This is a great venue to watch live shows. They have a great sound system and unobstructed views from all parts of the venue.

I always get general admission standing room tickets. I love the intimate setting. No matter where you are you can see the stage... well given that your not short behind tall people. I like this venues size way more than huge arenas. The bands that play this venue along with The House of Blues tend to be much more fan engaged which I love.

Amazing space! Hosted a private event and the staff was SPECTACULAR. They made everything so stress-free for myself and my team. Will definitely be back for future events.

Nice venue. Not too big or small. Downtown area, so anticipate a little walking if you use a parking deck. Saw a Jill Scott show and she rocked the house. Moonchild opened the show.

Great venue! Parking was easy and approaching the venue was very straightforward. They have plenty of bars so getting a drink is easy and the prices are reasonable. The only drawback was that the restrooms are somewhat limited meaning there was always a line even when the crowd was not that large. Great place to see a show.

Im soooo happy I got the chance to see Ms. Jill Scott last week as an early birthday surprise! First time at the Revention Music Center and it was nice!!!

I went to the Jill Scott concert yesterday (3/8/2020) and the venue was awesome! I am more pleased about the fact that they accommodated me as a nursing mom. A good friend of mine sent an email before the concert just asking what accommodations they had for me. When I walked in and asked for Sarah, she was very happy to assist me and escort me to the area for me to pump. Upon leaving the concert she came up to me and asked if everything worked out for me. I was blown away that she came to ask that after that concert. Thank you so much for the accommodations and I hope another event will bring me back to the venue. I had a great time!

Nice smaller venue with good access downtown, so I couldnt give it a 5.. Some of the balcony views in the first section have partially obstructed views so be careful in the balconies where you sit. See Kirk Franklin put on a good show, he treated the crowd going out taking pictures with cellphones.

It was my first time visiting Revention music center, and it certainly wont be the last. I had 2 friends come in from out of town/country so we could go enjoy Deadmau5 music together. It was a great concert! Getting into the venue went smooth and efficiently while at the same time feeling safe and secure. Security did a great job and the crowd was great people there to enjoy good music. Highly recommended

Great venue! Acoustics were good, restrooms were close, and the venue wasnt complicated to navigate thru. Food could definitely be better.

Although the seats are small, the Threatre has all great seats. I dont have an opinion about the food or drinks, I didnt have either. The shows are always good.

The VIP service is one I highly recommend with this venue. I enjoyed the club, parking and experience. I went for a concert recently and I was totally delighted and impressed. The ambiance is noteworthy and something I cant imagine doing without! High recommendation from me!

I have only been to Revention Music Center once and I had a very good experience. My girlfriend took me to see the stone temple pilots and they were a amazing. The facilities were very nice and I have nothing but good things to say. There was one guy who kept harassing several ladies and when we told security, they handled the situation quickly.

Zedd was fun. We stood at the general admission section. Lights and stage looked amazing for Zedd.

This is a great venue to see a performance. My wife and I saw some comedians last week. We had great seats on the balcony. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. We also saw the Counting Crows play there a few years ago. That was a great show and a great experience as well.

The musical performance I attended here was actually really fun. Sound quality was great, and the artiste kept the crowd energized and engaged. Depending on your height, you may have a hard time seeing the stage from the general admission floor unless youre close to the front. In that case, paying for a balcony seat will be worth the extra cost.

I recently saw Burna Boy perform performance this location. The venue is nice with a very large general admission area. Perfect for dancing during a show. There are also a few great parking options near by. I was able to get the pictures below without having to be very close to the stage.

Had no clue that I would have large speakers blocking the back of the stage where most of the show took place. But honestly felt like it was still amazing seats because we were able to see Melanie Martinez pretty close.

Great place to see a concert. Saw Dream Theater here. Sound was great and visuals were awesome.

Deadmau3 show was fascinating. He made the lightning entertaining. But the place was a little small. And you can barely dance upstairs.

Balcony seats are close enough to enjoy show. Exiting venue can be tricky from balcony after show as to have to cross over to stairs that are on opposite side of venue from front doors. Parking is very convenient just below the venue for $12. Lots of good bars and restaurants within 4 blocks, including Market Square.

It’s a great venue. If you get tickets upstairs to the left side, you’ll be walking a lot since it there’s only one way up and it’s from the right.

First time to location.Great venue. Saw Ray Wiley Hubbard and Whiskey Meyers.Entry smooth. Good acoustics.Had balcony seats, definitely recommend that. Looking down at the GA area, what you would expect. Mass humanity crowded together standing up. Would not have been a pleasant experience for us down there.Good drinks, good selection. But pricey however; expected.

