We purchased the link for Broadway at the Box 2020. It was just like seeing it live. The voices were amazing. They had a great selection of songs.

Heard that this was THE place to checkout while in Houston and it truly didnt disappoint. Its a group of 5 people doing various acts with a live band. The show is rotated every several weeks. Its a quaint little space with no bad seats. With a loyal following theyre always looking for more. They offer wine and other drinks along with snacks for purchase. We didnt know until near the very end that photos and videos are encouraged. If youre in the area, make sure to check it out!!

Have been attending programs here for years. The 5 performers and the band are fantastic entertainers. Original programs presented with a thread of humor. Dont pass an opportunity to attend their shows.

What an awesome theater. The performers are fantastic and blend music and comedy seamlessly. The musicians and staff are great. The theater is very intimate and I happened to meet Rebekah just prior to the show starting. She was very friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommended the Music Box Theater enough. This is truly a Houston treasure. Plenty of parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

We have attended five different shows, some with our parents, some with our 20 something children. All have enjoyed immensely. Great voices, good songs, entertaining. Highly recommended.

One of Houstons Hidden Treasures! Outstanding performances by singers who also ad comedy into the mix. Great band, great singing, a good time for all! If there was one words to describe this place, it would be Fabfrigentastic! Make sure you get there early as reserved seating is usually all sold out and general admission goes fast. You can also go to their website to look at future performances and order your tickets in advance. For a taste of the excellent entertainment, check out the numerous Youtube videos. A fun time for all. Also, you can purchase snackies or a soft drink or a beer or wine. Once you visit and see the performers, you will be coming back for all their future shows.

Rebekah Is an absolute rock star. I just left from the Premier night of the silver screen. She deserved a standing ovation tonight. Her voice has the most emotion and feeling of anyone I have ever heard. I have been to the past fivs shoes and this one was the best! Do not miss this show!

We have been going since they opened 8 years ago. The shows are allways funny and entertaining. The atmosphere is relaxed because the cast is professional and talented but dont take themselves too seriously. I highly recommend going and look forward to many more shows.

A good place. Been here several times. An intimate, informal setting that is fun. The cast of 6 and the live band do a great job. Small bar is good. Everyone seems friendly. Seating in loose chairs at small tables permits finding a comfortable position next to your honey, but your neighbor might also infringe on your space.HOWEVER, parking is terrible. The designated parking area is poorly marked (didnt see any marking) and has the capacity for maybe 20% of the customers. Nearby areas, including streets, have no parking signs. Tried parking in after hours public parking in a new office building parking garage across the street and couldnt find a pedestrian exit. The Music Box management seems indifferent to the parking issue. Just pay for a taxi, Uber or Lyft.A nice couples place.

We loved the 2018 Year in Review show on New Years Eve. The cast is superb, and we enjoyed every minute of the show -- the performance time just flew by. Our 92 year old dad loved it as much as our 30-something daughter.

Have been to the Music Box Theater several times for their various cabaret type shows. This one was Shake, Rattle and Roll - music from the 50s. They always tie the songs together through a clever storyline and never disappoint with their humor. Worth checking them out at least once--then you will want to go again for their next show. I believe they have all performed on Broadway at some point in their careers. Another plus is the live band--its amazing what 4 musicians can do.

We have been going to the Music since they first opened and this is our first review. My wife and I really love it and will continue going there even if we never won a free ticket. It doesn’t matter. Ellie and Len Chaikind

This place is awesome!! Small but intimate theater. The singers are so talented and very funny. They come up with amazing themed shows and they never disappoint. I like this place because there is no bad seat in the house and it feels like a private show every time and very reasonably priced! Cant wait to go to my third show and more! I highly suggest this place for a date night, girls night, birthday or any occasion!

Tonights presentation of Shake, Rattle and Roll was absolutely fabfrigentastic! As always the performers were outstanding, the skits and songs were fabulous. Many first timers there tonight and I am sure they will now become regulars. The Music Box Theater is an excellent place to take your friends for an evening or afternoon filled with excitement and fun.

We saw opening night of Keep it Brassy 2, a song & dance production with a horn section. First class performance! We had a great time. The vocalists are outstanding. They did songs which most bands wont attempt to cover. Good variety - Louis Armstrong, Chicago, Sia, Amy Winehouse and many more! Concessions were reasonably priced. Sound/mix was very good. Easy parking in garage across the street.

What a superb evening. First class talent, thoroughly entertaining. We cant recommend The Music Box Theater highly enough, an absolute highlight of our trip!

My wife and I try to see the show once per run everytime were interested in the theme. Its a wonderful date night out. The cast, crew, and musicians are terrific and I love to hear the cast sing and do their little skits. You can tell they love what they do and they really do care about giving their audience a great show. Im very glad theyve found success because they are some of the hardest working and friendliest people in show business in Houston.

Always entertaining, and the more you go the more you enjoy. Getting to know this talented cast and their sometimes quirky personalities just amps up the enjoyment, like when Luke makes Brad look ridiculous making up moves for the background singers on the fly.

Glen Campbell, Simon and Garfunkel, Credence Clearwater Revival, Fleetwood Mac, Cat Stevens, Barbara Striesand, Duke of Earl, The Rascals, The Bee Gees, The Yard Birds, The Grass Roots, Diana Ross, Sammy Davis Jr, Led Zeppelin, Gordon Lightfoot. Performers: Brad Scarborough, Rebekah Dahl, Owners of The Music Box for eight years along with Kristina Sullivan, Luke Wrobel, and Cat Taylor put together a show anyone would enjoy, especially if you know the 60s and 70s music. I sang along with every song (quietly, of course)
