Started late, which the staff says is normal for this show. Then made up for it with 100 min explosion of energy. All the Hits indeed. Demonstrating a top talent and energy with humor. Loved every second of this show. Theater is perfect venue! Caught Lionel Richie there was great.

Came here to watch Christina Aguilera. The show was awesome. Unfortunately, our first attempt to watch her show was canceled while we were waiting to get in. We were able to go the following week and enjoyed the show. The theater is comfortable and the sound was perfect.

Backstreet Boys concert was so much better than expected. Sat in VIP section and shook hands with two of the guys! They were super friendly, really engaged with the audience, and joked around with each other! Would absolutely go again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone who grew up with these guys!

The theatre has comfortable seating but most people stand making it hard to see anything if you dont want to stand. All it would take is putting up screens so others could still see. Prefer other venues by far...

Zappos Theater seems like there isnt a bad seat in the house. Its designed so you feel close, even when sitting in the furthest rows. Its gorgeous and more importantly, its easy to get out after the show is over. The best part? Free parking at Miracle Mile Shops!

We had the privilege of attending the backstreet boys in the pit area, also with the early access pass. For your favorite artists, its every bit worth getting this pass to ensure you get the opportunity to high five, fist bump and cheer on your favorite artist from the best vantage point aside from the vip tables. We had the experience of the ages and was worth every penny... There isnt a bad view from the pit area... This same vantage point on their traveling tour is 4x a greater cost!

Love this theater. The chairs are pretty comfortable. They have enough people working the bars so the lines arent ever very long. Its a semi small theater so every seat is a good seat even in the back rows.

Saw Def Leppard there. Nice theater, sound was very good (at least where my seat was). Good visibility of the whole stage from all seats. Light was incredible. Logistics worked well, security was fast. Prices for drinks are a bit above Vegas‘ average. Can recommend that venue!

Came here to see the Backstreet boys and have to say that my experience was awesome. They put on a great show and the theater is great. Sound is out of this world and the security is definitely on their A game here! Has to be the best place Ive ever seen a concert and wouldnt hesitate coming here again!! Had a great time!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Gwen Steffani concert! Or seats were great! Shes a great performer and I have always loved her music since her days with No Doubt. The theater was fine, but the other concert goers were quite rude. We sat on the end of an aisle. My row was fine, but I felt awful for the two ladies who sat in the row in front of us. I dont think they even got to see the show because people went in and out of their aisle the WHOLE concert. It kind of became a joke because it was nonstop. However, in the end it really wasnt funny and those poor ladies didnt get to see any of the concert. So, be careful what seats you choose, and be mindful of those you have to disturb when coming and going who want to enjoy the concert as well. Those women should get a refund, honestly it was that bad.

Great venue, has a smaller feel so even seats back are good seats and you get a great view of the stage!

The only reason this place lost a star is the crazy line outside. They dont open the doors until very close to show time. So, the show starts late because there is NO way to herd everyone inside within 10 minutes. I saw Gwen Stefani there and it was AWESOME. No lines for drinks. Clean bathrooms. And most seats are good seats.

This was a great venue to watch a show. The size of the theater was really good, would make every seat a great seat. The chair were also quite comfortable compared to other similar venues Ive been too.

Wonderful theater. Seats are comfortable, every seat has good views to the stage, and if you are in the party pit, you are almost right on stage. One of my favorite theaters in Vegas.

Went to see Florida Georgia line perform and it was amazing! Great openers, very talented Mason Ramsey and Cannon Smith awesome pre show. Staff was friendly and the long line to get in moved fairly quickly.

Cozy, yet big enough for a great show. There is plenty of room in the isles, the staff was courteous and friendly. Lighting and sound were great, with a ton to see!

Great venue, dont think there are too many bad seats, if any at all. Saw a Def Leppards premiere show last night and they were incredible. We will be back for other bucket list bands in residency.