Great spot for concerts. Seen everything from Drake to bring me the horizon here. Small venue feels more personal and up close experience. In downtown so nice scenery and restaurants.

Nice place. Stage could be a little higher up. My wife could not see performers from the floor. Sound was good. Beers were $12 I think. Lighting was good. I liked being in the theatre district. We felt classy.

The chairs are a little too close together, at least on the floor level. But overall, it was an amazing experience. Turk Franklin pick a great show on and it was all around awesome except for the chairs.

I went to see Odesza here a couple weeks ago, such a great venue for music. Would definitely recommend coming to see any show at this venue! They also serve food and drinks although they can be a bit pricey. Parking spots pretty close by as well.

I am 100% all about how the sound is. I want to hear and feel the music in my body. And the sound system is so perfect.

Second concert at Revention and its been good. Only complaint is that floor tickets are terrible and if youre average height forget being able to see the performer. My advice would be to splurge and get seat tickets. Your feet and neck will thank you.

I absolutely loved this venue. I saw Dua Lipa perform here & it was also my first time at this venue. It is nice & clean for starters. The sound is absolutely amazing. Its big & full & loud enough to get you moving. Drinks are expensive, as expected. I dont know why people complain anymore these days. If you drink at a show or a baseball game or any kind of event, youre going to pay more than you usually would. Get over it. I would definitely go see another show at this venue.

I work there from time to time and I love it there. I am always excited when I get a chance to work a little gig there. For a small venue, its really pretty nice. Heres a little monkey in the rafters.

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best time possible. I saw the Beatles Tribute band The Fab Four, who were fantastic beyond words. I closed my eyes and it was 1964 again. The sound system and acoustics were great!I use a wheelchair but had bought tickets for the center front section. We were in row S which is the last row of this section. They had no problem with me going to my row and then transferring to our seats. They helped my friend take my wheelchair to place were it was secure and could be gotten easily after the concert. Shortly after we were seated 2 venue staff approach came by and offered to try and find us better still seats so I would be sure to see the stage well. But the seats they thought were available had been filled. That they would even make that effort was beyond anything Ive ever experienced. Like who does that?!?The only thing I didnt like was that throughout the concert they kept panning the audience with a bright spotlight. Every time it hit my eyes I had to close my eyes and turn my face away because the light was blinding. This went on throughout the show. Other than that it was a perfect night and we had a great time.Because Revention Music Center is in the Theater Distric so the parking is in parking garages used by a number of venues.You may have to walk a bit after parking. Your best bet is to check out available parking ahead of time, which you can do from Revention Music Centers online site. We paid $12 at the nearest parking.I recommend Revention Music Center to everyone!

Good show for deadmau5 cubev3 experience. Food and drinks prices are what to be expected for theatre district. Restroom lines can be long depending on venue. Id avoid seats left or right of stage on balcony, speakers may block part of your view if any, otherwise good spots all around. I was in GA, front and center. Awesome staff, free water. Also food trucks outside on occasion after shows.

Great venue, from what I can tell you can pretty much get seats anywhere and see the concert. The drinks and bartenders were crazy awesome! Some of the best drinks Ive had. Definitely be going to other concerts here!

I really enjoy going to shows at Revention. Its never a long wait to get through the doors, the bartenders pour heavy since the drinks are fairly expensive, which I appreciate. The acoustics are great and it has a large capacity. Quite possibly my favorite live music venue in Houston.

Wonderful venue; not a bad seat to be found! The staff were courteous and informative, and parking was super close. The ushers helped us find our way to our seats in the balcony. My sister and I attended the K-Pop showcase for ITZY, and we found that sitting in the balcony was comfortable and still reasonably close to the stage.

I want to give props to management for the comp tickets for getting stuck in their elevator at a past show. I just saw Experience Hendrix show and it was unreal. This is a great place to see live music. The sound quality is great. The seating is good too. Thanks to the staff for a great time. Go check it out!

Took my son and niece here to see the wiggles and the venue was truly awesome and everyone working the event were so nice and great with the kids.

I enjoyed the concert so much! I had GA admission tickets and would never do it again though. People were pushing and it was so HOT! I had to move out the center and watch from the sidelines. Also security should have escorted all the smokers out!

I really like this venue! Its easy to get to, parking was only $12 and it was close. The lights and sound where great. This was my first time and I really enjoyed it!

Very attentive staff for disabled people but its really important to note that the disabled seating was at the very side of the stage and its small and you cant see anything. And most of the time the view gets blocked. Which sucks. A lot. You might be better off getting an actual seat because general admission for people in a wheelchair was a nightmare.

