Rough exterior, but the inside of the shop is nice. Bright, brisk foot traffic in and out, and a pretty good stock/selection. Prices were pretty much exactly what I expected, and the staff were lovely - very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Definitely worth a visit!

Great selection and variety - lubes, toys, clothing. Ive been there twice and in both cases the staff was friendly, attentive but not overbearing.I would not hesitate to recommend it to any person interested in adult items.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Me and my friend came here just to kill time , it was late so we decided to stop by just to look around . Immediately when we came in , the sale person asked “can I help y’all with something “? First off greet people into the store !! We told her we were not looking for anything , just looking . She came over and started telling us about the product we were looking at . COOL As we continue to look at other thing every step we took she was trailing us and pretending to fix things ! I politely told her we are fine we don’t need her assistance, she said well I see your picking up things and you may have questions about it . I told her I’ve worked at a store like this before , so I know what I am looking at but if we need assistance I will let her know ! She just continued to stand there in our space. Again I said when I have a question about anything I will let you know . She finally walked away . Not even five min later her and the other sale associates are literally staring at us ,I asked why are y’all staring at us ? She said they were not ( clearly they were which is why I ask ) . Needless to say we were being racially profiled. I don’t care what kind of people come into your store , customer service should be given. I was made uncomfortable and I wasn’t in the store not even ten minutes.

Great Customer Service! Walking in to a place like Cindie’s can be a little overwhelming, and they set me right at ease, offering personal consultative sales recommendations as well as a dash of humor! I walked out with exactly what I needed and had a fun time shopping!

This was by far one of my best experiences going to any boutique store. I had a unique request for something and after I showed the gorgeous ladies working what i needed they went above and beyond to get me what i needed. their beautiful personalities made the trip worth it .

The ladies here are super sweet and helpful. They were more than accomidating. I was shopping on a budget and they went above and beyond to put a smile on this lady! My hubby and I thank you :)

Hold up! Hold up! Hold up! Thats 3 times 1st things 1st, Lets talk about the staff. These wonderful & beautiful women are A+. Not only did they help my friend find what he needed, they went as far as trying to get it as accurate as possible. He gave them a picture of what he was looking for and boom within moment gave him several choices. This is now one of my two favorite Cindies.

M definitely a fan of Cindies overall, but I like that this location isnt super busy like some of the others. It can be a bit awkward browsing and/shopping with throngs of other people in the store.The employees are super friendly, and laughed right along with my friend and I as we cracked jokes at various items in the store. My friend is getting married in a couple of months, so I stocked up on goodies for her bachelorette party (I love planning those!) while she browsed the swimsuits and Halloween costumes/lingerie for her hubby-to-be. Theres a good selection of everything to be found here: toys, bachelor/bacelorette party supplies, lingerie, swimwear, shoes, you name it. If it gets you happy (legally!), chances are they carry it here.

Id rather go 2 KATZ Boutique rather than this...Prices are so much cheaper Cindies is just a rip off ! This location only hires hispanics not enough ethnic variety coincidence??When i asked if there was a restroom the old lady rudely told me no nd blew me off ..It was justa question no need to get an attitude ! Everyone , i recomend KATZ on kirby or highway 6 !

Worst ever, sales people were rude. The manager does not care if they sell you a wrong product and will not even try to fix it. I will never shop here again, and I will make sure none of my friends do either (even the stripper ones who spend lots of money here). My advice, go spend your money somewhere else where they care about their clients.