This place is one of the best ones in Vegas. First of all is inside a mall and casino with all the fun things you can have. Second, the service is on point, not much but not missing. I enjoyed one of the best residencies ever which was Christina Aguileras and the production in the place was insane. See my picture here where the whole place turned into a massive church... It was like we were inside a real holy place. Lights, sound, seats, views, everything. Worth the money to enjoy shows and presentations there.

This was our first time at this beautiful theatre. Every seat had a great view of the stage. The location is perfect no matter where your staying. They offer free parking and there is a good selection of food and drinks in this location.

Nice venue for a concert. Only thing that could be better, they need more bartenders before the show and need to offer more options for drinks other than doubles and triples. Im sure this is popular and theyre making a mint at $21 per drink, but us lightweight drinkers want to be responsible, so help us out! Also very, very few options for food, which exacerbates the situation.

Saw Gwen Stefani and her show was amazing. Not a bad seat in the place. Cant wait to go back.

Was there for Miss Universe 2017 and Jimmy Kimmel Live 2019. I tend to get cautious when it comes to giant gatherings with limited exits but its always really impressive to see what they can do with this theater and the amazing people that stand on it. The staffs are always super friendly and the level of security really makes you feel safe.

Britney Spears was absolutely incredible. I got standing room only (stage right) and was sooo close to her that I could see her sweat! The sound in this particular space was amazing and she put on a heck of a show. I was impressed with the size of The Axis as well. Very sad that I saw one of her last performances there !

Honestly there is not a bad seat in this room. Go see a show here and enjoy every minute of it!

Saw Gwen Stefani here. I was so impressed with the venue and the staff. We were greeted with smiles and everyone was really helpful. We had standing room tickets and we couldnt believe how comfortable and how close we were. I want to praise one security guard in particular who helped with two troublesome crowd members. He made sure no one lost their spot and everyone was happy.Great venue that seems it would be really easy to see no matter where youre sitting!

Excellent experience for me. First ever concert and that too BSB?? I still dont believe it. The theater has excellent acoustics.I did have fun on Halloween Day concert.

What Beautiful Big but not Huge Place. Saw live tapping of Jimmy Kimmel Show there. His guests were Celine Dion and Chris Tucker. They actually interrupted a live wedding inside Planet Hollywood where David Spade Interrupted it and Celine Dion came out and sang a song to the couple. After they brought the couple and there wedding party to the rest of the tapping of the show. I can say I was never a Celine Dion fan,but after seeing her interact with the audience and sing,she has really changed my mind about her. Chris Tucker was a nice surprise because he wasnt on the ticket lineup,so it was cool. The place had bars that only 1 was open,but had at least 3 bars. The 1 thing I didnt like was 1 mens room and 1 ladies room on opposite ends of each other. Pretty good distance apart too. They seemed to keep the temperature pretty good there. All and all I would definitely see another real show there.

Grew up going to concerts here. Then it was The Alladin Theater for the Performing Arts! Saw Rob Thomas! Great show, great boyfriend! Who could ask for more?

Came here to watch the Backstreet Boys show and I was NOT disappointed! We came in February but it was hot like summer in the theater. I would recommend wearing light clothing for the concert.

Nice theater. We just had to walk across the street to the theater. We sat in the back on the aisle. Perfect for us for Gwen Stefani. Great show, but the front is for the younger fans. Could see great.

We saw florida Georgia line here and it was amazing. The sound quality was excellent. We had amazing views from our seats. The drinks were a little expensive but we expected that going into it. I would definitely come to this venue again.

Disappointing. Head of security claimed that I grabbed her with both hands as justification to escort us out and ban my daughter and me from the Christina Aguilera concert when I only touched her arm in explaining a situation where our view was blocked by two people standing. The top management on site refused to let us back in because Julie had the final word. My daughter asked to no avail if it would matter whether we apologized to Julie. Even a stranger came out of the theatre to advocate for us in unbelief, but the on-site manager claimed he could not change orders from Julie.

