Always shutting off the water with no warning for hours.the last property manager was super unprofessional and irresponsible. Told her we were moving out and when we would be all moved,months later i get a norice in the mail where she apparently took me to court for a 2months worth of rent that i didnt even live there for,after i had told her we were moving out of state.this place is a joke.

I have friends who live here and the management needs to enforce their policy on making sure all homes upkeep their yards and homes. Trash and junk arent yard ornaments.

Terrible place to live and management is freaking pathetic. Ive called and made complaints about fraudulent activity and the corporate totally dismissive of my complaints

Decent place. Some noise annoyances but nothing you wouldnt expect from a very tight, small neighborhood. A little pricey overall. Standard community guidelines.

After you purchase a home, and the 30 day warranty runs out, youll notice breakers tripping, shapest sticking up from the ground and poor plumbing. Getting them to do simple things that are THEIR responsibility, like replace a meter side shutoff valve is impossible. I have a leak I cant fix because I cant shut my water off.

Very nice trailers! Good place to start out if you are looking to purchase a home but just dont very little for a down payment. Even though, yes, they are mobile homes. Although, if you are looking for a quiet place to live, Madison Villaige is certainly not for you. Neighbors are up all hours of the night, yelling, driving their loud cars, grilling, smoking pot and just being rambunxious. The police are there often. There is a lot of drugs here. Its not an environment where me and my husband want to raise our upcoming child. It has gotten better in the last few years but it still has a long way to go before I would actually reccomend it.

Trashy af. Horrible management. Only want to sell/rent to people they think they are smarter than and can easily screw over. Very rude and dont obey by their own rules. They also like to pick Park Pets to do tbeir female dog work for them and in return get special exclusion from a variety of tbeir already ridiculous rules & regulations
