Don’t recommend this place. Managers are unprofessional and rude. My friend called the club asking if they were hiring and she went in before me and got hired immediately and she was white. I’m black and I walk in on the same night and they said no. Due to discrimination though it seems they can’t drop there balls and tell me upfront. I’m a professional pole artist and there excuse was I had to much experience. There loss. Go over to cover girls ! It’s beautiful

This is not like Legs, Show Palace, Motions, or other lower end strip clubs in the area, so don’t go in thinking your experience will be the same here. Are you paying to go into a big amusement park to only look at the rides or are you going to ride them and get the full experience? Fun comes at a price. I am content with looking, but others may not be. This is higher end, so you should expect a larger facility with way more to offer if you are willing to pay a little extra for more girls, a decent dining menu, plenty of TVs and potentially running into higher end guests. $150 Champagne room or $1000 VIP membership should let you know the type of club you are attending. There will no doubt be areas in this club that are out of your budget but may not be out of someone’s else’s budget. I have only been twice in the past week for the 1st time ever and I got driven up to the door in a golf cart both times. I visited both times between 4:00 and 5:00 pm on light weekdays during COVID-19. Mask are required of course but not many were wearing them since most guests were drinking or eating, just like any restaurant during this pandemic. I never took mine off but to take a drink and didn’t care what anyone else thought. I had two different waitresses during my visits an both seemed agitated when I asked how much my drinks cost, water the 2nd time, as there is a 2 drink minimum and I wanted to know how much my credit card would be charged as I have that right, in the event of a discrepancy. Water is brought in a koozie and in in what looks like a beer bottle instead of a water bottle which was cool. I didn’t have an issue with girls approaching me since it was not busy, but as I found in other reviews, 5 of them that approached me spoke very little English if almost none, so all they could offer was dances due to the communication gap. Girls are working for money, and if you got it, they want it lol. If you don’t want a dance, then just say no and they will move on. I did get one lap dance and although she was incredibly beautiful, it felt very generic, as most dances to from strippers do but still a great dance. It won’t stop me from visiting again and maybe trying out other things like the Champagne room. I was even let in with attire that wasn’t fully up to the dress code, but since the Men’s Warehouse looking guy didn’t say anything the first time I went and wore it, I was let in again, but was told to stick to dress code next time, so no warm ups. Never felt I was being treated any different because of my race. That said, no negative experience for me.

I’ve worked at clubs in 7 states and Ritz has taken care of me the best so far ️ I work as a receptionist full time and a waitress once a week and I get a lot of positive energy coming in and out of this place. Bad reviews are inevitable because some people are impossible to please, but I witness our management going out of their way for people on the regular. Ritz’ drink prices are reasonable for a gentlemen’s club and they also have the cheapest cover charges I’ve ever heard of. In other states, cover charges can be up to 30$ a person. Ritz only charges $8 until 7 pm! I have nothing but love for Ritz

I’m a Retired Marine over 20 yrs and have been here twice, on the second visit I paid 999.00 for VIP lifetime!!! Well upon arriving at VIP section other VIP felt they could just barge in because they were VIP!! I have two twenties to get change and received 20 one dollar bills!!! When confronting the “girl” and establishment they treated me with total disrespect!!! The FAT guy who either owns or runs the place wouldn’t even begin to make things right, better hope I get refunded 999.00

One of my favorite places in Houston. Happy hour is great.... All the food is delicious and open late... Theres something for everybody here. Variety is the spice of life and this place has it all.

This club is awesome! Let’s start by saying Steve the owner puts in so much effort for both his employees and customers from different events to awesome vip amenities! The managers work hard to make sure everyone is happy and enjoys their time visiting. They also look out for the employees in hard times! It’s a fun club to work for and a nice spot for a night out. Not to mention the awesome lunch buffet they have on the weekends that’s included woth the door fee! How awesome

You have to love when a long time business goes out of their way to do something special for the community and allow their staff to make a little money during these hard times. The Ritz opened up curbside so we can get our favorite, long time, missed foods. I love the Ritz Burger. Nothing better other than those street tacos. I had a blast talking to the beautiful girls in their bikinis as I drove thru. I even ended up with a bottle of hand sanitizer and a Ritz face mask. A girl in a bikini is always the best salesman.

Hands down the GREATEST strip club in all of Houston. From top to bottom this place really shows you why they have been in business for so long. The management team there are all professional and completely dedicated to making sure ALL customers receive 100% quality service. Especially Lorne, who rocks a suede jacket even if its 90 degrees outside, but that doesnt stop him from going above and beyond for customers! Dancers are top notch no matter what time of day it is. And trust me, there are plenty of beautiful entertainers to choose from! Servers are prompt with greeting you as you walk in the door. They are quick and ready in providing drinks and also taking food orders. They treat you like a member of the team. Most servers at other places will just take an order and leave. But the ones at the Ritz will actually sit down with you and talk to you. They give you a very chill environment to be in while enjoying the view around you. As an added bonus, the servers are gorgeous! Last but not least, the Bartenders... THEY ARE ON LOCK! What ever drink I was craving, they made it happen. All drink orders were done on time even while taking care of the waitresses that were standing by for their drink orders. The bar crew moved as a unit and did not fail to give every customer that sat at the bar the best service Ive seen. The drinks taste great and are honestly not overpriced at all (unlike other nightclubs/strip clubs). All the bartenders that assisted me were over all incredible but one to mention is the one with tattoos. His drinks were phenomenal and he seemed to be running the game! To say less, this place is great. If you dont visit at least once, what are you doing with yourself?

