I love d&b we come a lot. However, Im starting to not like this location because its overly crowded and having to wait on games because they have every other game blocked off for Covid but theres no point because were all packed into the same area anyways.

I used to come on Wednesdays for the half price games! Last time I visit we played an hour of bowling and it honestly went by to fast. On the weekends the bowling prices are high but in large groups it can be split. They also offer separate rooms for private events. As well as bar dinning and a nice dinning area. My only issue was the restroom conditions but its expected from a venue aimed for children and teens.

Wednesdays are for sure the best days to go for half price games. Staff did a good job at disinfecting games and were attentive to the social guidelines.

Social distancing fun for my family... I thought it was going to be awkward with Covid but it was not, just wear your mask and wait for the cleaning crew to clean your desired game, or you can clean it yourself with all of the stations they have around this place.

This establishment received a 4-star as the social distancing guidelines set on the games, made it a little difficult to play competitive games with your companion during date nights. I 100% understand the reason behind it. Without those restrictions, would receive a 5-star rating. Thoroughly enjoyed myself, but wish we were able to play more games together.

I added another star. It would have been nice, if the staff would have greeted my friend and I and helped us with getting a seat. We just kept walking up to the bars trying to see where we could sit without any help from the staff. Once we got a seat at the downstairs bar, we had an enjoyable time.

Arcade $3 token card to hold credits, card is reusable. $12 minimum to add credits. I played about 6 games & had some left. Games are big production & can be multiplayer. Some movie theme, some based on older game characters but new games. Shoot em up, driver/racing, a few old school (no pinball) etc. Bowling, $15/hour before 5pm || $30/hour after. Dining in, food & beverage available.

I went to one 23 yrs ago in orange California....it was different this time but it reminded me of chuck e cheese too....but better

This place is amazing. Bowling, 3-D games, food games. This place has is at all. The shops around here are great places to visit too.

Ate at the bar with my brothers. Jay took extra care of us. Food was hot. Glasses stayed full. Mask policy was strictly enforced. Cant wait to go back.

Went bowling with a group of friends, had a great time.. love that the pool tables and bowling is upstairs and the kids and games are down stairs.

I had a blast . we practice social.distance and use wipes and gloves for our safety. We were comfortable no long wait times for entry. Temperature was cool and we will be back soon.

Our server Jenn has to be the best server weve have ever had!! Ask for her in the restaurant if you go. The portion sizes were good, filling and seasoned well. The game floor was fun, but quite a few mins the games kept going down. Having an eating section in the middle of the game floor is weird since people were still leaving their drinks and foods around the games. I recommend removing it since there is a restaurant a few feet away and add more games.

Very disappointed. Ive been going to Dave and Busters for over 20 years. This was not the experience I was used to. People walking around with no mask on. No one enforcing the rule. Employees playing in each others hair and sitting around talking at the host station in the restaurant. Food served with no utensils. Took forever to get utensils. We wont be back to this one. Might have to wait and go to GA to get a better experience.

Everything was fine till we went to the dining area. The girl that took us to our table was horrible. We were 8 so she said she had to divide us, we asked why because there was another table with 7 people all sitting together and didn’t understand why we couldn’t just sit together she said “idk I don’t make the rules”. But! We said fine, we are in fact in a pandemic so we let it go and said we understood. Then we asked “where do you want us to sit” she said “SIT THERE” very rudely. Then she left and didn’t give us our menus. So again we asked politely “can we get some menus?” She rolls her eyes and when she got to our table she threw the menus at us. NOW THAT BEING SAID the lady who served us was super nice and so was the manager. We are not people that cause a scene. But she needs to go! If you can’t interact with customers you definitely do not need to be working there. Please have a chat with her someone. Unacceptable!

I went there for a birthday party and the staff was not at all organized. The bar staff and the wait staff was not on the same page on how to serve us. That place was dirty and the bathrooms was so filty to the point that you didnt want to use them. I know they can do better.Lets get it together!

Fun environment! We stayed until they closed for the night. The food was amazing too!

