I came to vote. The people there are real friendly and helpful! The place is clean no matter which way i look from one spot.

I used this place for my reception so I only used the clubhouse. The building has a old feel to it and the walls are colored an light yellow or very off white. The assistant in charge of the clubhouse was very helpful by answered any questions we had. We were able to come and see the clubhouse often and check on our decor to make sure it all worked out which was a huge relief to us. I took one star off because the clubhouse could use a little remodeling. The carpet has a big stain on it (which wasn’t hard to cover with a table) and the walls have old food on the floor panels. However the building was perfect for a reception! The many windows and big layout make it feel open and spacious and with some nice decor it was very elegant! I would recommend doing a reception here to anyone!

I dont think a lot of people (i.e. residents) realize how truly unique LRC is. Is it cheap? No. Is the pool in perfect condition? No. Is it better than your personal pool? Depends what youre looking for. Is it a great place to socialize? Hell yes. Name another neighborhood pool with a legit diving board that allows responsible drinking and has hella cool events & parties. BBQs, crawfish, bourbon tastings... watched the world series there.Its just great for kids and adults of laid back families. They just need more members. Come on down.

Lakewood residents club is a wonderful place to hangout with the family. There is a real community vibe for members. I recommend this club for anyone looking for a home away from home kind of place.

Always LOVVVVE coming here. My daughters favorite pool. And they always have 4 of July events with free food and drinks. Good wholesome family fun with a professional staff and an awesome bunch of people.

Great pool, top notch tennis courts, and plenty to do for kids. Well worth being a member.

This is a spacious (although aging) place, and an excellent location for a large get-together. The pool is large and well-maintained with lifeguards.

Not apart of lakewood f ok rest HOA. And if you want to use this place they charged $60/month just to go swimming. And after labor day you cant swim anymore and they still charge you $60/month. Just way to much money. Would much rather pay for YMCA, get more for your money.

Private club so BYOB and drink responsibly. Fantastic people, friendly outgoing, inviting and inclusive. Barbecuing, swimming, tennis, volleyball, corn hole,, fishing, kiddie pool, playground, they have it all. The pool is one of (3) outdoor 50 yard pools in all of Houston. Tennis is year round and is completely lighted for night time play, main facilty available for rent for parties and gatherings for members and non-members (members get a discount), full commercial kitchen available. This is an awesome place to spend time and socialize. At $700 for a full time year round membership with all ammenities, there is no better deal anywhere. Guests are invited with members for a $5 fee for use of the pool.
