The place is first-rate and spacious, the meals was delightful and the prices were very fair. rapidly, productive service and very friendly waiters. Recommended.

One of my favorite movie theaters in the city! The place has LUXE seating, great sound (XD available), big beautiful screens and a fantastic snack bar situation. If you are doing the VIP Reserve experience, you get recliners and a expanded menu, including a decent beer, wine and cocktail selection. The customer service here is also top notch, helpful and the ticket takers have always payed special attention when we bring the kids, adding to their delight of being at the movies...I really appreciate it!

Well what do you expect for an expensive movie house, superb customer service, classy bathrooms, comfortable reserved seating. Best place to go to for quality movies and Oscar bait movies with superb acting. Watching the post, with auntie Meryl, Tom Hanks, and Steven Spielberg...

Good Cinemas here. I come here all the time when I really wanna watch some movie I like. And theyre have a nice Bar and Restaurant around here too. Good for waiting to watch movie.This place I like Coz when they have a popular movie they gonna show about costume and more information about movie too. Nice, clean and new theater surrounded by great restaurants. It has leather seats and sound systems are pretty amazing. They give generous bonus and discount since im a member. Theres a bar and restaurant inside so you can enjoy food + beer while waiting for the movie. Ticket price is good for the service and amenities. The best part is they validate parking for 4 hours.

Its a nice theatre, spacious multi level, clean bathrooms and nice bar area with good drink selections and food... All around we had a good movie going experience.

This Cinemark theater is incredible, its sorta like the opera with a split upper level and let me tell you those seats in the upper level are amazing!!! The lower level has all of the normal junk food but the upper level has a full on restaurant. Our seats in the upper level also had service for whatever food you would like to order and have brought to you. Again this theater was Incredible... WOW!!!

By far one of my favorite movie theatres in the area. Great location, helpful and friendly staff and the popcorn and butter that they serve here is the best tasting combination by far, no comparison. My 10yr old son and I watch movies here every other weekend and really enjoy the experience...

Cinemark Playa Vista is by far my favorite Cinemark location and I take no shame in admitting it. First, the location is beautiful and offers great scenery to capture. Two, the actual theater is also beautiful and puts many Cinemark locations to shame. Three, the customer service and food options are top notch here and I commend whoever is in charge. Sadly, I dont get an chance to go here often but I enjoy every moment when I do. I highly reccomend this location if you want an grand movie experience!

This is one of the nicest movie theaters ive been to 5 minutes away from where i live the vip seats are so comfy and you get a complimentary free popcorn when getting vip seats

The movie theater was nice and elegant. We even got a chance to see a movie premiere, which turned out to be a great movie and the workers were very professional.

Very clean, seats super comfy, employees very friendly and helpful. Spoke to person taking ticket, person cleaning and snack cashier and all 3 were helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. Parking is validated. And they have a dine-in section.

We love this place! Great food and drinks. Friendly service and very cozy seating! The only experience we havent done there is the XD. Mainly the lounge seating is our preferred way to enjoy movie time because you can eat a real meal and its very relaxing. The added plus is they have a FULL bar! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone for your movie time.

Nice new Cinemark. Have been there like 15 times already. Love this place.Pros: Free 4 hours parking with validation.Always comfortable temperature inside the theater. Hate when it so cold you feel like its Alaska or smth. At Cinemark everytime I feel myself comfortable. And even if you feel cold they sell blankets, which is cool.Popcorn is nice, pretzels not so tasty. But they sell so many sweets, live different types of ice creams, candies and so on.Stuff are polite and ready to help.

I recently had knee surgery and was grateful for the luxury loungers in the reserve section. The theatre is easy and clean to navigate even with my cane.

Nice theater. Not the best in town but it makes up for a lot in easy parking and access to food and other things. Seats arent recliners but they are comfortable. Picture and sound quality are very good. Not much more you can ask of a theater. Its my go to theater for all but event movies that call for a more impressive presentation.

This is our go-to theater. Only do reserve seating and usually get treated pretty well. Parking is easy, theaters are clean and staff are helpful. We do get occasionally forgotten when ordering food but its certain staff, not the operation in general. Overall a great place to watch a film.

Went for brunch with a friend and had a to go box and thought I’ll go and see a movie. Bought my ticket Sunday for the 1.55pm showing of Guy Ritchies movie. After I purchased my ticket I made my way to the screen when I was told I can’t bring my to go water or to go food in. I explained I have already eaten so won’t be eating my food. The assistant manager came out and said go to the front desk for a refund. Btw when I purchased my ticket and could pick my seat the entire theatre was green which means nobody was seeing the movie. REALLY

This is our go to place for me and my fiance. I just wish they had the multiple flavor soda machines and the pizza hut pizzas options that is available at the howard hughes promenade.

I love the atmosphere and accommodations, for the most part, however I find that there is a glaring disparity. It is painfully obvious that this particular Cinemark theater actively refuses to show black films or films that cater to black audiences. For instance, this theater would rather show an offensive movie about a child in Germany who pretends that he is a Nazi, for two extra weeks, than to show a film about an iconic African American heroine. There were two other largely promoted films starring black actors that were released within the same time frame, that were also snubbed by this theater. This clearly needs to be addressed.