I enjoyed the other patrons in the establishment. I was only disappointed with management & their friendliness about mask requirements. We were drinking & eating & it is way too much of a bother to pull it up after each sip and bite, thats crazy. We take our health just as important as they would, we know youre the boss its no need to overstate authority thats understood.

I loved Dave and Busters... My truck was broken into while there. I wont go back. I tried contacting the Propertys security manager Ms. Kimberly and she wont return my call . Security staff ( Mr. Giavanty ) said that he didnt see anyone trying to break into my truck.. 2 security guards were working. And cameras all over the parking lot.. REALLY......

First time there and I absolutely did not enjoy my experience. I went to sit and have a bite to eat and a drink, I ordered a drink that was supposed to come with mug that I was able to keep, they served me the drink in a regular glass, I had to call the waiter over and show him that he had not given me what I asked for and on top of that the drink tasted like a glass of lemons not at all what I expected, the food was not seasoned at all, the set up was nice, But everything on my plate was bland, I ordered a medium well stake, it came to me medium rare. I was unable to enjoy anything else because immediately after eating the stake, I felt sick and had to leave. I do plan on revisiting, but Im going to grab a bite to esle where not there.

Ordered a drink and an appetizer, the woman brought it and came back a minute later with the check which was odd because we hadnt even ordered lunch yet, hour and a half passes, the woman never comes back, I take the check up to the front to try to get it resolved, the woman at the front tells me I need to go back to the bar, I go back to the bar and theres nobody there by this point it had been almost two hours and I couldnt even find somebody to pay the bill to. After walking around looking I finally ended up just walking out if they want me want to send me a bill I will happily pay for what I ordered but the service was terrible... And I ordered a $10 drink that was supposed to come with a red bull and didnt. Probably not going to be back to this location

Wednesday Specials is so worth it! Definitely not fully social distancing. So, arm yourself with hand sanitizers yall. There are staffs going around disinfecting and wiping down the machine, but I doubt its adequate.

Thursday’s are $20 all you can eat wings and unlimited play. However, you have to eat BEFORE you play (The wings come in a plate of 5 with a side of fries, you ask for another set after you are done). They will administer your unlimited play card AFTER you pay your check for the wings. The “unlimited play” consists of ONLY the games which have blue lights, which are less than 1/4 of the games there (mainly hoops, and car racing games). I gave it a 3 star rating because they make it sound like you could eat whenever and play every game and that just is not true.

Not that I dislike it. It was to HOT We had to stop purchase water to refresh ourselves we were waiting for bowling but decided to leave suffocating under the mask to keep ourselves and others safe just uncomfortable to many people to risky everyone touching all games and no wiping also restrooms were dirty and bad water pressure . Just wanted to enjoy the evening as a family

Slow service at the bar & restaurant. My salad was not the freshest. But, the wings were tasty!Lots of game choices.

First time visiting this location and it was nice. It was an extremely packed, but the location was very clean. Our food didnt take long to receive and it was hot, fresh, and tasty. I would definitely recommend that you go on days that they arent so busy because we spent more time waiting to play the games vs actually playing. They have so many games which makes it great for the whole family. We will definitely visit on Thursdays, which they have all you can eat wings and play.

Though social distancing. There customer service and management was not up to par. Manager in restaurant eating area was very rude. How do you have someone order food and have nowhere to eat it. Just not what I was use to very disappointed last birthday Ill take my son Richmond it is. Drinks and bartenders where great.

Fun place but the servers are so lazy and with bad attitude. With bad employees can definitely ruin a great business.

Management is very selective about who they choose to speak to about mask requirements. The entire staff should be well versed about the requirements and clearly have them posted and reintegrated to ALL guest! My experience with Managment needless to say was terrible and was provoked by continuous excuses. Overall sensitivity and diversity training is tremendously for the general and shift management staff at this establishment! The General Manager wasn’t even at the facility! He had to be called in!

This place is awesome!!! Huge changes recently on the selection of games and the quality of the games!Restaurant attached had great service and great food! We were here for 4 hours and spent about $150. Definitely worth the entertainment and environment for a date night!

