My sister and I were very fond of movies. We went to this movie theater to watch our favorite film. The audio was audible, and the place was very appropriate. You can really have a comfortable seat and can focus on watching. I will surely be back at this place.

I came here to watch Logan. The area is nice and they offer alcoholic drinks. You can take these in to the theater with you. Their popcorn is just right. I do have to say that their ticket prices are a little elevated. But all this pays off when you meet (if you are lucky) celebrities.

We have also seen quite a few Peaches Christ drag productions here. The cast, crew, and venue work hard to make the show the best that they can. Every time we have visited we have had a great time.If you are looking for a fancy new theater with recliners, gourmet snack bars, assigned seats, etc look else where. They also do not work with MoviePass however the experience is still worth it.

I had a great time at this place. It was a year ago when I visited this place to watch a movie. I was really amazed by the ambiance of this place. It was indeed cozy and relaxing. The reclining chairs were very comfy and cozy to sit on. The popcorns that they had was so crunchy. I like their salted caramel popcorn. It was indeed delicious. I will surely visit this cinema house again.

Nice venue. Bar area is nice...Art Deco decor is glam. Cheesecake Factory on one side? Sushi on the other...Love it. Parking can be a bit crowded...I valet but if you are self parking....make sure to get there early.

The Pacific Theaters is located at the Grove, one of the most popular places to visit in LA. Its always busy, but sometimes its a great place to enjoy the day. The thing is, unless youre paying attention, you could easily miss the theater. Its just that busy. Once you go in though, the theater is clean, and sparse. Theres a bar before the concession stand and movies are $16 before Matinee and $19 after. Its a bit pricey and the theater itself is not that great. The lobby is decorated in art decorating, but aside from that, you should probably just go somewhere else cheaper for the same movie.

We saw Aquaman. This theater is the place to go to watch a movie. The theater is clean. The ambience is great. the concession staffs are friendly.

The Grove is one of my favorite places.Great fun, food and shopping. The theater is spacious, great seats, always clean. Friendly staff and great snacks. I love taking my family out fot a good time here at this theater location.

My guy and I went to go see the gentlemens club but before that we went to the bar I forgot the guys name but we sat down we ate some olives we ate some chicken tenders some curly fries some drinks while we were eating he made a drink for me so so so good he said that he was going to make that drink for the movie Mulan so Im waiting for the movie to come out so I can go see my friend that made that delicious drink and see him because he was so awesome to us

Went to this place yesterday after such a long time and I had already forgotten how beautiful and amazing this place is, first we watched Coco which btw was AMAZING food is everywhere and I also noticed that they have an open bar now, like theres actual bartenders outside of the theaters.Absolutely enjoyed this whole time here with the family, huge parking structure so u dont have to stress about that.So many stores so many food choices, different tastes and flavors OH and it already feels like Christmas at this place specially when it starts to snow (fake snow) at 8 every night.Over all I just love this place, totally recommend it.Take the whole familia and enjoy.

The Pacific Theatres at The Grove is an lovely theater to enjoy quality screenings. Its aesthetically pleasing and the concession stand has delicious pretzels, so kudos for that. The only possible con is the price, it may seem slightly pricey than average but youre also paying for location and ticket prices have increased over the years. But, hey you can also get your ticket validated here so there ya have it!

Always had a good time here. The place feels like the movie houses of old, from my childhood. Surely its in my top 10 places to go and enjoy a flick in Los Angeles. So much fun. I saw Shaun of the Dead there for the first time, it was a long while ago. It was great place and I look forward to going back. I hope its still as cool as I remember.

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised about The Grove. From the theater to the most exciting feature the fresh market with so many food options. Love it!

If you get dropped off at the fountains by the main shopping entrance the first thing you will see is the Pacific Theater as it is right there. Overall it’s a pretty good setup as it’s so centrally located to everything else at the Grove. Prices are about what you’d expect but last I knew they still take move pass so that’s a big plus!!

Everything was very nice, concession stand had convenient self serve drinks. Theater seats were comfortable and they also serve alcoholic beverages.