Shania Twain concert was amazing!! Two hours of nonstop hits delivered with the energy of a 20 year old! Great theater! Great acoustics. Not a bad seat in the 7000 seat house.

Was here for the taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live in Las Vegas. Venue was large and adequate for the event. It wasnt too cold or too hot, environment wise. Rest rooms and concessions were easily accessible.

Really good venue. Wish it had local craft beer selection. Would get 5th star if it did.

Zappos is a great theater. It is large and comfortable. Some of the seating has limited visibility to the stage on the outside seats. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Great layout. I have a disability and am using a scooter. The staff was very helpful in getting us to our seats and out of the theater.

What a lovely theatre! The Backstreet Boys show was phenomenal!As for the theatre staff inside, they were great as well! Unfortunately, the girl that was at the customer service/will call desk prior to the show was very rude and had terrible customer service. She was politely asked for details about will call for VIP tickets, which is her job/position to answer... her response was that of someone who seemed to be annoyed or frustrated with the simple, yet neccessary question we had for her.The whole experience overall was enjoyable except for that one individual at the will call desk.

First time at a Theater in Las Vegas. The chairs were comfortable. The ushers were so friendly and nice. Great sound projected through the theater. Definitely worth seeing a show or concet here.

Great theatre for live events. I saw Lionel Richie perform. My seat was in the Golden Circle which allowed me to also stand at the edge of the stage. There are assigned seats in the Golden Circle section but they were too narrow for my 300# husband. The area behind the Golden Circle and VIP sections have traditional theatre seats which he does fit in.The acoustics are great for music events. The staff is friendly. The entrance to the theatre is at the halo Bar which is in the Miracle Mile shops near one of the entrances to the Planet Hollywood Casino. There are 7 other theatres in the Miracle Mile and Planet Hollywood casino and its easy to get them confused. This one is not near the fountain. There is only one restroom in the theatre and it is near the entrance. Best to use it before you are seated. No outside food or beverages allowed. The Axis box office is near the theatre entrance but on the other side of the halo bar and just inside the casino entrance and to the right.

Zappos is a great venue although Christina Aguilera was kind of a dull performance. The venue itself is top notch and would recommend it if you have an artist you want to see.

Yessssss. Conveniently located inside the Planet Hollywood Hotel. Great place to see concerts. The seats are pretty good every where, but buy as close as you can for a better view.

I was impressed how quickly people were moved through security and were allowed to our seats. Bring a light jacket, upon entering it was freezing as usual in a venue this size for obvious reasons. This is a great theater. There is not a bad seat in the house. Giant video screens allow closer viewing. I have no complaints on this venue. Can’t wait to see what future action they might draw my attention to.

Nice theater. Good sound but it was too loud for me. I have not felt the bass vibrate my clothing like that unless I was next to the speaker before. I guess I am getting old. Also, it is very hard to get out when show the is done. Dont even think about an uber or lyft from there. You should walk over to a different casino to leave because it is a nightmare with how the pick up is set up

Great venue in Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas. The theater holds around 7,000 and the acoustics for a concert, like the Backstreet Boys, is fantastic! They also know how to move people - in and out in a matter of minutes.

Show Jennifer Lopez in concert and the show was amazing. I believe the theater holds 4,600 people. In the lobby area they had mannequins of JLOs dresses beautifully displayed.

I had a great experience here. Security and getting into the theater was quick and easy. Walking in there was merchandise being sold on the left and right side. Across was 2 bars. There were about 3 or 4 bartenders ready to serve. I loved my server. He was great. The bathrooms have plenty of stalls so there isnt much waiting. Inside where the stage is was big, but still cozy. I had great seats next to lights and sound crew. The view was great from the stage. Worth the splurge. Plus the venue was clean.I would definitely come back here for another show if I ever go back to Las Vegas.