Used to be a regular here. Managers choose favorites now and the service always sucks. Only decent girls in the day are fire and ivori and ivori isnt even there that frequently anymore and at night its always chaos (due to management) go elsewhere

Me about 20 of my co-workers went there on a Friday. The staff was the best! They were very accommodating. We stayed there for about 8 hours and they were awesome. The even gave us a platter to eat halfway through. The girls were very friendly and hot. Awesome service.

Human degradation at its finest. Dancers will try to scam you,the worst are the Cubans, super entitled and treats customers like dirt, boasting how other customers just throw money at them.Overpriced drinks, a small can of red bull at $10. Theres a lot of nasty backbiting about the customers between the waiteresses and bartenders. Managers mistake kindness for weakness on the customers part and uses intimidation to make them feel low. Go only if you wanna get manipulated, blow a hole in your pocket without getting anything substantial in return and to see the ugliness of human nature.

Absolutely a great place to have fun. I came with a group of guys from the office and didnt know what to expect. The girls are beautiful here. Waitresses were super friendly and the food was AMAZING. Get the Ribeye! Its the best! This club is definitely upscale and super nice inside.

Giant scam job. Everyone here seems to be in cahoots to rip you off here in order . A very parasitic place. Annoying pushy valet . Rude snotty doorgirl (who looks like a fake bodied dancer herself) . Aggressive waitresses who cant take a hint when to leave you alone . Rude bartender - specifically noticed a young hispanic bartender with a beard refused to give a man water at the end of the night after overserving him (the guy seems to have made the mistake of tipping him too well ) and started yelling at him to get lost. And they like to throw around the term customer appreciation. Hovering and very unfriendly security , Most of the dancers dont speak english and act only interested in money immediately. Additionally , a very pushy white girl with rose and Bob marley tattoos on her leg seems to have stolen from me , not to mention overcharging for a very monotonous dead fish esque excuse for a dance. She got a big attitude when I let her know i wasnt pleased. Heck , you cant even use the bathroom in peace in this place. Stay away from this fake joint full of fake people.

The night manager is a complete a** hole. I called and asked if they were hiring and they told me to come apply in person. I drove several hours to get to that club and when I arrived the night manager was extremely rude. He told me they werent hiring any more and then told another girl to come fill out paperwork in the morning. Every time I tried to speak he would ignore me and talk to the other girls. Worst customer service by far. Youd think they would treat a drop dead gorgeous woman a little better. I wouldnt recommend this club

Come for the Haloween party. This place is a joke. Packed so full it was impossible to move around. No strippers and no dancing! Waited 40min at the bar to get a drink. Everyone was complaining. Gave up and left. On the way out mamagement asked about our experience - told him we couldnt get a drink after spending $70 on tickets and 40 min at the bar. He says to us “next time you can preorder a bottle”.... There wont be a next time!

I visited ritz for the first time on a Thursday night, entrance was $15. the waitress was very nice and the drink service was very prompt. however, the drinks were very expensive. I asked the waitress how much was a fireball shot and she said $13.50-ridiculous. the music was horrible, I talked to the manager, who was very nice, about the music and he introduced me to DJ Jay and i requested more hiphop/trap and he said they NEVER play music like that. I was not impressed at all and will not recommend anyone to enter. honestly was a waste of money & time all around.

$10 to park your own car in their lot, $15 ($60 for 4 of us) cover charge. Poor service, poor management. After a 20 minute fiasco of trying to get drinks, a slew of mis understanding had to completely reorder drinks again all because one person bought a round of shots and drinks. Didnt even finish drinks, talked to the manager about getting a refund on the cover, he would only offer a comped drink. That probably would have been another fiasco. When i said i didnt want another round he basically dismissed me and walked away. So... $121 to walk in the door and be thoroughly disappointed. 30 minutes and out... probably should work on customer service training before putting soneone on the floor. Probably some better management skills as well. I would look somewhere else.

-average girls-pushy service. shady money practices-overpriced drinks-I too had credit card issues with them. 25% premium for dances PLUS 8% surcharge.-10% surcharge for using a CC.-Minimum charge placed on card that still hasnt come off after almost a week.- I was basically overcharged by $100, and am still waiting in pending charges to go away DAYS after transaction has been finalized, so I was basically double charged.