Gone to several movies here. Comfortable and clean. So many good places to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner after your movie. You will enjoy the theater in The Grove and the Farmers Market.

The best place that I have tried! The ambience was awesome, food was amazing, service was to the best possible way! I really enjoyed this restaurant the way they managed it, I should give the credit to the restaurant manager it was so awesomely organized and they made sure that everything and everyone was having a wonderful time and experience! I would definitely come back again and again to this place for having a wonderful time with my family and friends! Good job guys

One of my favorite spots to see movies at. it can be a bit pricey and paying for parking sucks but being the heart of the Grove, there is so much to do after a movie or even before. the surrounding energy is intoxicating.

Pacific Theaters at The Grove have come into their own. After all these years, management finally has staff occasionally sweep the popcorn off the concession stand floor instead of allowing the crew to wade through it all day/night. Nicely done.

This is my go to theater! The lobby looks great, and despite how much traffic it gets, it always seems to be perfectly clean. There are several automated ticket machines, and along with the ticket purchase counter there never seems to be too much of a wait to get a ticket. When I get food (expensive, but so is every theater), the line moves quickly as well.The seats are very comfortable and have enough room to keep you from feeling crowded, even with a full house.Of course, because this is in the middle of The Grove shopping center, you can spend a whole day shopping, eating, and fit a good film in there as well.

$17 for a regular adult ticket, and Ive never been to a more disgusting theater. Every bathroom was trashed, I asked them to check up on it, and 2 hours later nothing had changed. The floors near the soda fountains were stickier than tar, and there was popcorn everywhere in the theater when I walked in. They dont care about the cleanliness here, I cant imagine they take much better care of where they make food. I watched two people slip and fall. This kind of poor upkeep is a recipe for disaster and could very well end up costing them lawsuits in the future.Edit: I spoke with the manager on shift, Stacy. It seems the problem relies in poor planning and understaffing. One janitor is never going to be enough for an entire theater, I dont know what they were smoking.

The grove is always a beautiful place to be. BUT if you are on a budget, the grove is not for you. I grew up here and it is has always been fun but the costs at most place are for high end costumers. Parking price with validation is not as bad. I know under movie theaters validation it is $3 for the first to hours. Also the the theaters now has a free photo booth which I appreciated. There is a ton of stuff to do there besides shopping. The grove also usually has a few festivals that are free to go to throughout the year.

Ive become more hooked to this place. So many options to eat at so many goodies, from very nice restaurants to very casual food joints.

Huge inside! Rarely a wait and always smells like popcorn they validate parking but doesn’t cover the entire cost of parking. Theaters and restrooms are clean. Great place to take the fam.

Ive never been to a cinema this classy. Really upscale and feels more like the lobby of a five star hotel than a movie theater

A nice and luxury Cinema in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

Management did not interfere. When a family let an extremely rambunctious child play with a loud phone while they watch the movie. . It was very uncomfortable to have this bright light and tons of noise while we were trying to get a cinematic experience.

The cinema (auditorium) was way too warm. It was a cold day so everyone was dressed warmly. I was wearing a warm shirt and undershirt. I became overheated and sweat was rolling down my face and back. Finally I had to go out to the hallway to cool off, and I missed 15 minutes of the movie. Afterwards the management comped me 2 tickets, but the auditorium shouldnt have been so warm in the first place

I love Pacific Theaters at at The Grove! This theatre is warm and decorative and the staff is always so polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place to both family and friends!

Pacific at the Grove is one of the places where you feel like you are at the heart of the cinema. It’s like a living place that attracts you and you already feel in a movie before taking your seat. I’m not even talking about the quality of image and sound! Always a pleasure to be there.

One of my favourite theatres in LA. Clean and comfortable seats, love the Grove.

I only go here sometimes because its one of the local theaters. I dont really care for it or for other such multiplexes. Its overpriced indeed considering what they provide. The multiplex on the Universal City Walk is nice, but usually more expensive and much further away from my neighborhood.

Easy to see right off of the Groves Drive servicing Los Angeles area. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. Concession stand lines move quickly. We will most likely be going back.

