What an amazing tour . AWESOME meal and the drinks were great .Best part was the entertainment beside heaters on top deck .Caught myself singing along to great music by Cliff and Susan ! Will return again soon !

We had a great time. The food was flavorful and enjoyable. The live music on the upper deck by Cliff and Susan ripped off the cruise. A great night overall.

It was a pretty disappointing experience. The food was okay, not great. But the worst part of the experience was they combined a dinner cruise on one level of the boat with a pretty raucous booze cruise on the top level of the boat which completely affected those customers who had hoped for a relaxing dinner cruise. It should be all party, or all dinner, but dont mix the two. I wouldnt recommend this.

Over the top service. Delicious food & wine. Be prepared for stairs while they are finishing remodel. Very relaxing voyage with amazing views.

The cruise and ambience were very nice, we went on September 6, 2017 but the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered a pitcher of beer and it looked like urine! The glasses it was served it were wine glasses. When I said something to the waitress about the beer she tried to argue me down that the beer was fresh. We went up on the deck to take pics and when we came back she had replaced the pitcher with canned beer. She kept bringing cans of beer when we didn’t ask for it. I refused her open cans because one was all I wanted. Our food was ice cold. My bf complained about his cold fish and he was served another warm piece. I decided that I would just eat afterwards because I had the barbecue and it too was cold. Not worth the money.

Food was great as usual. Will be back again soon. New owners are great and committed to continued improvements.

The staff had no clue and the food was not good. I understand its under new ownership and still have kinks to work out but could have been better. Never email confirmed with me and never emailed me back after I emailed them about the confirmation. Could be really nice as the tour was very pretty but for the price this boat has a long way to go.

We went in August 15, 2020. The parking was a disaster because they were remodeling. There was pod in the middle of the parking lot. No direction as to where to park, which was minor to the lack of service once we got on the boat. We received more attention from the Elvis impersonator then we did from the wait staff. Not to mention the sweaty conditions due to lack of A.C. The fish was good but the portions were small, the sirloin steak was more like a roast without flavor. The food was served on paper plates with plastic forks. The entertainment was great. We would definitely not recommend you waist your money.

The website is very confusing! We thought we had signed up for dinner and entertainment. After dinner they wouldnt let us go on the second floor where the entertainment was.I had gone to the office. Under construction and no one there. And left a voicemail message a day before our cruise and no one ever called me back. So I did my best purchasing tickets online. The online registration asked you to print out a copy of it. Seriously? Im on vacation with my phone and no printer. So I took a picture of my reservation online and they accepted that. The worst part of this experience was definitely the website. And the lack of customer service?But I cant say enough good about the captain and the crew! They were extremely attentive and helpful. And the food was great.The air conditioners quit working before our cruise started. But I guess thats problematic with that boat. As were sitting there suffering through the heat somebody finally got a wise idea and opened the windows! At least we got a breeze that way.If I was the owner of the Belle of Hot Springs, I would change the website immediately. The confusion on the website only leads to frustration of those that are going to review your business. Just wanted the sight seeing tour but was conned into the lunch to, was hard to hear the information guy down stairs, but lunch was good, over all staff was good and nice tour.

It was very hot, took atleast 15 minutes for any one to ask us if we wanted anything to drink and then another 15 minutes to get something. The wait staff is either poorly trained and or understaffed. The entertainment was good. Please use this as constructive criticism, if the a/c doesnt work properly in August let people know in advance so they can make a choice if they still want to go.

Excellent bar staff! Drinks were creative, delicious, and served quickly. The food was good (I had the Mahi Mahi). The entertainment was decent with a ventriloquist on one deck and music on another. However, the three stars is for two reasons. There was no air conditioning andno water because the generator wasnt working. During the summer months it might be better to have the cruise begin later in the evening.

We attended this 4th of July and when we first showed up I was so disappointed. Nobody knew anything and the times to load and depart were wrong. But that changed fast and things started getting better. We ended up having an amazing time. We found out the owners just bought that and this family was so nice and I think they plan to make it amazing!! We loved to the singing. I will for sure be back to visit!

