Went twice on last visit during Covid -19. Lunch service great. Food tasty, wedge salad was not normal cut of lettuce. Dinner, longer wait time to receive food. Just need to remain flexible as help staff numbers seem to be reduced.

Food was really good the decor inside was very rustic yet modern. The waitress we had was awesome and the drinks were delicious! Would highly recommend!! Is high priced and has a good variety of food and drinks on the menu!!

The food was excellent! Hubby had the gumbo and cajun chicken pasta. He said the tomatoes in the pasta were delicious and he doesnt really like veggies, so thats huge! Brisket was tender and jalapeno cornbread was so good. Our server Jackie, was friendly, pleasant and attentive. We would definitely come back.

Ive eaten at the House of Blues before and the food was good but I havent eaten at this location. I did enjoy it as a concert venue though and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We saw the Motels, Bow Wow Wow and When in Rome II and had a great time. Its more of an intimate venue and the performers came right down and into the audience a few times. The acoustics were solid and the overall experience was stellar. I would definitely come to shows at this venue again

Jackie was the best server. If you come here and are blessed to have her. You will not be disappointed. Came here for our honey moon and got way too much food, way too drunk, and had way too good of a time.

We were hungry and this was just the right place nestled inside Mandalay Bay! Super friendly wait staff, Carlos was awesome and the food was a win all around. Loved the HOB Smash Burger. A double patty treat with good balanced flavors and just the right accompaniments. Good portion of tasty fries. We also went with the Fried Chicken. Basted in a bourbon butter, the flavor has a wow factor, almost trending to the sweet side. The two pieces were so big, you could make two meals out of it. Fun place and solidly good food!

Always love coming in. We get the jalapeno cornbread and cajun pasta. Our server was great and helpful.

It may look good but the food was bland and the eggs were terrible and chunky seemed like they were from a carton and not fresh. The biscuits and gravy gravy had no sausage in it and was sweet. The waffles were good but the chicken tenders were bland and salty. The service was terrible took 8 minutes to get a refill for water.

So after a long exiting day, what better opportunity to end the night by dining at House of Blues. Unfortunately they closed at 11, disappointed so ubered to the Shake Shack. So decided the next day we had to go after another exciting day. When we ordered our food came quickly which was the Jambalaya and Spicy Chicken Pasta was on point. I guess you can say it was worth waiting another day and the service was good.

Great food and service were the headliners here. Weve been to several HOB locations, and this was the best experience weve had, hands-down. Our server was really attentive to our group, and took great care of us. Menu guidance and an awesome personality.

We went here for dinner on the first night of our stay-cation. It took an extremely long time for our food to arrive. When it did, it was awful. The ribs and pulled pork sandwich were dryer than dry. No amount of extra barbeque sauce could make it palatable. The burger had no flavor. Only 1 out of 4 meals were enjoyable. Oh and the meals were $20+ a piece. For that service and food? No thanks. Never going back.

Fantastic server!!! Ryan gave us the best service and experience I have ever Had, and Im a server myself. Great service was refreshing. He was very attentive and gave us solid recommendations. The ambience was attractive, server did provide awesome service, however the food was disappointing. Ordered the half rack of ribs which came burnt. For the price, I recommend you get something else on the menu.

Every time I come to town, I stay at Mandalay Bay it’s my favorite place to stay. I also like to visit House of Blues about twic to three times during my stay!I loved their food.The Pasta Dish is my favorite!I was very pleased to see that they seem to have it together! Even though the staff had masks they were all friendly from the hostess, to the server, to the manager that stopped by my table. I did noticed a person dedicated to spray and sanitize everything which made me feel safe and comfortable.The bathrooms were super clean.I’m really impressed to see their commitment to us,and each other.

Service was amazing. Lucy juicy burger was only ok. Had only 4 little pieces of jalapenos, and the bun was soggy. Fries were great.

House of Blues Las Vegas is an iconic venue. There have been a lot of great shows here. And theres going to be a lot of great shows in the future. I look forward to spending a little bit more time at the House of Blues, you know once the craziness is over.

Had a great time here. With not much being open late with the pandemic I decided I would try this place out. Julissa was our waitress and she was super informative and just fun to talk to. I will definitely visit again!

The place itself is very nice, love having a drink here but when it comes to real food it doesnt measure. I have had 3 bad experiences with my food.... shame on me for going back but the place is nice and the friends like to visit on experience it by themselves.

