Tip for employees working here, if your register is short money it is illegal for your manager to have you pay the difference. They can and should write you up for it, but you cant be made to pay your own money. Report any managers that do this to the labor board.Popcorn was good. Sound was nice 4stars.

Huge theater I mean huge! Suoer clean comfortable seating!!! Great fresh popcorn, delicious nachos! Nice ladies taking care of us at consignment stand. Came on a Wednesday great movie pricing.

I always leave reviews wherever i go. Good or bad. My reviews are all mostly good because i am not a picky person. I am understanding. But when you pay for your tickets (4) and you get your snacks and you see they charged you 54.00 and it says approved on the card reader and it shows on your card bank statement and they still want to charge you again for your snack and make you miss a big portion of the movie its terrible service. We got charged and still Vincent the manager threw away the two large drinks large popcorn 2 nachos and our kids drinks and air heads. How embarrassing that their machine couldnt produce a receipt and they threw away our families food practically out off their hands and we miss the movie. This is the problem with having inexperienced staff working here. I had to ask to get my tickets reimbursed. I hope we get our money put back in our card for the snacks or we with seek higher management with a copy of the bank statement . this was a very embarrassing situation we experienced in this theater. I recommend taking cash to this theater If you do decide to go. Then again its not a place you want to carry too much cash around because of the area.

Had a grand time with Diana & Jessica! We saw Godzilla really enjoyed this theater, the popcorn, drinks, delish! The managers the sweetest thing ever!

We came early in the morning so we dont have to wait, it was easy and not much people in there. we really enjoyed the movie.

We came here for the first time and had a great experience. The theater was clean, the seats were comfortable and the staff was nice. Also, it was the first time in a long time that I wasnt distracted by people looking at their smartphones during the movie and we could watch the end credits without the staff coming in to clean.

The sonic movie was great. However after searching for another movie, a fight broke out with a group of teens in a lobby. I paid for a comedy and got a action movie as a bonus. Almost forgot where i was for a second.

The prices were low and theater was good with very few people in it. Movie theater staff were friendly and accommodating. The drawback is that it is located in an abandoned mall in a section of town known for its crime and violence. While in the theater our truck and trailer were stolen.

I like coming here to bring my kids watch a movie and enjoy the pop corn and drinks service its ok can be better but some employees are good with there attitude thank you and great job on keeping the theater clean for me and my family and everyone else who enjoys coming to this place

Awesome place to catch a cheap movie. Went at 3:30 and pain $5.50 to see bad boys 3. It was clean, no assigned seats, but the seats are real close together and a little small but overall GREAT experience! I will be back

They had 2 line apperantly one them was for credit cards only yet there was nothing saying so. Once I get to the window I get told credit or debit only. I asked to speak to manager yet he didnt care that the next 3 customers were cash paying too. So now we had to start the line all over again. I asked manager that as quickly as they posted sold our show for the Lion King why not put a sign for cash and credit line too. Again he didnt care nor apologize!! Horrible customer service wont come here again

Great theater. Seats are leather. They are comfortable and the rock back and forth. For someone tall it would be a bit tight on the leg room. Seats arent to wide either. But I like the convenience. A lot of families go here.

Went this Saturday October 19, 2019 to take my children to watch a movie. The worst experience ever. People were on their phones throughout the movie. I went to let manager George that people were using their phones while the movie was running and he said that he would let the other manager know. On my way back to my seat my wife saw a Rat! I told her it may have been my shadow, but then I went to the restroom and saw the rodent myself. I didnt want to make a scene for neither situation. I honestly will never go there again, and would like a refund as my movie was interrupted on numerous occasions. this theater needs to be shut down and to think, they sale food. if I could I would have left no stars.

Nice theater just understaffed. Good prices on movies as with all other theaters concession is pricy. Restrooms are fairly clean as well as auditoriums. Usually have to buy your tkts at concession stand.

