If I could leave no stars, I would. I called to ask them about the sign they had out front and on their website Lot rent with purchase of a new home Why have a sign like that? What does that mean? In my opinion, free is understood.Everyone knows you pay lot rent when you live in a mobile home park. That is like Publix having a sign saying, Taxes with every purchase. I was told they never offered that and never had a sign. I saw the sign on several occasions and if you go to their website, it is still there! This is deceptive advertising!! and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Charlie and Debbie are both retired now and found our forever home at this beautiful park. We dealt with Tamara , who was so pleasant to deal with, and answered all our questions. Kevin the other manager looks after his residents . This park is so well kept up and manicured to the 10’s. The pool is just beautiful and the clubhouse is very nice with lots of activity, things to keep you busy!The homeowners here are pleasant and thoughtful to each other . It is super quit at night and we both feel “Very Safe” at night. It’s a park anyone would love to be at and proud to call your home forever!! Don’t pass up this park, it was the #1 rated park this year for a reason! Come and find your forever home at “MasVerde”

Beautiful park. Drove thru had a limited amount of time in area, saw a home for sale, it was outside business hours, wish someone would have answered the phone. But I do understand.

Nice quiet and well kept mobile home park. Units for sale range from high 40s to low 90s. Affordable and prime location for fixed income!

I researched a bunch of parks and Mas Verde is the best. It is very clean very friendly and nicely maintained. A great place to live.

I pick up good unwanted items..For small fee. If theres packing involveThere is a few.

Really enjoy the food very authentic and good size plates and plenty of tortillas. The service is excellent

I dont live in this community as Im not 55+ yet, but as someone who does a lot of contracted work in the neighborhood I can say that it is one of the nicer 55+ communities in the lakeland area. The residents seem to be genuinely friendly to each other and to visitors of the neighborhood. Very well upkept as well.

Very nice community for retirees, beautiful pool and many amenities for the residents. Very well maintained homes and public areas.

Wonderful community. The residents are very friendly and inviting. I love the location... 30 minutes from Disney and 1 hour to gulf beaches and close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

My late husband and I lived there for at least 10 years. Many friends and office managers great. I remember Tamara. So sad to leave but wonderful memories.

Enjoyed the Tursday night BINGO. Great group of people live there.

I would first like to mention that I am one of the managers here at Mas Verde. I have lived here on property since approximately 2006. I have loved meeting and socializing with the residents here in Mas Verde. If you ask the residents and the HOA you will see that there is a very good working relationship between management and the residents. There are times when we have to put on the management cap and make tough calls for the good of the community and the company. That is when some people may get upset, such as the person who left the negative review. We always strive to make fair and just decisions but some people choose to work against themselves and us by not adhereing to the rules of the communtiy. We hope that as future residents you will give us the opportunity to show you what Mas Verde is really like. A beautiful well maintained and friendly community.

Beautiful place to retire and enjoy a bit of paradise.

Dont waste your time here. We lived there for a year, and had a total of two people come to our home to introduce themselves. We attended every function, walked around the park regularly and tried to engage residents in conversation whenever possible, but we NEVER were made to feel a part of the community. You can usually get a wave as you drive by people, and sometimes have a very short conversation, however not much of anything else. BUT, this was not the worse issue. Management, especially Tammara, are on a power trip and absolutely untrustworthy. Compare this to the park where we live now (still in Lakeland), We met more people our first morning than we did in a year. There are so many activities that we cannot possible make them all. We have been to more community dinners in the first 4 months than were possible in a year as mas verde. The residents have made us feel very welcome, and we have made all sorts of friends. Every night (weather permitting) there is an informal social gathering, monthly potlucks, occasional breakfasts, weekly coffee, a womens group, and much more. This is during summer the SLOW time of year. Park management is great, and the parent company goes far above what you would expect. Dont settle for the false façade of mas verde and keep looking for a real community elsewhere in Lakeland.After writing this review, Mas Verde filed a malicious and unsubstantiated suit against me. Their vindictive behavior continues even once you leave the park. They filed a suit for eviction two months after we had moved. If you want an relaxed and stress free living experience, stay away, stay very far away, but if you do move in, whatever you do, dont complain about her husbands reckless driving within the park. We didnt believe the other residents who told us just how nasty she could be, but we should have, all the horror stories we heard must have been true.