State of the art movie theater. Great sound system. This theater has its own bar and restaurant. Although the shopping center where its located has many dining options. Free convenient parking.

I went here for the first time to see a movie. The seats are like sitting in a Lazy Boy chair at home. They also have great security which made me feel safe. This theatre is a place for a nice date night. We saw a few celebrities who were there for a film screening. Definitely a more upscale crowd frequents this place. I love the cleans bathrooms and availability of chic food options outside of buttery popcorn.

One of the movie theaters I love to go to, better than the Arclight.Getting your popcorn could take a minute sometimes, but Ive experienced that at all movie theaters, bar I great and their food is actually really really good, flatbread and spicy example are delicious.

Cinemark Playa Vista is my go-to movie theater. Its close, clean, upscale, and has free parking with validation. Their seats are comfy and their snacks are tasty. Very enjoyable movie experience.

Clean theaters, helpful staff, and even with a sold-out movie, this place never feels busy. All theaters have reserved seating, and the luxury loungers offered in all but the large XD theater are a nice treat. By far my preferred theater in the area.

Clean and easy to navigate.In reserve seating you can only order food before the movie starts. Not like an ipic where you can order through out the movie.When in reserve seating waiters might not get to you and you will have to get up to place an order. Also, when food arrive waiters have problems figuring out whos food belongs where so theres a lot of talking.The theatre itself is very nice and the seats are comfy. Sucks about the lack of organization with the waiters.

When I bought the ticket on APP, it showed that the same movie has Reserve Level only 7:30 pm and Digital Cinema only 7:30. I was confused, and I chose the first one. When I parked my car in the crowded parking structure, I found NO signs of the movie theater on each floor, including the elevator and stairs. I took a detour to the theater by following the compass. Even the theater had a not-big-enough sign “Cinemark” hid under a roof. I walked into the hall and got the paper ticket. House A. Where was house A? Totally No signs again! Where to go? Two escalators in front of me stopped. I walked ahead and asked a worker. He told me to take a elevator. Where was the elevator? No signs. Finally I found the elevator and the house A and my seat. Now, I realized the house had two floor. The Reserve Level is the small upper floor. Why did not the Cinemark explain this stricture on the seat choosing map? It’s playing time. Unfortunately, some problem appeared. 20 minutes delay.

Entrance to the Cinemark is two floors up from the parking entrance of Jefferson. 4 hours of free parking if going to see a movie. Cinemark has great food and drink options for kids and adults. In addition, the reserved seating at theatre 5 isnt the best they are roomy and recline, but they could use more padding and I felt like I was sliding in my seat and not enough leg room between the front row seats. Thank you Cinemark for a good movie experience.

It can be a hit or miss. Sometimes the place is orderly and clean, other times it can be a dirty mess. Popcorn and snacks are inconsistent in regards to quality and freshness . On the plus side, they validate for parking (theres always spots in the structure), theres restaurants and shops nearby (perfect for date night), and its not as ratchet as other locations (Im looking at you, Howard Hughes center). I recommend joining their movie club- its worth it- and basically pays for itself.

Watched The avengers end game in 3d it was slightly cheaper than AMC

I live 5 to 10 minutes from this particular Cinemark Theater. I have always loved coming here every since it opened a couple of years ago. Its very clean , the atmosphere is very soothing. Not crowded like other theaters. And The Snack bar is Fantastic! Plus, the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Ada astra In XD has a lot of shots that are slightly out of focus and the credits are very soft. Why? Maybe better to see this slow moving story on regular sized screen.

Need more Security.Ive been coming here for years, I really used to like this theater, but its kind of going down hill...We even belong to the club.A couple of times some pretty low class people have been allowed in. Often people are talking during the films, using their phone during the films and just being disruptive.After paying almost $20.00 a ticket and getting gouged at the concession stand, this is very annoying.Not too long ago I was there a man was upset about something and then started yelling at the workers to give him his money back, yelling hate speech (no he wasnt white). It was pretty terrible what he was yelling at these high school age kids.NONE OF THE WORKERS DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. They just allowed it to go on. It was pretty uncomfortable and unacceptable.So I told him to cut it out. He was a grown man yelling at a bunch of kids.When he was given what he wanted (money back) he left, not without shouting more racial BS at everyone in the theater. This went on too long. The guy should have been escorted out and told not to come back.The last time I at Cinemark someone was using their cell phone right in front of me. Eventually I got fed up and just left.Its a very nice theater with a lot of potential but people who want to see a movie get really dissuaded from going there when people are allowed to act like its their living room instead of a theater.

Cleanest and fanciest movie theater Ive ever been. I go here at least 3 times a month because I love the movies. Very cheap for what you get compared to other movie theaters.

Great theater. Huge screen, wall to wall, floor to ceiling.

Cool theater. It has a nice layout/interior design. They do offer student discount with the presence of a valid student id. Even still, the prices are about double that of the cinemark at Howard Hughes. The theater is a bit more updated, plush and offers a few extra bells and whistles which would explain the higher price point.
