What we like about this movie theatre is that it is very clean, comfortable seats. Their snacks also taste super good and knowing it is very affordable! We are so satisfied with the service of this movie theatre!

Exceptional customer service as soon as you walk in until the time you leave. Beautiful place with spacious seating....recliners are super comfy! Prices were great, went on a Tuesday. I highly recommend trying this place out, by far the best movie going experience I have ever had!

We actually drove to the theater with the intentions to watch unhinged upon arriving we were told that the projector for our 4:20 showing was not working the manager Jess was so kind to allow us to watch another movie of our choice at no charge. The manager Jess truly knows customer service this was our first time ever attending this particular theater and I can assure you with the TREATMENT we received from Jess we will definitely be back she was so pleasant and kind wish we had more Jess’s in the world!!!! THANK YOU JESS for your KINDNESS!!!!

Had such a great experience. The food and drinks were delicious. Seats are very comfortable and a still provide a great view of the screen. Cant wait to come back.

Great theater except for my seat, which was slightly broken and would not return to a normal position after being reclined. Not a big deal at all. The food was okay, and the service left you wanted more.

I visited Star Cinema for the first time today and was blown away by their level of customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure myself and my two kids were looked after, especially the last working front if house, unfortunately I have forgotten her name but she was awesome, such a nice lady. We’ll be back next week for sure! Thank you ️

BIG SHOUT OUT TO JESSICA FROM STAR CINEMA GRILL. My husband and I were running about 20 mins late due to traffic. Jessica asked us if we were ok missing 20 mins. of the movie. We apologized and just wanted to enjoy our date night. Jessica went above and beyond (and thanks to no one else being in the theatre) she restarted the movie for us!!! We knew this wasnt something you can do out of the blue. TY JESSICA FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND when u didnt have too!!! Keep up the good work!!!

This place is nice but not accommodating for the plus size the tables dont move...dont know if Ill be back. Although staff was great, wings are awesome, the food a little over priced but overall good.

Took our 7 year old to see Sonic there last weekend. SUCH a great experience. From online ticket purchases, reserved seating, attentive wait staff. The seats are pretty cool too! Electric & comfy

This was my second time in this theater. I don’t t live close so I don’t come often. Very clean and the food is good. The waiter went over your order to make sure he get it correct. The seats are very comfy.

Came to Houston Texas and stopped at a place called The Woodlands. Wow what a nice place. The theater was super clean and not so many seats so it wasnt crowded. You can order food, candy, drinks, alcoholic too. I had a Manhattan and a bang bang tini. You push a button and write what you want on a piece of paper and they pick it up without making a noise. And the American Pie is awesome. Seats recline too.

Great little movie theater. The wait staff are polite and respectful of your movie viewing and dont get in the way.Clean and well kept. Comfortable seats with the now common recliner option. Great place for a date night...but a bit pricey for casual movie going.

I had fun watching the movie. The sound and screen was nice. Plus the reclining seat was nice too. Why am I rating this a three? Well, the food was kinda bland. They ran out of fries, but they went ahead and charged me for the full order which I felt wasnt fair. For the quality of the food, its a tad bit overpriced.

The theater was nice and clean. I love the reclining chairs, though they were not made with bigger people in mind.The service was horrible. I ordered chicken nachos and they came out cold. I was able to order more, telling the server that I just wanted my food to be hot. I didnt get my new order until the movie was almost over.I did end up cancelling the order, and the manager came to give me and my friends (2 other women whos orders they got wrong as well) free movie passes. Ill return to watch a movie but Ill definitely eat before I go.I am amending my post from earlier. It is the next day and I looked at the free admission pass that the manager gave us to make up for the mess ups are expired. They expired on the 9/05/19. They just keep screwing up without a thought to their guests.

Seating area wasnt clean upon walking in. Popcorn and wrappings on seats. Ordered food which came out late and then to top it off was cold. Server caught attitude when asked for fresh food. Took a long time to even get a popcorn and coke. Then when asked for refill told popcorn machine was down . Our movie started at 8pm and told machine was down around 9pm. Glad didnt go to later movie would have been a bummer without popcorn. Usually a very pleasant experience but they fell really short of the mark this time.

