Love this place!! Had a lot of fun. This is the perfect place for a basketball fan because they will love all of the interactive things. I was excited to come here and wasnt disappointed at all. I enjoyed learning more about my favorite sport and playing the games. Cant wait to come back again soon.

I was in town for a day. Im a basketball fan so I decided to come check it out. The center court was under renovation so they dropped the admission fee to $10 for all ages. I had fun shooting basketball and reading up various information about past college players and coaches. I came on a Thursday afternoon and it was empty so I didnt have to line up to try different exhibits which was a good thing to me. This place is kids friendly too. Highly recommended.

Loved our time at CBE! Be ready for a great workout. Dress to play basketball. We spent hours playing ball at all the interactive displays and on the awesome court. So much to love. We had an excellent time. Would highly recommend to any basketball lover.

It was really fun for all the kids. They have multiple area where the kids can shoot basketballs. Different gaming set ups with 2k19 and some Xbox Kinect games. There is also a mock up sports casting desk where kids can act as castors.

The different shooting stations make for an educational and very hands on learning experience. It doesnt matter your height, you can learn the fundamentals of a slam dunk with numerous hoops at different height levels. Also the hall of fame is a must see. You can spot your favorite players names along the lengthy hall. So neat to experience.

The CBE is the official hall of fame for mens college basketball so its really cool that it is in Kansas City. It is a large attraction and you will spend many hours inside. Theres a museum component and a dynamic interactive component, so whether you enjoy playing around or learning about the history of the game you will have a great time.

Super awesome place to truly experience all that is COLLEGE BASKETBALL. We went on a Friday close to when it opened, and it was COMPLETELY EMPTY. Im all about that! Me and my girlfriend had so much doing all the challenges and just shooting around. So much information about the college greats, and finishing with the Hall of Fame is icing on the cake! Great for kids of all ages, and I recommend going during the week!

A great museum. Very hands on type of museum. There are basketball courts to play on and also different basketball activities like a dunking court, three point shooting contest, game beater scenarios, etc. little more pricey for a museum but worth the money if you spend a good amount of time there. Not a museum for kids who are young. If your kid can’t shoot a basketball or dribble, probably not worth the money to spend to get them in there.

Love this place! So fun for any lover of the game. I realize that it’s the men’s collegiate hall of fame, but I do wish they had representation of Women’s College basketball somewhere in the building. Came here with my three sons and daughter. It would be awesome to see this place create a space that would empower and inspire young girls to grow in their game and follow their dreams. Somewhere where they “see” themselves. Even the CBR phtoshot places their face on a male player. Awesome place, but doing more for young female athletes would be a bonus!

This place is amazing for basketball lovers! This place has 2 floors, both with TONS of different basketball games/things to do.For example, on the first floor, there is a basketball arcade game where it releases balls, and you must make as many shots as you can in 40-45 seconds. There are also big room-type areas where you can practice your dunking, buzzer beater shots, and even some far away shots.

This place is very fun and a great place to visit. It is definitely worth the price. There are a lot of camps that come here so it gets extremely crowded. There are also only a few things to do so it can only be a 4-5 hour thing but it was a great experience for me!

Fun place for everyone who likes basketball to go and play some basketball related games. There are different challenges throughout. You can also read and see some history too. This museum was like a hidden gem in the downtown Kansas City, MO area. More than a museum, its also a big basketball playground, with multiple activities. Didnt even know it existed until a local friend brought us during a visit. Such a fun experience, overall; all ages, all cultures, sports fan or not. Even if you dont follow much college basketball (like myself), the basketball activities are plentiful, and guaranteed to keep you entertained as you attempt each challenge over-and-over again; until you complete it successfully, and gain the sense of satisfaction/accomplishment. (Great for teaching kids, perseverance.) But even for older/elderly fans, its packed with memorabilia/pictures/media from all the best moments in college basketball history.I compare this to a trampoline park; you can expend very little energy enjoying the facts and views of each exhibit, OR you can go all out, taking full advantage of every activity, having so much fun while getting an entire cardio workout without even knowing it. Its all up to you/youre level of engagement. Its your choice. So if youre ever in the area, and you want to make that choice for yourself, go to the College Basketball Experience. Just make sure to give yourself a couple hours, a good amount of energy, and comfortable sneakers. You wont regret it!

Wow! Such a unique “museum.” Just had a great experience learning about basketball through the decades and testing various skills. This is great for basketball players as well as people who just want to get a basketball experience. It is designed in a way that gives you and your group enough privacy to avoid embarrassment. ;) So fun! Definitely recommend.

Brought the kids here on a rainy day when we had a day off school. It was not busy. We had some fun shooting hoops and it was a decent diversion. This place well earns its ONE-STAR rating however... it calls itself the College Basketball Experience... yet there is not a SINGLE photo of a female college basketball player or coach in the place. Not even the UCONN team! Disgusting. I honestly cannot recommend that ANYONE ever give this place money. This place should be an actual Title IX violation. DO NOT VISIT.

My two sons age 7 and 9 absolutely loved this place. It was a great father and son activity(or anybody for that matter) and we spent five hours here. Experience is definitely the right word over museum, there are tons of interactive play areas. Even the more hall-of-fame-like content is unusually interactive, allowing you to select videos by topic. Someone who is a fan AND loves playing would probably give it four stars, but Im absolutely terrible at basketball, so trying to shoot 3 pointers was just depressing.

As a Jayhawk fan awesome to be close to me. I love NCAA basket ball and the Jayhawks. Maybe to much because I yell at the TV. One of my dreams was to have a buzzer beater. With that activity there I did it. Sometimes it will not work and when I make it will go. Ooo to bad nice shot under pressure. I just laugh. Now it is my dream to watch my Jayhawks in the Final Four. Go here it is fun.
