Nice stretch in downtown Jacksonville to take a walk or ride your bike.

Peaceful, clean, well kept and pretty! Benches to rest, nice sidewalks.

Older part of Jacksonville nc, it has alot of character. So enjoy going by the new river park and just watch to boats come and go. Watch the water ripple. So relaxing.

City put on an amazing winterfest in December for families!

Its a very nice, quiet little park to enjoy a lazy afternoon in. They have plenty of park benches too, so if you just want to relax, there is ample opportunity.

Need a place to go on a lunch break in town? I highly reccomend!! From sitting by the water eating lunch, to walking around in the fresh air on the brick walking track, I live this place!

Great place to walk, find painted rocks, be threatened by sketchy looking men. Depending on your flare for adventure, I highly recommend.

This is a beautiful area. I can imagine going after this years winter fest just to relax with the family. Overall, i wish there was a play area for the children.

Glad they have started utilizing the waterfront park for multiple yearly events! Have a great time at every event and wish they would have more child friendly events.I only gave it 3 stars because this particular event was a fun evening out for the family but especially for the children. They didnt have enough space and the events were not equipped to handle the amount of children present. Lines were long for children to be expected to be patient and wait.Next year, they need to have more of the same type events but with a much larger capacity.

Great Oktoberfest, but a bunch of empty booths this year. And my root beer/cream soda people didnt show so I couldnt get a 2018 mug. Very disappointing!

Attended a summer concert here. Brought our own chairs. Sound system was good. Grounds were well maintained. Our second event here, and we will return for others.

Great place when there is nothing going on. Even better when they are holding some type of event.

Its a nice place we take our dog there its got a few places to go docks and water access at the very back but no bathrooms or water fountain so bring and drink and use the bathroom before lol but its a cool little park

Its a good place for a romantic stroll. Its in the heart of downtown and has a lot of nice homes surrounding it.

Historical walk from onslow countys past history of old frontage & brick facade store fronts

Always is a great day when we can get together with our brothers and sisters in Christ to walk or run for such a worthy cause as Walk for Life.

Thats one of the smarter things that Jacksonville did the wonderful place to have their gatherings. After being there last night for the festivities I wish there was more places to sit

Fun Fall afternoon at the Octoberfest in Jacksonville NC.

Clean, green and well-planned. An oasis downtown. And for the Pokemon hunters out there, a half dozen spots within a nice leisurely walk.