The screening rooms are small with minimal studio seating so it was very comfortable almost like being in your living room but with a theater sized screen. The food was ok but it took forever to get to us, and we had also ordered just a simple soda that took even longer to get to us (unsure why). So the delayed service losses it a star, but the room was very pleasant and clean and I was able to enjoy the movie non the less.

Its like they didnt even care. We went to go see a movie. Not only did it take forever for the food to arrive, but when it did, it was wrong. Then, the manager tried to fix the situation, and gave us expired tickets for another show. SMH. I used to love this place, and it just seems to have gone downhill. Such a shame. UPDATE! I was very partial to Alamo, but after visiting this evening we were blown away by the new renovation. Very classy with marble finishes and awesome recliner seats. It is a shame that it was so slow on a Saturday night. Cmon Spring peeps show this place some support! Much more convenient than Silverado or AMC for Champions folks. My only complaint is not refills on popcorn and the large popcorn is small.

Small intimate theater. Seats were almost to comfy for the kids. They recline awkwardly in my opinion. The food was ok. Some was good. Others ok. I just expected better food for the $$ spent for the entire experience.

Awesome experience! My seat was damaged so I couldn’t recline, they tried to fix it but were unable to. They credited my ticket and gave me 4 free movie passes. Star Cinema Grill, the chick-fil-a of the movie industry!

Awesome facility and the seating is super comfortable. Tickets are reasonably priced however they really get you with the food and drink prices. Plan to spend at least $80-$100 for a night out here if you plan to eat/drink while enjoying a movie.

This is my favorite movie theater. Its close to home and we also have a good experience! Todays special was sliders for $1.25 each. The pulled pork and burger ones were good. The chicken one should be cut from the menu. The chicken sliders are the only thing i have eaten there and didnt like. Service is pretty good.

Love that place every seat is spacious and comfortable! So far I have great people in the ticketing area, I ended up going so far as returning a ticket and they were great and fast with no questions asked! The food is pretty good, haven’t tried everything but so far so good! Very pleased with this place

Great experience! Four stars because the food wasnt amazing. But it was good. I got the margarita pizza, husband had buffalo pineapple pizza. Service was good, but the food was just okay. All in all, worthwhile experience.Ive always wanted to go to one of these movie restaurants. Ive seen really nice ones in Scottsdale, AZ but never been. Its nice to eat and relax while watching a movie.

Chairs are spacious. Drinks were good. Food was good. Only issue is it took us 50 minutes to get our food. We ordered it before the movie started. Then they came to us 40 minutes in asking if we had our food yet. Then right after we received our food, they dropped off the check.

It is hard to believe it is a theater when you walk throguh the doors. It feels like the lobby of a top level restaurant and that is just the beginning. The theaters are small and intimate with super comfortable recliners. As for the food, it is far beyond movie theater treats and would be perfectly suited to serve in many restaurants. A great place for a date night, or just a place to relax and get out of the Texas heat. We will certainly be enjoying a number of movies here.

Im finished going to this movie theater. You pay extra for the upscale experience, and rude people still spend the entire movie talking loudly. The worst part? They were older people who should have known better. Also, couldnt get any cooperation from the staff to try to quiet the talkers down. Not worth your extra money.

The setup is nice, the chairs are cool but the food was bad, my fries tasted like they were cooked in old fish grease and my fried shrimp were extra crispy and over cooked. My husbands wings were over cooked

This is a great theatre. The movie theatres always smell good, the bathrooms are always clean, the staff is very attentive and helpful not to mention the excellent tasting food. I will definitely be coming back. The seats are so comfortable and clean. I am loving this theatre. I found a new favorite spot!!

I absolutely love this area and this theatre. Great for a nice date night dinner and movie in one spot and very attentive staff. I love that the movies arent set up to be over crowed and you are able to buy online and reserve your seats.

This is a really solid theater with comfortable chairs that seems to be well kept. The waiters and staff do a good job avoiding walking through the aisles during the actual movie. The food isnt spectacular but its good enough.

The seating was excellent. We were not impressed with the drinks. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and the sangria was horrible. It was watered down and almost had no taste. The food was ok. Also when you enter the theatre, it smells of gas due to the kitchen next door which was a bit scary.

