We took the kids for the second time to Maze Rooms Escape Game - Hollywood. My son is almost too old for it now (7). My daughter was so excited, we had to run after her to keep up as she ran from exhibit to exhibit. They still had the best time. This really is a magical place for young children. Bright, fun and happy with all your favorite storybook characters. Prices are great (we had a great deal through Living Social). My son actually enjoyed the magical key. He only used it twice, but that was still 2x more than I thought was going to happen.

Invaluable Playroom to cherish! Mary was my beautiful daughter. She requested to come over at this place because of her classmate who refers to this ideal place to her. Amazing place to learn and have fun. I never thought there would be a place like this one. I honestly love the ambiance and the service they provided to their customers.

This is a pretty, nice play gym for kids. A good option for a rainy day and the food court next door has good options for kids and small tables so they can sit on their own. Like many people remarked its not cheap and the hourly charges made it a little stressful to constantly be watching the time. They could enjoy the time!

Doesnt look like much when you walk in but the Lab room was awesome. We did it with 8 of us. Half kids half adults. Service was very friendly. Highly recommended.

So this was a awesome magical experience, something you can do with the whole family or a couple good friends. Its great in a group, youll need to use your brain and help one another out with the clues. No pictures on this one, just because Id hate to spoil the fun, plus you have to leave your phone in a locker unless you must have it. The awesome staff sure are helpful.

Mazerooms have great immersive rooms with fun puzzles! Played One way ticket - which was GORGEOUS and was my favorite. Also played the more difficult but very impressive room- World of Illusions, with Trevor as our game master. He was awesome! Super helpful and funny. They have a cool lobby and their manager Daniel is top notch! You know you are in good hands here.

We decided to head down into LA to try our hand at some escape rooms. Although the location was a little off, graffiti on their sign, the two escape rooms we did here were on point. We started with Pharaoh’s tomb which was well designed and had some clever and challenging puzzles. Definitely one to try for any Egyptian fans.We enjoyed the experience so much we decided to book a second room with this location, The world of Illusion. This room was wonderful. The design was on point and Our group had a ton of fun. I highly recommend checking out this location and trying out these two rooms. We’ll be back to try their one way ticket room soon.

We were visiting CA from out of state and had a mixed team of 5 players, varying from a first-time player to an escape room creator. The room we played, Magic Kingdom, was really beautiful. The tech was awesome and there were some cool surprises. Because this room has no locks and a lot of tech, I felt like some of the thrill was missing because the cause-and-effect wasn’t clear. Several times we opened things but had no idea how or when it happened. I felt a little bit robbed of the “aha” moments which make escape rooms so much fun. The background music was way too loud and it was chaotic for us spread among several rooms and trying to communicate as a team. And I hated that there was no time clock we could see. Our game master was nice enough in the lobby but there were two staff running five games at one time and several times she didn’t reply to our request for help or she didn’t know where we were in the game. It’s pretty standard in the industry to have one game master per game and that was frustrating. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that she got pretty snotty with me over the walkie, repeatedly pre-reprimanding me about something she was afraid I was going to do - but didn’t. At $33/pp this was one of the more expensive escape rooms I’ve played. We certainly paid enough to have our own devoted game master. The neighborhood is dodgy & the lobby was kind of a wreck but the room really was pretty and overall we had fun. The first timer was most impressed among us!

We did One Way Ticket on a whim, just two 11-year-olds and one mom winding down the winter break. It was a tough room, superbly decorated, and immersive. Dont judge the space by the bit of graffiti on the fence outside—the interior was nicely decorated, very moody, and the staff extremely helpful and kind. It was my first time in an escape room, but my thinking is: why rush the escape when you can enjoy the experience? We were there the full hour+ and needed help to get out...and it was well worth it! Well be back with a bigger group next time so we can put a wider variety of gray matter to the test! Recommend!

I had the best time escaping from the One Way Ticket challenge at the Maze Rooms. The clues and the tasks are really well designed and extremely clever! Doing it once will make you want to keep coming for more, its so addicting! I will definitely be trying out the other locations very soon!

Recently we finally tried the most expected escape room of the year One Way Ticket by Mazerooms. I do believe everyone will just love it! Great new location in the heart of LA, gorgeous decorations, very creative puzzles, pretty challenging difficulty level, but still reasonable, a lot of really cool gadgets and breathtaking train journey. Be ready for a true blast )))

Room design was great, with many different layers and apects to the game. The building was somewhat sketchy with spray paint covering the sign, and no cars in the parking lot. We had called before coming, and the phone was not answered. Hints were delivered poorly by a walkie-talkie that didnt work half of the time. Also, the introduction video was very hard to understand due to speakers not being clear.Once we entered the escape room it was a great experience, other than the walkie-talkie issue.
