Must be 55 plus to live in this community. They have a security that patrols the community. There is a golf course in the middle of the community and golf carts are frequently seen driving around. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. They also have a pharmacy nearby just in case.

I play golf at Lincoln Hills. Coarse is always in great shape. Staff is always friendly.

This is a great community...the homes are gorgeous, the roads are wide and well marked. There are stores within the community. Lots of opportunity for those who enjoy golf. Otherwise there are also walking trails.

They had a lovely Rose show this last weekend at Sun City. It was very well done.

We have been there many times. We have never been disappointed. Celebrated a 50 the Birthday in January 2020 too and it was great!

This is one, actually two of the best courses Ive played in Northern California. You get the country club feel from a public course. I highly reccomend both The Hills, and The Orchard all the way from the set up of the course, the car port parking, the super friendly staff, and of course the stylish new golf carts. You really cant beat this place for your money. First class all the way.

Great food wonderful service a little noisy. Large selection of mixed specialty cocktails. Try their lasagna but on Friday and Saturday night. Suggest reservations. BTW the soup was awesome , cant remember the name and it wasnt minestrone.

Passed through Sun City on my way to watch fireworks at Mcbean Park. Sun City has a great vantage point from almost everywhere. The grass is green so its a perfect spot for a blanket to lay down and watch the show. Clean roads clean sidewalks this place is immaculate!

Great facility, great staff. 2 distinct 18-hole courses with tons of fun holes. Never get tired of playing here. Meridians restaurant there is also very good for food and drink.

Multiple times my buddy and I have just been walking around and stopped by an elderly person asking us what we are doing and accusing us of trying to break into homes. My Grandma lives here though she likes it. Best I can do is tree fiddy.

I live here. Well managed with outstanding facilities and friendly retired people.

I attended a wedding here. I initially was surprised they chose this place as the bride and groom are both relatively young and this is a retirement community. But the grounds were beautiful and the attendees were nice, kind and welcoming. I enjoyed myself. Met some cool people. The only turn off for me was that some of the residents were kind of gawking and some seemed to be scowling as they came hanging in a near by rec room. Not sure why this was. Maybe because the wedding party was compromised of LatinX people and the residents were older. Either way, that stopped no one from having a good time as I saw it. Dont know if ill ever get a chance to attend another event here but if so, I feel as though Ill have a good time. The place is beautiful.

I do a lot of work on homes in the area and the people who live there just love it.

Its a 55 and older community, so its very peaceful with nice neighbors that look out for each other. BUT if you visit, make sure that you have GPS. All of the houses look the same, and the streets curve all around and dont have names conducive to finding your location. Woe be to the fugitive chased into this development. Hed be lost for years...but well cared for by the people that live there. And there are amenities for avid golf-cart enthusiasts!

Beautiful grounds and facilities. Two 18 hole golf courses, two work out facilities including three pools. Many classes and activities to enjoy, as well as indoor and outdoor concerts and entertainment. Travel, extending from local day trips, extended day trips within the state, to trips all over the world are offered. Always something going on!

The courses at Lincoln Hills golf always seem to be in better shape than most other public courses in the Sacramento area.

What makes a place like this awesome, is its community. This is a group of similarly aged folks, who all look out for each other.My dad broke a hip riding his bike. And within a few days, someone was watching his dog, someone was getting his mail, someone was checking in and bringing him food, someone delivered a walker and a wheelchair if he needed.Its a Wonderful community for anyone over 55. Most folks here Ive noticed are in their 70s to 90s.

We are debating a move there. It is certainly well maintained but tends to seem a little artificial. We have been living in the country for 20 years and we are trying to decide if it would be a good fit for us. We are not golfers, but both could use a little more activity in our lives! Any opinions?

Fairways and greens in great condition. Pace of play about 4 hours for 18 holes. Great customer service. Their Monday special is a great deal.

If I lived in Sun City Lincoln Hills I would love this place. They have two community centers here with enough activities to keep seniors healthy and active. Great place to meet new friends too.

The staff, the practice facilities, and the course are always terrific. For a public course in a non-gated community, this is a real gem. Additionally, the price is relatively affordable.