It’s a great movie theater it’s big and has an arcade inside and you can smell popcorn even from outside the theater! Movies ticks are expensive around $18-20 so bring extra cash!

Very nice theater. The seats are pretty comfortable and pretty wide. They even have a bar in the lobby where you can drink and even bring it into the theaters. The lobby has a nice grand feeling to it. Overall its a nice experience

Its one of the most beautiful theaters that I have been too because it is located inside the Grove. Reserved seating! This is one of the places inside the Grove where you can use the restrooms. Restrooms are really clean and nice!If you park at the Grove parking structure, you can have your ticket validated for up to four hours for $3.00.

Old uncomfortable seats with no neck support. The seats we were assigned had police tape across them so we chose random seats. And of course they were someone elses seats so we had to move after the movie had started. Movie was great, Knives Out, go see it, but go somewhere else.

Such a prestige place but need to work on their food. Pretzel I had was dry and need cups for dunking.

Do you want my real opinion you got all these registers and you had only one lady working you had a showing when you Google it it said 130 and when you went to the machine the next available showing was 5:30 so we had to wait in a long line for help because you only had one lady and all these registers and then we went to get popcorn the young guy that was working there took his sweet time with everybody and you only had two people working there in like 5 to 6 registers not cool thats how I liked it!

Convenient for us, but theater is showing its age. Time for an update. Theaters are often stuffy and smell like stale popcorn. Staff is always polite. Bar is a nice addition.

Wow, the new reserved seating loungers are the best! If, of course, you pick the right seat. I picked row B thinking it was the back because it was one long row like the old theaters. Well, duh! A is the front of course. We thought maybe we could move later because there were so many empty seats at the start of the show, but it totally filled up as people were coming in late to miss the previews. Live and learn!

It was great you get free refills of pop corn and soda.

The location of this theater really couldn’t be much better. The Grove is in the middle of all of Los Angeles, and the Pacific Theater is smack dab in the middle of the Grove. Comfortable seats and a pretty good selection of concessions , paired with all of the shops and restaurants at the Grove make this my go to theater.

Watched The Lion King in their XD theater. Picture and sound were both solid. Wish the seats reclined but overall a good experience. My kids loved it.

Always a great spot for a movie! The Grove is cool when its not crazy crowded. And without Moviepass filling up all the theaters, its so much less crowded and busy now! Its expensive compared to a normal/cheap ticket but pretty average price compared to all the surrounding theaters. Its also great that you can order a drink at the bar (just across from the ticket counter) and take it inside to the theater

Honestly my favorite theater to go to! Its absolutely beautiful inside and walking around at The Grove you are surrounded by tons of music, lights, and stores. Plenty to see and do

Great place to watch Korean or American movies in K-town.Highly recommend their caramel popcorn.Even though same movie plays in OC, I choose to drive up to LA in order to watch movie at Pacific Theatres at The Grove because of their caramel popcorn.

This theater is great. Very clean, in an awesome area, and the staff was friendly. I do wish it had the newer, reclining still seating, but it wasnt a big deal. Overall, I recommend this theater.

The lobby is beautiful. like an old fashioned movie palace. the screening rooms are modern; good sound, good picture, pretty much like all modern cinemas.

Its a spacious place with compfort to hang out in until your movie starts,there is a bar for the adults that allows you to take your drink into the movie with you and they allow you to bring your own movie goodies because they understand that not everyone can afford them. That act of kindness is what keeps me coming back. And I always make it a point to save enough to buy at least one thing to show my graditude

Theatre, Lobby, restrooms were all clean, well lit, and attractively decorated. Comfortable, spacious seats with good sight lines, and audio. Concession lines looked long, but they moved fast. Nice selection of edible offerings.

Wow! This place is fabulous. Decor in the lobby and restrooms are comparable to the Four Seasons Hotels. And they offer assigned seating in the theaters and fresh goodies at the snack bar. The place is spotless, as staff members are constantly cleaning throughout. But save your pennies, because this is The Grove and it aint cheap! They validate parking, which will help supplement the paid parking.
