I read the reviews online about this places & the 5 stars. Decide to surprise my son for his Birthday. However this was a terrible idea the truck is very nice & has every game for kids to enjoy . The service is terrible very unprofessional. The truck was late to my party & left early . I called to discuss this issue & nothing but the run around . Nothing has been done for the inconvenience of my time . I paid for 3:30pm -5:00pm. Didn’t get that all . I had to call 2 times upon arrival to see where the truck was located because I didn’t receive a call saying they would be late . The driver arrived at 3:45 & left & 4:40. I was on the phone with the company as the driver sent my party back into the house & just left without speaking with me .I go out to speak with drivers & they just keep driving with no care in the world for how they have ruined my son’s party. Extremely unprofessional & yet issue still haven’t resolved the issue . I’ve called several times & gotten the run around . Says he will call back & doesn’t this is ridiculous. I will be going to social media so this company won’t ruin another person birthday or party for the lack of unprofessionalism. I really thought this company was good from doing my research. The way I was treated makes me feel like this was complete racism & nothing is being done about it .. I was blast this on every social media platform to get the work out on how disappointed I am.