I met up with a friend for her birthday. Staff was pleasant It was clean. They had a baby and it wasnt a hassle. They followed all the Covid guidelines. Great place

Not too big so you can enjoy an intimate concert. High ceiling, hip atmosphere, great stage and lighting. I just went to see Leslie Odom Jr. The sound guy didnt do a great job- someone in the audience shouted to bring up the mic so Leslie asked and it got better from 5 to 8 lol It was all standing seats but to get a table its expensive; $100 for two.

While the bbq plate looked delish, it was far from it- chicken was bland w/ practically no flavor; ribs were ok but bbq was too sweet & brisket was under cooked

Food was terrible! Chef should be fired! Ordered med rare steak without the discusting vinaigrette drizzle and wouldnt you know it I got well done burnt with discusting drizzle! This place should get a new tastester for that drizzle very dreary atmosphere......

French toast is very well done. Very tasty and definitely will be back again

Had the same experience I had withTicket master when I went to see Eric Clapton at Seattle Center Colosseum when they issued the same 4 seats twice and we kept repeating over and over again and we purchased them at the box office. The other people yelled at us for sitting in there seats, like we worked for ticket master they where willing to put us in nose bleed seats ️had seen heart in highschool, still have original program,lived across the street Micheal Deroiser,met Roger Fisher and Robin Trower after they played together at Ballad fire house I saw Heart was on the internet for $54 and they had it on the outside reader board and they forgot to put on the inside reader board and the gal kept arguing that Heart was not on the schedule??? And another Gal checking Id came to back her up and the argument just got worse so I left?? I dont know who hires these people,they have never responded by email or phone calls? Do you hire people that work at Burger King to fill your positions or maybe people from the circus, like the bearded lady. If you cant do job, you can file for unemployment as disabled ️️️️️Seen several concerts in Canada including Pink Floyd and the Buddy Holly story in London at Strand Theater,they never accused of working for them when there was a mistake ️️️️️️

Food was awesome, portions are huge definitely perfect for the price. I didnt get the chance to listen to music so I cant comment on that. But Carlos Santana will be there in September, he was also there on the fourth and EVERYONE I mean everyone said it was great. So I may be back there in September.

The food and atmosphere are incredible! House of Blues Vegas is a must visit while on the strip! My wife and i have been celebrating our anniversary at House of Blues in Vegas for years! We travel to Vegas specifically for our trip to House of Blues, and this year was no different except with the virus closures we had to wait! But we are actually sitting at a table right now, celebrating not only our anniversary but that theyre open again! We are so grateful to Vicki, Paul and Jeanna for making today extra special!

Great music and experience. Drinks were very expensive but to be expected. There was an altercation at the concert but was handled quickly and effectively. Santana and his band are amazing!

We had lunch here today the Cobb salad is to die for. Excellent choice we will be back for dinner.

Very intimate placed. Your always in for a close up front show. Great lighting and heavy pour on the drinks. Definitely had never been a disappointed. Best times ever here.

Went to gospel brunch and had a fantastic time. Food was great, performance was excellent and inviting. I also liked that people dressed up a bit because it was church, religious or not, you are bound to have fun. Organization was a bit chaotic. We booked a table but was told to sit anywhere. Some people were upset about seating. They also opened 45 min late. All was forgiven when everyone ate and were having a good time.

House of blues!This is a hidden gem found within Mandalay Bay. Food was great and of the southern variety. I had the fried chicken with mash potatoes - mash potatoes were outstanding. The waitress was excellent and really nice, and made some great recommendations. The restaurant had a great feel to it - there’s a stage with live music, bar, and large seating area. Prices are very reasonable for a large serving Size. I’d recommend it for sure.

The service was slow. They forgot to give us silverware. The steak was overcooked and tasted like dog food. But they did replace the steak with baby back ribs which were delicious and fell off the bone

Very upset with the store inside the Mandalay Bay hotel. This is the last time I shop there. The cashier was rude! Very unhappy with my purchase. Anywhere else I could of exchange a shirt or refund it.. I bought a shirt for some else, and it didn’t fit.. no one told me they run small!!! There’s no changing rooms right now! I get it. So now I have a shirt that no one is going to wear. Waist of money.. never shopping there again

They have a great jambalaya. Add shrimp and its a filling meal. They have happy hour starting at 2 pm so their $8 margarita is a perfect combination. Ive tried a few things but tend to stick with the jambalaya. If you can handle slight spice its a good cajun dish.

