I’ve been going here for the last 7 years on and off and it has always been a nice & chill place. When Clay is there, I know all is well. He’s one of the hardest workers... never calls off work, and he has been extremely helpful and professional as well as let’s me know any and all upcoming events going on. You all are lucky to have him on your team!

They have a vast majority of items and the store is huge.Plenty of vibrators and ladies wear that’s for sure.A lot of the items had been dusty and sun bleached and looked like they’ve been sitting for years, and that can’t be blamed on the Corona shutdown...I will give it to them though, they have a nice sized novelty area and I will be returning in case I need some bachelorette gifts. It’s a bigger section than most other stores have.

I try to only go when Clay is there. Super friendly and helpful. Never judgemental of what Im shopping for. Thanks Clay! If anyone wants professional assistance, Clay is the one to see. Only downside is that he usually works late hours

This place has a wide variety of items, from toys, to clothing, oils, & practically anything you can ask for to add range in your sex life! Very satisfied and will be returning soon.

Dont go there and pay to go to the theater ot thr boorhs. Its a total rip off at $10 entrance fee and the theater and halways a brightly lit and the other patrons in there act very rude.also if you leave for more than 5 minutes and want to come back otis yet another $10 charge. TOTALRIP OFF. Youre bettrr off usong the Grindr app or Doublelist.

Very clean store with great customer service.

They recently upgraded the video booths (except for those on the theater side),so now they all have flatscreen TV’s, channel selectors, forward/reverse controls, and individual volume control. Since the upgrade, it seems that business has picked up so now. Excellent spot for anonymous fun.

Went there with my husband tonight for the first time. Some of the toys are older but they have a HUGE selection. The gentleman at the counter were super cool easy to talk to. Checked out the theater, never been in one... It was fun something definitely different!!! Will be back!!!

I went to the Bizarre times twice in the past couple of months and the booths are very nasty and dirty. The owner is not doing anything about it. He should be on top of that especially with the virus thats spreading everywhere these days. Mostly for health reasons.

Ive been shopping at the store for over 20 years. Im disappointed when I walk in to buy some lingerie and Im approached by the clerk and told that its 6am and am i sure i dont need any help? Then he says that i look like a real honest girl and implied that i was stealing. i have no desire to ever shop here again. Im extremely disappointed. feel free to contact me if you value customer retention.

Walked in there for the first time, wanted to look around and see what I can buy. But the guy who attends late night was very unwelcoming and antagonist. What could of be money for them is now a lost. Won’t waste my time going there again. In other words, very bad unwelcoming customer service.

Huge shop! Open 24 hours so if youre in Houston you always have them as an option. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices seem to be competitive.Update: Took product and it didnt work. They also have a strict no returns policy. $65 bucks wasted! No bueno. Demoting to 2 stars.

Absolutely horrible experience for the minute I walked in the door. The one star is only because I cant give it a negative 0 There was an older black gentleman behind the counter with an extreme attitude. Not only did I see him be extremely rude to the only other employee there but he was rather short sarcastic and insulting to both me and my husband. When I went to ask him a question about a product he gave me the most smartass rude answer about how I could just go look at the racks he wasnt The Wizard of Oz I laughed it off and asked him if it was the end of his shift and which case he replied nope he was just there to make sure he wasnt homeless I told him that I hoped his night got better and he told me yeah as long as no more obnoxious customers come in I have never been to any stores like this and receive such horrible treatment go anywhere else in Houston and you will find better customer service happier employees, for god sakes your job is to sell dildos lingerie and fetish stuff how hard is your life who wouldnt enjoy something so simple this guy needs to get the chip off his shoulder and the stick out of his ass because Ill never buy from this company again and I highly suggest you dont give them your business either

It was not a bad experience at all. The selection of bachelorette gifts was awesome. my girls and I were a little shy at first but we quickly overcame that once we saw how cool the guy working was. There was no name tag so dont know his name, but he was really funny. I will return ( without the girls) to find some stuff for the hubby and I.

I asked an associate there about a product i needed, he showed me what the store had and told me it was what i needed. He was happy to sell this item me, knowing that it was the wrong product and after buying it they would not accept the unopened item back. I contacted the manager multiple days to respond to me leaving my name and number with multiple associates. No response, no call back, not even acknowledging my purchase. This was a horrible waste of $54.99, there was no customer service what so ever, and the staff knows nothing about any of their products. You would be better off buying from the internet or EBay.

Everything seems outdated.The clothes are tacky and ugly. The toys are old, dusty and faded. The arcade is the absolute worst in town. I was there literally 2 minutes as I looked for a good booth and found 5 without locks, 6 with no working tv and the ones that did work didnt have sound... Those were just the ones we actually tried to go into.. I cant imagine the others and I should mention how disgusting the floors were beneath our feet. Most arcades clean up a bit! When we came out demanding a refund the cashier responded by saying they were playing 50 movies.... This place downright sucks; dont waste your time or money.
