Werent able to explore inside the home but the grounds are beautiful. Flowers and murals.

My first trip and I loved it! They have went above and beyond to preserve the history of our area and tell the story of this brave woman.

This portion of history is maintained and of very significant history to these where about.Good work with preserving and demonstrating our civil war past.

Great Place to visit.

It was fun, and I would go again. Reenactors were fun and helpful.

Nice little place to visit and learn some local history. You can go inside the house but have to call to schedule a visit. They have alot of historical artifacts inside. They claim that the house is haunted and you can hear Mary Caroll rocking in her rocking chair on the back porch.

A lot of interesting history here at this old house that was built over 200 years ago in Ohio then floated down to Guyandotte where it stands today.

The members giving tours share loads of history about Guyandotte and the family who lived in this house since before the Civil War.
