I am a 15 years old girl who has been living here for basically her entire life. Since the new manager/landlord has been hired not only my parents but other families who live here are always being harassed by the landlord. My brother is constantly being harassed for even going outside and the manager/landlord came the day of my Quince which was supposed to be full of happiness for all of my family to my home just to yell inappropriate names at my mother. Now we are being evicted upon false information and to make matters worse it’s around the Christmas holidays which again is supposed to be a happy time but she’s always ruining it.

Not exactly trailer park boys, but theres very much people living the dream here. Great place to deliver pizzas to during March madness. The rednecks always have a beer and/or some weed for ya when you show up with the eats. Best people on Earth.

I would not suggest anyone moving into this mobile home park!The manager Melissa along with the owner not only harass the residents but also steal their property from them through illegal means by extortion and fear tactics!THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE IRS AND OTHER AUTHORITIES!

Pretty much your typical trailer park. Some of the trailers look pretty run down. The lady in the office is nice. I havent really seen anybody outside when driving through. Pretty cramped feeling.

Manager is a power hungry, manipulative wacko. Continuously makes up rules and charges tenants wrongly (overcharges enormously) for services provided by outside companies, refusing to provide original receipts. Continuously harasses tenants that stick up for their rights, has tried fighting (my then 16 yr old) sister in law and tried hitting her with her car. Has called my mother in law all types of names from ugly, to poor, to a dog. Cusses at tenants and lies to police regularly. She should NOT be employed here anymore, but sadly the owner likes her because she gets him extra money by over charging the tenants. She is now refusing to renew my in-laws lease (where theyve lived for 16 years) simply because she doesnt like them and they stick up for themselves.
