The selection they have is really cute and diverse! I saw a lot of toys and brands here that Id never seen before. They could broaden theyre selection more and make the lingerie section smaller.

The one employee in the store was very nice and polite. They made sure I knew what selections they had available and where they were located. I felt very comfortable and wasnt afraid to ask any questions. Unfortunately, the store racks are sometimes difficult to sort through by size and a somewhat limited selection.

I bought the cindies brand small pink vibrated with charger and it doesn’t even work . It will be fully charged and I can only use it once and it says waterproof but I don’t think it really is.

A couple things I will probably come back for just not enough clothing of what I was looking for today

I went in as a first time customer to inquire about a gift card, my mom received. After asking the question, she stated it was valid and refused to give it back. One she was on the phone and she was rude I proceeded to walk around and the person who refuse to give the card back , sent the other worker to follow us around. Will never be back! Ever!!!!!

I forgot the name of the super sweet girl behind the register. She even wrote her name down on my reciept...but I still forgot . The girl with glasses and the pretty makeup. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the store had a great vibe. The rest of The staff were helpful and sweet.Thanks

I need to hit this spot up everybody says it’s great

Went in and the lady at the counter was immediately sassy to me. I️ think it’s because she thought I️ was underage and just going in to be annoying. But just because I️ look young doesn’t mean I’m not of age to be in store. She was sassy and kind of rude and when I️ told her what I️ was looking for, again i️t was met with sass and not any help. Probably won’t ever go back.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they made it very comfortable to talk to them and were very knowledgeable, I would definitely go back if Im around the area again.

Great customer service

Went in and the girl behind the counter whos name was Faith if Im not mistaken was so helpful and simply amazing give this girl a raise!

The employee that answered the phone set it down for 6 minutes while I waited. She never came back on. I called back and when she answered the phone and I asked her for the same item, she said they didn’t carry it. I don’t know why she didn’t tell me that the first time I called instead of putting me on hold. Plus all of the other locations carry the item I was looking for. I’d called that crappy customer service.

Not a good selection for men. And I felt very uncomfortable with employees and manager following me and laughing. Never coming back.