Ive been to this theater before but it appears to be on a SHARP decline. This most recent visit was TRAGIC. When we first arrived, there were 2 very long lines of people waiting to purchase tickets. The employees in the box office were not rude, but they were definitely not enthused about their jobs. The area where you buy food was EXTREMELY dirty. There was popcorn EVERYWHERE on the floor, sticky stuff on the counters, napkins everywhere, etc. and it was uncomfortably warm. Theater 8 (we were seeing Ma) was disgusting. There were only about 5 people there to see the movie and yet the were left over cups and popcorn and candy boxes that were obviously not cleaned up from the previous movie goers. The floor had candy stuck to it and the arm rests were starting to tear up. And to top it all off, we could not get comfortable at all in the theater as EVERYONE in there was itching from the lack of cleanliness. We went to get a refund and let the manager (Selena - short lady with short blue/black hair) know, but she couldnt have cared less. Needless to say, Issa no for me.

I was able to bring my family who is visiting from south America and enjoy a film dubbed in Spanish!! Great service and decent facilities. The restrooms could be cleaner but not the worst by any stretch. In the words of the Terminator... Ill be back

Saw the premier of joker here. Movie was great, the chairs were comfy and the audio was crisp and clean. Screen was a bit small but true to the age of this cinema.Box office was closed for some reason and we had to buy tickets from the concession stand. Otherwise a good experience.

This was my sons first time going to the movies with us. He said; I loved the movie and the popcorn, but Im tired because it was too long to watch. BTW...we saw Captain Marvel. He was sleeping on the way home. With that being said, my family and I enjoyed ourselves. Will go again. Our son said he will have to think about it next time.

Quick and easy place to catch a movie and the matinee prices are great!

We went on a Monday,there was no one on the outside selling tickets. We had to get the tickets and snacks at the same time inside ,there was only 2 people it was packed there were 2 very long lines. The cashiers looked exhausted and they literally only had 2 types of candy. Very disappointed the service. Probably wont be going there again.

Quite reasonable prices for 2D and 3D movies. Easy to find. May need to improve the cleaning inside the rooms for showing movies. I saw some snack cracks on the floor when I tried to find a seat. Some of the screens have stains on it, but the overall environment is still nice and chairs are comfortable.

Went for matinee. Only 4 other people in room with us.Super friendly young staff. Gave child free gummies because it was her 1st time EVER in a theater. Refillable Popcorn was HUGE and $8.50. Quality was only decent. Should’ve asked for extra butter. We purchased mini cheddar flavor for 1.50Sound quality was good. 1 dirty spot on screen. Clean floor.Outdated and out of order game room. Stuffed animals packed standing up in crane game so NO possible way to win(I’m an avid player).Location is 1 of the WORST areas in U.S. but nothing bad happened. Greenspoint AKA GUNSpoint

Movie sound and quality were good. Seats were small they dont recline, but were comfortable . Theater was clean. My only complaint is I wish they served more options, like pizza or chicken strips. Some families enjoy more than the standard fare at the movies.

Have a bunch of kids working the front/concession stand unsupervised is not ideal. Myself and another customer had to wait for a few mintues for them to stop acting like 5 year old children. She could not even complete my transaction with screaming at the two teens who took her notebook. I will not be back during that time ever again.

I came an hour before Toy Story 4 would be playing waited in line for 30 minutes all to be skipped by a family not wanting to wait in line. Next time you run late just give the employees some attitude and when they turn around just walk passed them!! Security was notified but didnt do anything about it!!

Took my kids during the week and it was clean , organized and a great price. Will be going there again.

MY GO TO MOVIE THEATER. For those that arent familiar with the neighborhood, greenspoints reputation is high crime. I personally have yet to have any issues, and Ive been to the the theater at night. (Thank God) I believe that because of the reputation people hardly ever come, so I can always kick back and enjoy. There are times people bringing crying babies but that had nothing to do with the theater. The restrooms are always so clean, with awesome neon lights around the sinks, and PLENTY of stalls for big crowds. The concession stand has your basic theater food, which is popcorn, hot dogs, nachos and candy. Not as good as AMC, but amcs restrooms smell like pee, the seats and floors are sticky, and its always packed. So Ive come to love premiere cinema greenspoint, and will continue to come here.