Not a huge venue but cool for smaller shows. Get here early to get a decent spot. Otherwise you’re stuck in the back. Staff was quick and friendly even with long lines. Clean restrooms.

Seen many acts here over the years, from concerts to wrestling. Most recently saw Ghost here in May. I was on wheelchair then since it was a day after I had a major surgery. Now most places will shove handicap seating away from the stage, usually up in the balcony. Not these guys, we were set upfront left side. We were all so pleasantly surprised. Just look how close we were to Cardinal Copia. This place earned the right to be my favorite music venue in Houston that night!

Great venue for wrestling, hope they can get NXT and maybe AEW for more events a year.

Intimate venue. Better to take an Uber. Parking isnt bad but getting back to underground garage via one stairwell after a concert is a horrible wait.

My company has had their annual christmas party here for several years. The venue is great and the staff are excellent. I enjoy coming here to celebrate.

The location of this venue is in the heart of downtown. Located to near bars and restaurants that add to the experience before or after your event. The general admission area is quite spacious and the seating is in the second floor. I believe there is some seating towards the back as well. The band that I witness perform was Zoe and I was not disappointed.

Great place to see concerts! The sound is incredible, the space is large and open, and the staff are pleasant.Summer from the box office has great energy!

Had an amazing time checking out both Mac Miller and Young The Giant. Revention Music Center and the Jack Daniels VIP club made my experience so much better. Looking forward to making many more visits in the future!

Had my two teens go to concert here recently not a very good first time experience, show was cancelled two hours earlier due to ARTIST (YOUNGBOY) just left the stage because he wanted too, BAD publicity! Kids were very disappointed paid very good amount for tickets and they didnt even enjoy it..

Good medium sized music venue in downtown Houston. The floor is usually GA so if you want seats you’ll either need tickets for the balcony or the VIP tables in the back.

I took my fiancé for his birthday to a concert he had been wanting to go to and this place is awesome! We had great seats!!

Great Hall for concert! I came here for a Burna Boy concert planned by SKE/SHEKPE Entertainment! Everything was easy! Finding the center, parking, entry, and everything else in between was easy! Nothing crazy happened! Security was simple and appropriate!

One of my favorite venues to go to concerts. It’s just the right size so you get a good view wherever you are. The quality of sound here is always great. I’ve seen Awolnation, Marina, and Metric here and every time was a near perfect experience.

Got to see my favorite artist at a really great price practically right infront of her

I like this place, they play both techno and hip hop. Didnt have any problem getting and staff was nice. Planning on going back there tonight ( Saturday)

I’ve attended two concerts here Kevin Gates(General admin) and Jhene Aiko(seats) .Both concerts where amazing only thing is if you have General Admin tickets you will have to stand a total of about 6 hours straight and you’ll have to arrive early(2hrs in line) so that you can be in the very front near the stage. When you get in the venue near the stage you can’t leave you gotta stand there till the artist comes out . Which is an amazing experience to be soo close to the artist .. The seats are great because you can show up 30minutes before the show starts and still have a good view you won’t be as close as General admin but you will get to still down and leave to get drinks .. Again if you get General Admin show up early so you can be in line first and first to get in and be near the stage or else you will be in the back of the crowd .. not great .. Great venue tho!!

This is a great small venue. Went to see the Roller Derby championships here. Not a bad seat in the house. Easy to get to and easy parking.

Came here for a Stray Kids concert and the staff was so overwhelmingly informative, sweet, and helpful! Ive been to 30+ general admission concerts for K-Pop and this has been, by far, the best venue in terms of staff Ive ever been to.The staff members Brandy(?) and Jeff(?) were incredible and deserve all the good in this world and are so amazing at their job and were the best at communicating with the fans.I never really leave reviews for stuff, but they deserve all the love in the world for making this experience so pain free and organized and amazing. Thank you guys!

Fantastic concert venue! Typically expensive Downtown Houston prices. Best parking garage is the one right across the street from the venue. Right next door to The Hard Rock Cafe.

Great time at this venue, went to see Meek Mill, he had lil Durk, Kash doll and someone else open up for him. Very spacious and plenty of bars to get drinks I actually prefer this venue over house of blues.

An eclectic and rustic kind of place to see concerts. A decent size space to view a concert with two levels of seating. It’s a pretty good place to view a concert. Plan ahead for parking.

Awesome place for all sorts of entertainment, there always something going on here from shows to concerts, went here for the Australian Pink Floyd concert and my daughter and I had the time of our lives, it was our first time here and I was impressed by the ample size and great seats, theres valet parking and self parking in the many of the parking lots and garages around the Revention center, theres also restaurants and shopping places you can enjoy before or after an event, located in the downtown area near The Aquarium and other great attractions,
