We had a great time, we camped 3 days for a Rock the South Concert. It was dusty. We did have 50 am power and very nice portable showers & bathrooms. Everyone was very nice & helpful, we hope to go back next year.

Great park to relax. Upgrades ongoing too!! Look forward to the continued expansion and availability of great free public rec space like this in Huntsville! Now to see the budget of tax money covering some lights for free public free - then 5 stars!!!

We planted 4 trees in an Operation Green Team and City of Huntsville volunteer activity. It was beautiful and they made it so easy. The holes were dug and dirt on the side. We just took trees out of the pots, placed them in the holes, then filled it in. Now there will be beautiful oak and maple trees growing there long after Im gone. I remember airliners landing there over the Parkway. Good Job, Huntsville!

I went for the Kite Festival and it was a perfect day. Sunny and Windy! Park is setup to handle the large crowds.

Honestly its pretty hard to find but the Exotic animal Expo was awesome

Love it here. My son skates and plays hockey at this facility. The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a pro shop where you can make purchases, get skates sharpened, etc.

With sports & races, fairs & rodeos, this area is always good for families. Kids Space is a giant playground that I remember being awed by as a child when construction completed. I used to run the Autumn Chase with other kiddos here & once I entered some homegrown pears in a competition on the fairgrounds back in the day. There are hundreds of acres of outdoor space around so theres endless room for activities!

Excellent military museum. They need a bigger space, because it is somewhat crowded. Lots of jeeps. They have jeep number 1. There is a lot to see from each period of U.S. military history. I really enjoyed looking at the exhibits.

The grounds are very well kept. The new recycled rubber path is great! Gorgeous views

There for a cross country meet. Facilities were clean and scenery was great. It was a dreary day as far as weather goes, but the place only had a few swampy spots, which was surprising considering how much rain we have had lately.

My daughter and I loved skating at this rink during open skate. We will definitely be back.

Great place for family to visit. Have numerous activities going on for your boys and girls. Also adults.

Nice rink, could have a cleaner area inside the building but I suppose that doesnt matter very much.

The playground was great. Its nice that there is a fence surrounding the playground and a bathroom thats easily accessable within the fence. If you have multiple kids in different age ranges it is a little hard to keep track of all of them because its hard to see from one side of the playground to the other.

Unique and mostly well maintained. My 3 year old daughter loved it.

My son loves this park. (Hes 2.) He runs like crazy and climbs on everything, nothing is off limits. And honestly, thats pretty awesome.

It was alright. About what Id expect, food was filling but not exactly stellar. Around the bottom of midrange buffets. They kept the trays filled, hot, and mostly fresh.

Plenty of swings ,climbing frames and balance beams my granddaughter had fun.

The kids love it here. Very nice and pleasant.

This is a park that some would consider as in need of management and care. Parts of the park are well maintained and other parts (some of the playgrounds) clearly show a lack of comprehensive maintenance. Its reasonably safe for walking, picnics and general community activities. One of its attributes is that it offers some incredible views of the city. However, ongoing comprehensive maintenance probably affects its overall attraction and community support. If these simple managerial issues could be resolved, the parks support would considerably increase.

Really fun play ground, wish they have a water fountain to drink when gets hot.

I have been using this place to walk. Its interesting place. It has some awful concrete work. I dont know did the work but they should not have been paid. It is terrible! There are not enough control lines. They should be every 4 ft. And there is side walk that is broken and is a tripping hazard. I hate to say it but it is a joke!

This isnt your everyday market as a lot of items are really high like deli items and the vegetables but on Tuesday ground beef and chicken breast are 2.99 lb a great deal . if you are needing a specail seasoning , veggie or fruit you probably can find it here. the bakery also has great items to choose from and really yummy chocolate stawberries. they also usually offer a $20 family meal deal in a paper bag which can feed 2-4 depending on what you choose and if you never signed up for e receipt you can get $10 off you can sign up before you go !its really a cool place to walk around and possibly find something you needed they also have the old school jars of candy to buy bags by the pound and an olive bar.