The seats are comfortable and it wasnt crowded. The popcorn was fresh and the bathrooms were clean. I live 10 minutes from the theater so its a win win all at for me.

It was a good experience, I actually enjoyed it I watched the joker, it was nice.

The pop corn is stale and the sound quality in some rooms is poor but you cant beat the price.

I always enjoy coming here regardless of the area, the staff is really nice the place seems clean to me always and the restrooms are always stocked. PLUS they have Spanish subtitles on lots of new movies.

Great seats, nice employees, the nachos are great. Only thing I hate is there isn’t a consistency in the sound quality of all theater rooms. This means that when you see a certain movie it may sound less loud than was what it needs to be. a real shame tbo.

I am so upset, not mad upset, the worker apologized over and over but still it a movie theater. I had to choose a late time to see the hustlers Jennifer lopez comes out, Im a big fan. But because I had to go do my volunteer time coaching my little league team thats why I chose the 930 time, so after practice I went home took a shower, put my jlo shirt jlo shorts to come to houston premiere cinema and she tells do you want a refund. No I dont want a refund I want to see the movie.

This place is too loud! You can’t enjoy the movie cuz because the volume is so loud that you can’t get focused. Otherwise it’s a good place! I just think that they should consider it in order to improve their quality as a place. That’s the movie nearest from my house and I’d rather go to a different want just because of the loudness.

Wonderful place to go see a movie. Very polite employees/ staff. Comfortable surroundings and great food. Closer to where I live so I will be going there from now on.

Its a great place to go with family..... BUT it has to be the first showing before all the hood rats wake up. Afternoons or god fobid night showings, there is no way you are going to enjoy the movie with all the ghetto folks talking and ruining the movie for you. Gods honest truth.

Nothing fancy. Clean restroom. Party area and arcade area. Stocked concession stand. Pretzel sucks, dont buy it! Hardly soft with tiny cheese cup for a fairly large pretzel. Customer service is bland and move pretty slow. Nice people but nothing special about the service. The chairs are awkward. They rock/lean a bit more for my taste. Its no studio grill but its convenient and gets the movie fix done.

Its not the theatre, its the people that surround the area. I can never watch a movie in peace. Always a loud person and a dozen crying babies. It totally sucks and I wish it could be better.

Took my family for 3D movie ! I have 3D system better at home than the theater. It was very dirty , the couches had visible stains , carpet was extremely dirty. It was not a good experience I will never go back there.

The theatre was nice and clean. It wasnt extremely cold especially, since it is winter time. The matinee price was very reasonable. The restroom was clean.

The lobby, food concession, and theater were clean. Seats werent very comfortable but cant complain for the price. Ticket prices are about half the price of your larger movie theater chains.

In my opinion this theater might not be the best but for me its always cheered me up everytime I walked out of there!They have Subbed & Dubbed movies for the people who cant speak Spanish.

Theater seats were comfy. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! Worse than any truck stop or rest area bathroom Ive ever been in. Prices are the same as any other theater ($$$$)

The theatre is pretty nice but the location is awful. I had a long lay over at the houston airport and my fiancée and I decided we would go watch a movie. We picked the theatre that was by a mall so we could walk around beforehand. Long story short, our Uber driver tells us on the way back that people have been shot in that mall and that why there aren’t many stores. The town is known as “Gunspoint” instead of Greenspoint. She also informed us about the high levels of gang activity in the area. So... consider the location before going.

This place has very reasonable prices on food & tickets. Employees are nice.

The theatre was clean and the counter/ticket service was quick. The popcorn was given fresh,even though there was a 20 mintue wait for the hot dogs still that shows they do freshness.
