First time going here and the employee was great he help find what I wanted and explain everything and he was very chill I highly recommend this place I will be back they had everything you can think of and more please check them out

The name was supposed to be changed to Mystiq ages ago, which just demonstrates the issue with this company. Big aspirations, but can’t accomplish even the smallest of steps forward, due to indecisive, inexperienced leadership, poor management and the bad tendency to buy up new, questionable businesses instead of figuring out how to run any of the existing ones.Prices are steep, customer service reps are poorly trained, if at all, and their website has been consistently stealing money from customers and ownership has made no effort (to my knowledge) to correct the issues.Bad, bad vibes. Steer clear of this place, at least until someone competent and knowledgeable buys this company in a fire sale and starts to operate above the board and in good faith.

Came here after work just to wait in the parking lot for over 20 min. I finally got tired of waiting and left. The sign on the door said “will be back” it’s 5:30pm you’d think they would take a long break at a less busy time?

No they are not shut down one side is under remodel but there is another door off to the side Helpful and knowledgeable staff if they dont have it they will try to find it at another stor the night guy is one of the best ill definitely be back because of him but if you are not a customer you will be towed there is signs posted thats for customers only so if you get towed its your fault the comic book store even has a sign on the front door not to park in Katz front or back parking lot what more needs to be done so you understand its not a shared parking lot its only for katz boutique customers and employees

The construction thats going on is a bit confusing - they look closed, but they are not closed. Theyre also not 24 hrs (8am-2am). Given that, the location is well-stocked [they do look closed], and the staff is not only helpful and chill, but very knowledgeable and theres few enough customers that I got a really individualized, fun experience shopping there the other night.At least while construction continues and not as many people are checking them out, you can kind of have the place to yourself lots of times. Borderline hidden gem.

Why even be open if you’re not even going to have a worker inside. Doors are locked with a note that says back soon... when!? Poor management obviously.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE This place has horrible and rude management. Completely disrespectful and will tow your car without warning. The manager is shady and pays off his buddy to tow anyones car that parks in their lot and goes next door. NO Warning signs in the lot and the manager split our cash with his friend right in front of us to let my car down.This place is a joke just like the management. They need to be shut down. Complete trash, Do Not give them your business.

BEWARE! They will have your car towed and then lie to you about it even if you shop there. They are obviously getting a kick back from the towing company.

The guy that helped me was amazing! Fun to talk to and informative very pleases with puchases.

The young lady called the police on us for not stealing and then when I asked for corporate number she offered to give me what I was going to purchase!!!! I dont deal with bushit and never will I come back here or any other KatZ.... And its my Birthday and she asked for my purse when I walked in and I gave it to her. And she still threatened to call police And of course were Black!!!

Very clean and quiet, but lacking in a good variety.

Pulled in and parked. Asked the manager to park and run in to the comic book store next door, then come back and shop at Katz for Valentines Day and was given permission. Came back 10 minutes later and Katz had my car towed. It happened fast, I suspect the manager has a scam going with the tow truck driver.

The general manager who works here is so kind and sweet he really made me and my girlfriend night they have cheap prices and Awesome customer service i would recommend to everyone