You might not expect great food from a place that serves you in the dark but there is a wide ranging menu and all the food is high quality and sizable portions. The Godfather pizza is one of my favorites and all of the burgers are delicious. There is a good collection of regular and craft beers and they even offer a range of interesting cocktails and desserts. The movie theater itself is also great, comfortable reclining seats with tables and everything is well maintained.

Good food and reasonable prices. The service can be a little slow at times so order before you think you want that second beer so it gets to you when you really want it - not 20 minutes after you wanted it. Seating is super comfortable...and bonus? the vintage has security patrols AND portable mobile security cameras so I feel much safer leaving my car for 2 hours unlike at a certain theater 10 minutes further north.

I was leery when they took over the theater from Alamo Drafthouse, but theyve done a very good job. The food, although there are rarely themed specials, is much better. The new seats are excellent as well. The one thing that Alamo has over them is keeping a quiet theater. Ive been to a number of movies with people talking through it (usually children) and little was ever done about it. Overall, its a great theater and we will continue to go there.

We visited a couple of weeks ago. This was the first time visiting this location since it was an Alamo Drafthouse. The customer service was excellent. The theater was clean, chic, and cozy. Comfortable seating and not overcrowded. We only ordered popcorn as we typically do at any theater so did not get to try the food. The popcorn was disappointing. It was cold and tasted like it had that butter salt stuff on it instead of being popped with butter. My family enjoys a nice, fresh popcorn at the movies so this took away from what could have been a perfect experience. We plan to go again but will sadly pass on the popcorn unless it is improved in the future.

I love this place. They made customized milk shake for me and my friend, food is good, chairs are big and comfy. They have a big choice of cocktails and alcoholic drinks, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

My family has been going to the Star Cinema Vintage location since it opened. The theaters are well maintained and clean. The food is above average (by a little) compared to competitors. The service is good but can be dependent on your server. Overall each visit has been a good experience.

The seating was extremely comfortable. The service was flawless. They were friendly and fast. We had the loaded fries, and they were excellent. The food was hot and well seasoned. The theater was clean. The bathrooms were well taken care of. A great visit.

The theater is nice but the service and food is horrible! We ordered wings, fries and chicken tenders and the food was cold and tasted terrible! This theater did not make a good 1st time impression on me and my guests!!! It’s safe to say that I will not be back! Starz Cinema Grill Vintage Park should do better or they will lose more customers because this is ridiculous!!

The manager of this establishment is incredibly friendly and helped us out when we had to unexpectedly leave due to an emergency. The food was incredibly good and the facilities are so clean, I was honestly surprised.

Its okay, the chairs are comfortable and they work, but the food and drink service here is abysmal. I cant for the life of me understand why they cant keep enough staff. Orders at best come out super late, at worse they are wrong, or they dont come out at all. If they forgot something or you need to order something else mid movie, save yourself the hassle and just dont even bother. I wish they could resolve this issue.

First time going here and I will not go back. A parent let their 2 kids holler and talk through the whole movie. I couldnt hear the movie. No one said anything to the parent. I informed the manager and she apologized and moved on quickly.

Service is always great. Bar mixed drinks are ALWAYS watered down...never get a buzz. Ive been coming to this location at least 4 years. 2018 I stoped ordering mixed drinks...might as well get a Tropicana from the grocery store

My first time at Star Cinema Grill. Expected the worst but was completely surprised. The theater is beautiful and relaxed. Seats were extremely clean and huge. Food was excellent. Yes, there were people walking in the isles but they are wait staff, they deliver food. But the isles are so big they didnt bother us at all. This is my new favorite place and I will never go back to the other nasty theaters in my area. Well done Star!!Make your reservations early!

This is my favorite movie theater by far! It has reclining leather seats and stadium seating. Its very clean considering you can order food and drinks from a menu. The floor is not sticky like most theaters. The food quality is Excellent! Ive enjoyed everything Ive ordered so far. The audience is respectful. No obnoxious laughing or talking or people on their phones. The best thing I like is that I can order tickets online and pick my seats! All theaters should be like this. I very much recommend your next movie experience here.