Great place to visit with the family. Btw they have 4 ladies wiping down every game and offering sanitizer for every customer wants which i think its very sanitary. They also have masks who those forgot to bring one and gloves too ... very neat place and new games ....

Love their boneless buffalo wings, fun games, half price wednesdays, happy hour drinks, very hot in the building though.

We always have a blast at D&B. I think we were the only family who actually wore gloves tho lol

It was fun, waitress was awesome but the hostess seemed to expect us to know where to sit which was upsetting cause we didnt the whole eye rolling needs to be gone too cause that isnt a pleasant thing to see. Honestly everything else was great

The games are fun and there are new ones, but the service is just ok and staff seemed exhausted. Our waitress was overwhelmed with a large group. Took pictures of the aka Sports Bar area. The kids love the place so well be back soon.

I used to go to Dave and Busters ALL the time. I think within the last year or so the prices have hiked up even more (it was never cheap to begin with) $8 for a tiny draft beer that was flat. Around $50 to play for 45 minutes, if that. Mind you, half of the games were broken anyhow. Its a cool place maybe when its half price games or what not, but its just so expensive for what you get. I dont believe it was worth the money. We had to purchase food to sit at a table. Mother in law is a bit older and cant stand as long. Spent $12.99 on chicken tenders that were dry AF and fries that were soggy. All in all, around $100 for ONE hour of play/hang out. Skip this place and take your boo to a good dinner. Not worth the money

Hands down the better D&B in Houston. The bartenders are super nice and friendly and you can never have a bad time playing arcade games! I always enjoy playing games and drinking, especially when it’s happy hour! I also enjoy the food, and it usually comes out pretty quick! Be sure to ask for Daniel at the bar! He’s the best bartender they have!

Very attentive, the manager Jess (I think that’s her name) is very down to earth and extremely helpful. To the point she already has everything done before I even ask for it. I know a lot of businesses are struggling with this Covid 19 disaster but she wouldn’t wouldn’t even except my handsom tip I was offering for her kind services.. I didn’t get the bartenders names but all of them showed the same kind of service that would make anyone want to return. Everyone in there has more than one job to do and they do it well. Highly recommended. I will be back very soon

Felt like there there was a lot of people not socially distancing in there but tables were spaced out for it but people themselves were everywhere so it just made people standing closer together

Waitress Yoselin was very nasty, very poor customer service. There is no need for me to spend my money where it’s not appreciated.It’s apparent everyone there is rude. Should have trusted the reviews and never came here. It’s one thing for an order to be messed up but a funky attitude is just unnecessary.

Really great location. I always have fun here. I take my son for half priced Wednesday and we do Pokemon Go raids as there are three active gyms here. The food is usually really good, service usually friendly and they just updated and brought in new games.

Great food, great games. My company came here for an outing event with around 20 employees and the service was quick. We ate in their spacious dining space and had no issues whatsoever with our experience. Id recommend this place for birthdays, family fun, night out or even a date night.

First I’d like to share that if you shop at H-E-B you have a likely opportunity to save $20. $20 for $20 game play. I had honestly never been to Dave & Busters but from my experience and what the staff told me while I was there. Tuesday’s are the day to go. It’s definitely a last stop destination, as in go eat somewhere before, the food isn’t marvelous and the drinks aren’t cheap. Without a coupon the price for tokens is unreasonable but that’s why I included that handy tip up top. You’ll have a good time & the staff is friendly.

Not a bad time with my daughter Playing games. Just not impressed with the food. Shame on me for expecting fine dining at a game place but the prices scream quality while the food says mediocrity.

Very clean and staff constantly cleaning the game area. Slow customer service, but theres only 1 person at the front. Social distancing was up to par.

The arcade was awesome plenty of games to play with family and friends along with good drinks and food.Upstairs they have a bowling area and pool hall with another bar.My only complaint is the bowling alley lanes were extremely bumpy. You could literally hear the ball roll over the bumps when you threw your ball.But overall the experience was great and we had alot of fun.I would recommend this place!

The food was really good, but the gaming area was way too hot. It felt like the a/c wasnt working. It was really unbearable.

