A beautiful park near the edge of HB and the old oil fields. The wetlands backs up rather close so there are plenty of nearby trails to venture off to and parking is abundant either in the lot (which closes around 6pm) or at the street areas nearby. The workout equipment is fun and functional offering even disability friendly options. There are 2 age appropriate options for playgrounds; a toddler friendly side and older child playground with a zipline (currently needs greasing so it doesnt work well) makes this a good spot to visit. The swings on the toddler side are still locked up due to COVID but the park is big enough to enjoy without them.

Ahh full house. It took me a year to finally see Alamo Square. I made my friend drive around the block so I can take a quick picture of the Painted Ladies homes really fast. Definitely a nice park and a cool tourist spot. It wasnt that crowded which was nice.

Great views of the wetlands here. Nice park to take children. The parking lot can be packed though! Also a low-key spot to park and walk if you are going to dog beach

A wonderful gift as a Huntington Beach resident. I just love the park and all it has to offer. I just need a bike now so I can enjoy all the bike trails.

This place is great! Clean, well maintained, plenty for the kids to play on! The playground is allot into two parts, one for bigger kids and another for smaller kids. There is a decent sized field to play on as well.To top it all off, there is a free, quite nice body weight workout area with a ton of machines anyone can use. Will be back here often!

Had a lot of fun! The playground area is closed due to the pandemic. So my son and I went on a hike on the trails behind there. We loved it. There are trails that go back and forth with beautiful scenery. My son loves it (he is 3). You see all kinds of animals. Nothing dangerous. Just bugs, birds, squirrels, lizards, rabbits etc. Stuff like that so for him thats great. People just hiking and working out. If youre by yourself use caution if you go super deep on the trails towards the plant entrance (to the right) theres a mini camp of transcisents. Its basically where the trails end anyways. Besides that its perfect

Park in a great location with a great variety of equipment for kids. The new workout area is a pretty fun addition. The lark is in dyer need of shade, however. Would definitely recommend bringing an umbrella or an easy up.

Great park for Toddlers to age 10. Has two different areas: one for little kids and one for bigger kids. Also there’s adult workout area with outside workout machines. Been going here for many years. Pretty location and fun stuff to do.

We call this Bunny Park because of the massive amounts of cottontails munching on the grass after the sun goes down. Very relaxing.

Favorite park ever. The spinny features are super fun and there are different types of things to do. My son is in a wheelchair, and it’s pretty accessible as well. He gets out of his chair to use some of the features. He is always asking to go here. There is a big grassy area you could have a picnic with your family and a cool walk path.

Overflowing trash cans on a weekend. Pity the civic sense of some ppl. Need to impose strict laws on littering. All the plastic around will just end up in the ocean.