Decent food great theatre book comfy recliners

Much improved from how it was a few years back. They upgraded the chairs so now they recline, updated the rest of the interior, and the floors are clean.

FYI if youre under the age of 18 this place will not let you sit down to see a movie without an adult present. Even a Disney movie like Frozen 2, my 17 year old and friend where expelled and forbidden to watch, A Disney Movie. So they left to Cinemark and watched the movie there. With so many other and far better movie theaters ( Alamo Drafthouse, Cinemark, Xscape, Katy Mills with its Dolby surround sound ) around why waste your time and money here at Star Cinema.

I love the area very nice. The staff are very helpful and polite. the theater itself is pretty clean. But the ladies restroom did have a urine smell to it this time. and I the temperature is a little warm inside.

Wow, this was way better than I expected. I havent been to a movie/dinner place in a while because I havent enjoyed the food. But everything I tasted here was great. They have come a long way.

This theater is super nice. Looks super fancy and high class. Of course, being in vintage park I would understand its tickets pricing. But the food is not worth the price lol Im sorry. I ordered a 14$ (plus tax) pizza and my friend got wings and that food was super small haha the pizza and wings are just too small for that price. Had to go eat after cause I was still hungry. Other than that, its a good, chill place.

While its not Alamo Drafthouse, its still a really nice theater. I tend to go for the Tuesday specials and Ive honestly never had a bad time yet. Staff is always nice and Ive never had any issues when Ive ordered something. Plus the reclining chairs are pretty nice for a 2 hour plus movie.

Went on a Thursday night as a last minute thing. Service was on point and cashier staff were so friendly. Plentiful food options. Drinks came out with our appetizer and burgers were served hot and delicious! The reclining chairs were wider too, so it didnt feel like you were touching a stranger next to you. Overall great experience!

My husband and i came to this location for the first time Friday night. I was super surprised to see a nice sized bar, a not crowded waiting area and CLEANLINESS everywhere!! The young lady at the counter was very sweet and she was running the bar as well; the drink she made me (i forgot what it was called but it was fruity and delicious) was AMAZING! I chugged it all real quick (y’all must know how that ended). The food was delicious, the seats were super comfortable (loved putting my feet up during the movie) the theater rooms were small and cozy and the customer service was top notch!! Husband and i will definitely be back for another date night soon.

This is my go to place for movies. The food is good and on Tues the movies are cheap and they have great drink specials. $3 beers and cheap food specials. They dont have some of the lesser known movies but if your looking for a good place for a date or just to watch a movie this is the place.

Accidently left 2 starts, but frustrated I cant give 5 stars! So I frequent this movie theater OFTEN. Its the ONLY place I go...I literally drive 25 miles to this place because of the locale, the demographics, and the theater experience. All of which are great. But the fact that I run into bad service more than 40% of the time is an issue. I really dont like complaining, and the mgr always try to compensate in a way that is appreciable. It just seems like the servers really do slack, and the kitchen can be a bit slow. Some times the delay of the kitchen is not understandable because the theater you may be in may have a low volume, so a customer may think hey, its not busy! Why am I still waiting?!?! Obviously this can be skewed as the other showings may be packed.But Ive noticed some consistencies of inadequate service. For example the last night I went, bar order literally never got filled, and the bar was not busy. I waited over 10 mins for Sprite w/cranberry and finally cancelled it. Not to mention it took over 5 mins to be addressed in the first place when sitting at the bar.

I was pleasantly surprised at this place during my recent afternoon visit. I havent been to that location since it was an Alamo, and Im a big Alamo fan. I have been to another Star location and wasnt crazy about that one. But this one is really clean and upscale. More upscale and elegant than the Alamo. The place looks great and the chairs are awesome--big recliners with a nice little table attached. The service was great, very quick. Ill defintely go back. I only had popcorn and a pizza, neither of which were anything special. The popcorn wasnt really warm enough, but then it was a weekday afternoon, not many customers. The pizza was pretty good, not great. I did take it home and eat the rest later, so it was good enough for that. They do have a pretty complete menu, so Ill have to try some other items. Full bar available too of course.

I bought two tickets and I was there before the movie ended the theater was already closed. The employees didn’t wanna open the door. I couldn’t get to eat my chips and the employees did not even pickup the phone.