Great place for fun and drinks. The food was not so good and the service was the worst. Our server, Jocelynn, was not very attentive and left us waiting so long that we just skipped ordering appetizers. The ribs were mostly fat. The other food was acceptable but not enough that well not eat here again, especially since service was so bad. We had to ask another server to find Jocelynn and tell her we were ready for our check because again, shed disappeared! We still had a great time playing games, though. Next time we come to Dave & Busters, well eat dinner somewhere else first and then come for games, bowling and drinks only!

It was hot in the place. The staff continously, and rudely saying, keep your masks on. It was a waste of money.

There was no air conditioning, it was horrible!! Uncomfortable and sweating. Food was gross, Philly cheese steak was hard and cheese unmelted, no utensils and I asked for mayo was brought some old mayo that had been sitting out...

Of course this place is the best. Service and price and there food has always been quick and. Servers all so nice , makes for a great tip.

This review is entirely for the bowling alley. The service is good, the food got mixed-up but overall good. The place seems outdated, like it needs maintenance, thou, nothing really broken, just seems old.Good place to have fun. This place is neat and you can drink beer while the kids play video games. Prices are whats to be expected of a place like this. I will say, no matter what time weve been there, and weve been to this one in Houston and Anaheim, the bar tends to lag. Also with that many people around, they tend to get pretty hot in there. Its an experience though and they seem to keep up with the machines pretty good.

Took my oldest son for some food, games and father and son time. The food arrived quickly and was good. The setting up the tap and play via mobile was a bit of a pain but was cool once we got going. Plus we received 50 percent off the coins bought.

I always love coming to this Dave & Busters!!! The machines are always fun and working, the food (especially in the restaurant upstairs) was way better than expected (so is the service), and even if the place is a bit full you will have a great time! Its a great place kids and adults can enjoy!

Always a great selection of drinks at happy hour and beyond. Staff in large dining area need to be more attentive. The place can be empty and they still ignore you. At the bar area, theyre very attentive. My kids always want to go here for their birthday and I spend a tons so I expect a bit more. Also I hope theyve added more shrimp to shrimp entrees!!!

Went for bowling on NYE. I thought it was a bit overpriced. 30/hour for a lane. Other alleys are much better but this place does not have all the league nights. Service at the alley for the bar was horrible. And they were not busy. The servers stood at the bar chatting with the “bartender”. I closed my tab and told them I would get my own drinks.The allies were so-so but we had fun. The nice thing is they have a timer on your screen for the amount of time you have used, although our pin machine jammed and no one at the bar helped. Service gets a minus 5 here. The place itself is ok. To the manager.—-Hire some decent help. The me generation is ruining your business. People too “good” to work for a paycheck are holding space as workers.

Wallet was stolen from this location. The manager Russell was useless. I reported it stolen within five minutes of noticing it was missing the manger was too busy looking at sports tv at the bar had to go up to him and inquiry if there was any update on my missing wallet all I got was a vague response he’ll announce on speaker if anyone found it. Such poor customer service will never return !

My fiancee and I were excited to finally be able to visit d and b last week after months of cabin fever, being regulars we usually make several trips a month. Upon our arrival we noticed the masks required signs on the exterior doors and and approximately every 5-6 ft within the building. Within 15 minutes of being there we began to notice how warm it was and found a manager to ask if there was a problem with the AC, We were then told that the AC was currently broken but they could COMP us a bottle of water. When we asked why we werent notified upon our entrance, before we loaded our card and purchased beverages, we were told that it wasnt mandated to notify the guests.... OF A BROKEN AC UNIT FOR A BUSINESS IN HOUSTON, TEXAS. After receiving the contact info for gm ADRIAN WILLIAMS, and engaging in both a email and telephone correspondence with him, it was relayed to me that Dave and Busters - Katy had many messages to convey to their customers and they ASSUMED that ppl would notice their AC was not working upon entrance! NoSir. Instead of being a responsible, ethical manager you subjected CUSTOMERS AND STAFF, to unacceptable conditions in the midst of a pandemic for your bottom line! If time and money have ever meant anything its right now, dave and busters- katy just showed how much respect they have for it.

