I just came back from Ohio and the park looks great! The new maintenance man Tyler is going above and beyond to get the park looking great again. The new management Nikki is doing great considering what she walked into. She is such a sweetheart. It was looking like a family park and hopefully we will all be back to our 55 community soon. We are happy to have them.

I have been here for a month people are very nice park is kept well Terry the manager is very helpful and I nice no complaint happy here stores are close laundry on site plus pool awesome place recommend stopping in right on 98 south.

I have been visiting a friend here and so far the place is very quiet and very friendly. Everyone seems to get along and keep there places nice and neat.Those that have pets all keep up after them and make sure that theres no problems. Nice neat friendly place! :)

Very nice 55+ community. A friend of mine just moved into a mobile home, and shes made it a very beautiful place, Im sure shell enjoy living there.

I was threatened by the park manager to take my review down. But after speaking to my lawyer, anyone can comment what they like on reviews. As long as they are not threatening, and they werent. So Im just gonna say that if you like to party you will fit in perfectly. This is a sad 55 + park.....

This park is under new management and the park is very well taken care of. The owner has made a lot of improvements over the past year also.

I love this park An the ppl in it this was my first year here An I will be going back in October the managers are great very friendly An ready to help or fix anything cant wait till October

Poor business park...we are so upset how our elderly parents retirement place was turned into a nightmare ! We know several ppl who live here wish they could leave ! Poor managment and poor owner they Do Not like to fix things or mantain grounds trees over grown (looks bad ) and management drinks on sight daily. Got so many videos of this ! So many residents are very unhappy if you move the ppl will not sale your home or approve new owners ..so if your parents want to retire here plz plz look else were !! All we wanted was peace and happyness for them now its nothing but stress and worrie ! Theres so many parks where the ppl Do care about there residents ! Happy house hunting !! Buyer Beware!!!!

Tenants and homeowners are fantastic with the exception of one or two. Easy to ignore. Peaceful and relaxing. Id give it a 4 star.
