv ever seen because families are leaving. The empty lots as well as the playground area are rarely mowed and kept up. Minus the brand new houses they have put in, Oak park terrace has become disgusting looking community. I would not recommend this community to any of my friends or family members as a great place to live!

A good place to keep your mobile home. Ever been there numerous times to visit people its always quiet and safe. The property is well kept. I have no complaints.

I wont recommend this mobile home park to anyone. Exorbitant yearly rent increases for a park that is terribly unkempt. Very poor management and maintenance. They brought in a few new homes over a year ago and didnt even do the landscaping around the new slabs. They look awful! They cant even take care of their own vacant lots but will expect you to take care of yours. Think long and hard before you decide moving into this park!

Dont waste your time like we did...Drove through here today and this place is an awful run down eye sore that should be closed down.

Its a shame i cant give a negative star rating so one star it is. This place is the horrible at best. Rules only apply to some people instead of everyone especially parking and what you can and cannot have in your yard. During winter roads are rarely plowed and when plowed its done horribly. Our sewer drain backs up at least twice a year , roto rooter said its either a root or damaged pipe 50 or more feet away and the last 2 times the management made us pay for roto rooter even though i dont own the pipe or the property. The trailer parks electrical box that powers our home is from like 1950 with a large fuse yes a fuse! If we run any two of washer, dryer, vacuum, air con, or microwave it blows the fuse and we lose all power. We have yet to find a manager who will fix these dangers.

She loves to evict people and very rude stay away!!!!

The manager is very rude and has no clue how to run the park. Moving all these new trailers in and not taking care of the obvious problems. When they redid the road they should have done sidewalks. You cant use a walker around here unless you want to walk in the road. Handicap accessible my butt. For what they charge you can be making a house payment. Almost $600 a month for lot rent. Just ridiculous.

Neighbors are always fighting beside me, waking me up in the middle of the night! Winter is half over, and everyone shovels their sidewalks, but not once has the office had the roads around the court plowed once!My daughter and I are both disabled and we find it hard to walk on snow packed roads!

If they do not renew your lease and you cant afford to move your trailer they will take it from you I called the police unfair practices under 2103 in the agricultural protection Agency look it up we are unfair

I read the comment from a year ago.. this place has gotten worse!!! If it is even possible the management has gotten even worse. This is supposed to be a pit bull free place but thats all I see around here now and one even killed a little dog a lady was walking and that pit bull is still here!! They have gone lax on the having stuff in your yard because there is junk everywhere, but if you dont mow your lawn promptly the will mow if for you while your at work and add $50 to your rent bill. Oh and now we have to boil our water before use.. I cant even do dishes because after I rinse them they smell, and how did we get notified about this?? A paper up by the mail boxes at the front of the trailer court.. So Im curious did anyone tell the old lady that doesnt leave her house and has her mail delivered to her? probably not. :(

Nice people live here. The rent is high for having so many rules. A bit of a scam.

To get in they have impossible standards for single parents but most of the park is run down and has a lot of issues

They charge 550 a month just to park u camper there thats almost the price of a 1 bedroom aparment

Have lived here for 30 plus years. The lot rent has gone up every year that is to be expected. The roads have pot holes and I think they are bigger than the size of Texas. They are spending all kinds of money on new lots for trailers and cutting down trees. I think the people that stay here in their RVs are treated better than the people that live here year round. I think they should spend money on making the streets passable instead of having to drive like you are on a road course and go from side to side to miss the biggest pot holes in Madison. We all pay our rent every month and should have good roads to drive on. Fix the roads and dont just repair.

I am not feeling well the last night for the rest of the world as we wait until they can show some respect for our country and the committee with a proposed time for you and your family are going to school at school and still loves to read it ahead of delivery for the semester and you have a different number now and said sh e upping of my life and the committee with you my friend

We have lived here for a month and The property manager Michelle has been more than accommodating We are in the RV Section of this property And we are incredibly Happy with it Kudos Oak Park terrace

Nice neighborhood with friendly people. Great area for kids of all ages. Theres a basketball court and swingset with a junglegym and large field to play softball.

My grandmother used to live here when I was younger. I always go back and visit her mobile home. But now its filled with a lot of tweakers and their suppliers.

Management is terrible!

I live here and the management is horrible they have no idea what there doing! the lot rent is very high and goes up every year $20-50. You are not allowed to put things in your yard or you get written up and fined. there is theft and a lot of drug use around. Do Not Move Here!!!