Servers must have way too many tables for us to have waited 20 mins for our drink, and 15 minutes for her to get our credit card.. We had 14 people ahead of us to be seated, yet we waited. There was no problem with the games, but the food was less than mediocre but it looked beautiful. Absolutely NO FLAVOR... we will not be back

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. To say the place was packed, the orders was coming out really fast. My family and I really enjoyed the great service and amazing games!

I loved this place even when it was Jillians. Man I miss Jillians and Drinks Houston. The improv is still there. I enjoyed D&B the prices could be lower but the quality of food and presentation is good. The customer service was excellent.

If I can give a no star I would, I never been here before and wasnt a good experience, we went for our daughters 14th birthday, my husband and I order a few drinks and also the pretzel pull apart while the kids where playing some of their games, as we both ate two and my husband was about to eat the third there was a hair in between the bread and cheese so it didnt just fall off of us or person serving it, it was cooked. The bartender right away pulled the food away and said thats disgusting then called over his manager, now here is the point Im bringing this is supposed to be a all in one place thats why we went, we already spent about $200.00 or more on games and drinks and was going to order food for the kids also, after the hair I didnt want any food to be served to us, I had guess there that had ordered food and was groosed out, so this messed up the whole night we didnt stay too long after, well manager came over and this is the part that up set me the most he want to play like we trying to get over on him or something, he said I looked and didnt really see the hair but I believe you I guess and asked If we like a replacement ummmmmmm hell no you want same hair cooking people to make me more food no thank you, he said he will give us a full refund, well we left and spent money somewhere else for us to eat at, few days later we dont see anything on Bank statements that they have given refund anywhere, we called multiple people and now they saying they only refunding the pretzel bites and the drink that was on same ticket!! No it missed the whole night up now we dont live in no small house and far from hurting for money, the point is you should make stuff better before word gets out that you serving hair, I do have a picture and will turn this in to the health department!! I also attached pictures of our home so they can stop profiling us!! Maybe if corporate or owner of store actually contact us I will remove this post! We live in a nice 7 bedroom, we have two cars and great jobs!! So stop acting like we trying to get money off of yall and own up to your mistakes and give us our money back our night out was ruined, it was embarrassing to our guest, kids where disappointed they couldnt eat there, we had to go somewhere else!!

It started ok for a birthday celebration, then they started putting several stipulations on the $19.99 Unlimited wings and Games...But I fixed it and the day ended better.

Fun place to go to unwind with friends and family! Prices are to be expected. The bar and the waiters take some time to get to you. All except one bartender he would take your order and make it immediately. Your waiter will also come find you in the game room to see if you need refills. They don’t have laser tag or bowling though

Took my wife to Dave and Busters for Valentines day. We walked around and checked out all the games. Then we decided to sit and the bar to eat dinner due to the long wait to be seated at a table. We ordered food and drinks. After sitting there awhile a couple sat down next to us and ordered. Forty-five minutes later that couple got their food but we still havent. We asked our bartender where are food was. He got on a hand held radio but never came back to tell us anything. We finally canceled our order and left. Horrible experience!

My company went to the Marq-E location this past Friday night for our Christmas event. We went to bowl and enjoy ourselves after being at work all day. While there the ladies at the bar were extremely friendly and helpful to our group. Their service was excellent. However, my reason for giving only two stars is due to rude manager Adrian Williams. While we were there, we kept having issues with one of the lanes. After speaking to the bowling attendant several times we finally went to the manager thinking he would be more helpful to us. We were wrong. Instead he got extremely rude with several of my coworkers, stating they drunk and slurring their words. This was not the case at all. We had only been there for a few hours and had not ordered that many drinks. After he kept insisting that we were drunk, he had the bar cut us off and threatened to call the police if we did not leave. Needless to say we will not been be going to this establishment again any time in the near future.

Frankie (bartender in lounge) was great. He has a kindred spirit. I called him Dallas all night and he answered. He finally told me his real name but was pleasant about it. I ordered a french connection and a few other drinks. Frankie was very professional and got to understand my personality to match the right drink
