When I was here it was dirty and the grass was real patchy, otherwise a decent park

The park itself is decent, but the neighborhood was a lot of fun because of all the different home modifications and remodels. I actually went to the park looking for a Geocache, but couldnt find it this time. Good luck to you if youre searching.

Just an okay park. It is shared with Circle View Elementary School. Has 4 softball fields which are used on weekends and after school by HB girls softball city leagues. No picnic tables, so bring your own. There is shade and a small playground for younger kids.

My favorite park. OceanViewDistrict an all time plus!!! My son loved it and everyone there was very friendly. The park felt safe and looked clean!! Suggest toddler playdates here! Lots of trees.