This is a beautiful facility and it is about to get a major facelift. 2 new championship soccer fields, new pressbox, new parking, ampitheatre and substantial landscaping

Quiet and serene, even though it is right off the parkway it is a little nature haven.

The Wall that Heals was displayed this evening. Very moving. The volunteers were awesome. Great display, super informative.

It was great the fair was in town and my family had a wonderful time we liked the rides and daughter really loved the petting zoo they had even tho I got bite a couple of times by some over eating goats it wasnt bad they didnt like to share there food with the little goats and the dirt bike dare devils my daughter really thought was interesting and could not stop watching them

They had the Healing Wall there. The Vietnam veterans & their families came out. Its a nice place to go .

Ive played soccer here my whole life. I recently found the cross country park/trail, its directly behind the tennis courts and ball fields on the south side of the park. The trail is great! Offers some beautiful views of the city and my pups love to run the fields. There is outdoor exercise equipment as well

My 4 year old and i loved it

Park is in some disrepair, several doors or gates had been removed with screws jutting out where little ones could be hurt. One toddler swing was broken and the sandbox was more dirt than sand. There was no real break between the toddler are and the bigger kid area and it was easy for my toddler to get lost where I couldnt follow but hard to interest her in the anything more than the swings. Once upon a time it might have been fantastic. With some maintenance, it could be again.

Came here for the rocket city fair. It was decent.

The fair had a good set up...great for family and teenagers.

The kids had an awesome time tonight. It was clean family fun for all ages. I was disappointed with the cost. Enough is enough. You pay to get in the gate, ($7 for adults and $5 for kids), then $25 each for armbands this year. Thats not including pony rides, face painting (which I found to be the most outrageous of it all...$10 for a childs face to be painted? Yeah shell be sitting there doing nothing on her phone tomorrow night too, duh!) $3 to win a ball by fishing,etc. Cotton candy is $4, a funnel cake $7. So..bottom line for 2 adults and 3 kids, it was $99 plus $5 to park. $46 for food and the $3 ball. A grand total of $153 I thought about all the families, that couldnt afford that. Sad how horrible expensive things like this have become.

Nice area to take your kids or pets to run and play. Theres a playground area for kids, theres also Pokemon Stops for the pokemon fans. A little further down is the clubhouse with tennis courts.Needs more outside lightening, and landscaping but overall a nice area.

Some of the playgrounds are well maintained but some need work. Even then, Its free of cost, you can go there whenever during the day; not sure if they have lights for night.

This describes my visit to this Panera Bread #1618, US Highway 72 in Madison, AL.Today on 20 April 2018 at 5:23 pm I bought meals for two. When paged I found that my $9.59 whole Steak Baby Arugula Sdw consisted of two small pieces of some non-descript oval-shaped white bread about four inches in maximum dimension, less than one ounce of steak, some chopped arugula, and two thin tomato slices. There was also a bag of potato chips. Thats what $9.59 plus tax bought!I questioned what I would have received had I bought the half sandwich for two dollars less. I was told that today the bread baked small, and that they would kindly make another sandwich to add to what I got. I wound up with two very small sandwiches with a total of less than two ounces of steak on cheap french bread slices that would make Wonder Bread a treat in comparison.I dont appreciate the attempt to defraud me of half my purchase.I dont appreciate a BS story about how the bread baked small so two sandiches were required. (If so, why did I have to explicitly ask for the second sandwich?)I dont appreciate the extraordinarily stingy application of steak to my sandwiches.I dont appreciate the tasteless cardboard $9.59 steak with arugula sandwich.I dont appreciate the fact that I had to get my order corrected...yet contrary to the promise on the sales slip, no free treat was provided.I dont appreciate that the sales slip contains no web address where complaints and comments may be aired to the corporate heads.At least one good outcome came from this meal: I will never ever again consider Panera for any food service of any sort at any time. It very much proved what is commonly said... its a place for those with more money than good sense and taste.Two thumbs and two big toes down!