House of blues in Las Vegas is amazing . With the floor and the balcony, so much standing and sitting room. I had a chance to come to house of blues a few times . The house of blues offers a Sunday brunch that needs to be touched at least once a month

I love the spaghetti and meatballs here. The food here is very tasty. Nothing fancy or modernized;however, its classic old school Italian-American done well...very well. The atmosphere and ambience here is very welcoming. Very friendly and attentive staff members that makes it a place you want to keep coming back too. I will be back soon.

Waited and waited to try this Nashville hot chicken sandwich! It definitely did not disappoint. Ordered the medium hot sandwich and the chicken and waffles. Omg! The hot chicken was perfectly seasoned and spicy, and the slaw and bread definitely helped balance out the spice. The waffles were also delicious! So fluffy and crispy!

The service was phenomenal and the food lived up to the hype. Definitely a standout within all the great dining options in LA. The service was phenomenal, our waiter was very a attentive and made fantastic recommendations. The food was fresh and flavorful and the ambience during dinner just made it better! Cant recommend enough!

The venue is topical HOB, not bad. They made me surrender my keys before going into the show. I got them back, but cmon...

Place was about 20% full when we arrived. Had to wait 5 minutes for somebody to show up at the entrance. The young lady was unfriendly when we asked for a table for 12 with 7 people now and 5 people coming a little later. That doesnt fit it with how their system works. Eventually they made it work but only with a more friendly employee. On the table were some special offer food menus. We tried to order some food from the regular menu and some from the special menu. We were told were not allowed to order anything from the special menu unless were sitting at the bar. They couldnt explain why the special menus were on the table. Eventually they let us order what we want. The food tasted so so. A little later both myself and my wife felt a little puky. Maybe it was the food or drink from this restaurant? Giving two stars only because the restaurant itself is very pretty and nice to look at. World not go back though...

Great restaurant and even better music venue.Restaurant features Southern inspired cuisine for lunch and dinner. The Las Vegas location is also the only location to offer breakfast as well.Music venue is small and intimate with three bars, one on each side of the stage as well as one across the stage. I give the place 4 stars simply because there are two huge pillars down in floor area that block a view of the stage.

Great food. Didnt get to see a show while we were here but once they are going again, we will be back to catch one.

My first time there last night. The acoustics and the music artist last night preformed a variety of genres; however they didnt stock my drink and our food order came out exactly as we requested it NOT to. The bathroom needed a little bit more tending to tho.

Saw The Damned and The Darts. The venue is a nice setup and decent sound but they nickel and dime you every chance they get. A 4 ounce rum and coke (made with Pepsi by the way) will run you $11. Chairs and barstools are removed in an effort to entice you in to VIP seating which requires spending $100 on food and drinks, which then entitles you to the roped off seating area with the tables and chairs. The bathroom has an attendant whom expects a buck or two for giving you a paper towel after you wash your hands. Had to sit on the casino floor just to rest our feet between the bands.

Not sure I want to share this secret since this is one of the few excellent sushi bars that you can easily get a seat in but they really do deserve recognition. Their fish is fresh and made expertly by two Japanese Sushi chefs. We tend to prefer sashimi over rolls. I highly recommend giving it a try esp. if you are in the neighborhood.

Carlos Santana Concert was fabulous! Accomodations by Mandalay Bay establishment were beyond compare. Sound system superb, V.I.P. seating comfortable. Service excellent. Restrooms clean and inviting. No waiting to to enter. Very well organized. Had a ball!

Great venue. Prices are reasonable for a bar on the strip. When you go pay the $100 for a VIP table. Youll get $50 food/drink credit as well as a seat. The floor can get jammed for some shows.Get the gator bites. Mmmm.

A great place to see live music! The Gospel Brunch was something not to be missed. I also saw one of my favourite bands at the moment! The Dead South. Magical venu drinks are not cheap but thats Vegas!

Went to House of Blues for breakfast because of 7am opening and it was delicious. I had the French toast with a side of chicken sausage and my boyfriend had steak and eggs. Service was prompt and food came out quickly. Prices are similar to the casino cafes and the quality was ten times better.

Always great place to eat and have some drinks!! Foods always good never been disappointed. Service is excellent. Definitely will be back.

We ate at the restaurant on Sunday. Food not that great, was really pricy. Service was really tough.

I absolutely loved this neighborhood spot. Walking distance from the one and only Ample Hills. Every bite here was authentic, hot, and delicious. Favorites were mushroom lasagna and seafood linguine.

Have been here several times. The last time the food wasnt up to their normal standards. It tasted old. The brisket was more like jerky.