Our experience with the Belle of Hot Springs dinner cruise on July 4 was pretty disappointing... We understand theyre just reopening but it honestly seemed like they didnt even realize they were supposed to hosting a cruise that evening. It began after I purchased the tickets online, I tried calling for 4 days prior to get information since we were coming from out of town. Left messages and never heard back. Upon arriving, there was parking for MAYBE 15-20 cars despite their website saying they have plenty of free parking (get there early or you wont get a spot!) There were about 15-20 of us waiting to board at 4 PM- we were told that we would possibly board at 6 PM (we were supposed to leave at 6). So we all had to stand around in the heat and wait because their building is an under-construction disaster. They finally let us board where we had to sit and wait on the boat in the 90 degree heat because the air conditioning wasnt on despite asking an employee who assured me it was on (I could see all the a/c units and they were clearly off). Once we left finally the dock, we received our food. Food was good, but my husband said he saw the catering staff in the back eating food out of the serving pans with their gloves on. So thats disgusting, especially during COVID-19. Very few people received dessert even though we were told it was included with dinner. After dinner, pretty much all of the staff disappeared so we had to go get our own drinks if we wanted something. You could see the staff wandering around on their cell phones or hanging out with each other on different decks. Also, this was marketed as a guided, sight-seeing tour- there was no narration or any kind of guide, just everyone walking around the boat on their own. Near the end of the cruise, one of the staff reappeared to tell us all to go pay our tabs at the bar then disappeared again. Once we were approaching the dock, they finally started playing music and trying to get people to dance, but it was clear everyone just wanted off the boat. Once it docked, we started to get off the boat to be met by a deckhand who was literally SCREAMING at us to get back on the boat because they werent finished docking. Maybe they shouldve tracked down some of their employees to stand by the doors to tell us not to get off yet...? Once we did get off, we had to walk back through their under construction building that was pitch black. My husband walked directly into a wire hanging down from the ceiling that clothes lined him on our way out. Such a nice way to end our debacle of an evening. The only nice part of the evening was the Fourth of July fireworks, but those were put on by Lake Hamilton so that doesnt even count. Moral of the story: save your money and go elsewhere. This place is a mess and shouldnt be open to the public yet.

The staff did what they could to accommodate us but there is only so much they can control. It was extremely hot in the dining cabin and the portable fans did not help much. The drinks were fair but, as you can imagine, melted quickly. The food was subpar at best. Mahi Mahi was extremely dry and the steak was steak in name only. We waited far too long to be served considering the boat was less than half capacity. The entertainment was entertaining because it was so horrible. Reminded me of an SNL skit but by that point we all made the most of it. After it was all over, we docked...which took 20 minutes of pulling up, pulling back, pulling up, pulling back. There were even passengers helping with the heavy ropes. No doubt reliving their glory days in the Navy. The best takeaways are the memories from riding the Belle which we will be talking about for years to come!

Love the Belle. Great for whole family. Parties dinners cruises. I hate that its up for auction. Hopefully the City will start investing in its small business vs raising their taxes every chance they get to put us out of business.

This place was worse than their water which was worse than tap. All their drinks tasted like they had the nasty water mixed in it. And the “boat history” was just some dude talking about how cool the river houses were (barely any history). And not to mention there was a wasp flying around on THE INSIDE of the boat making us have to move seats. I feel like I just wasted 2 hours of my life that I will never get back.

I really enjoyed the dinner, the tour of the lake, the dance and ride on the top deck .

Love the Belle of Hot Springs. The dinner and the cruise was great. Sad to here that the Belle is shutting down in the next few weeks. Glad we had a chance to ride.

Portions of the salad and desert were about 4 bites each.$55 doesnt include drinks. Not alcohol, which is expected, but not soft drinks. Ordered catfish and it tasted good. Asked for ketchup and was given one bottle that had to be from 1950 as it was black. Asked for another bottle and was given the same thing. Waitress seamed to have somewhere more important to be than the boat as everything was an annoyance. Sawdust from the bottom of the table was falling all over us, bathrooms were stopped up, door didnt lock. Food was decent, bartender was friendly. Overall though, would have been better off going to a restaurant.

We brought out of state family here and even with some sprinkles they loved it. The staff was very nice and tried to get us in before a downpour hit. Unfortunately, it started raining before we docked, but they let us wait and even and went and got umbrellas for the guests to use to get back to the building. We didnt purchase the dinner cruise, but enjoyed some snacks and drinks. Everyone had a great time!

My daughter and I enjoyed a sunset dinner cruise during our stay in Hot Springs. We LOVED it! Everyone was so friendly, especially our server Emily and the bartender Brandon. Even the owner Kelly stopped by our table to give us some information. The food was delicious! I had the BBQ sampler platter and my daughter had the chicken strips. We ate every bite. The weather was beautiful too. Thanks so much for the great time!

We booked a dinner cruise for a group of 9. Two in the group were celebrating birthdays. The member of our group who booked the evening called the business several times with questions and was promised that there would be decorations, singing to the birthday duo, and air conditioning on the boat.We boarded at 4:30 and the boat was approx. 95 degrees. My wife asked the waitress if they usually turn the A/C on before the passengers board and she skirted the question and said that she just started working as a server. It became apparent very quickly that the A/C wasnt working, when what appeared to be the maintenance man started opening windows. When we unmoored the breeze through the windows helped but not very much. The birthday decorations consisted of dollar store a balloon weight and two balloons. It was so uncomfortably hot that a majority of our party didnt finish their meals and retreated to the top deck for the remainder of the cruise and that was much more bearable. We never came back to our table for our desserts and this precluded any singing to the birthday duo.As we docked a person came over the PA, mentioned that they had a few birthdays on the boat but wouldnt rat anyone out. She then asked us to write a review on TripAdvisor even if it was a bad one. Wish granted. I can imagine a scenario in the fall or spring where this would be a nice cruise. Unfortunately that wasnt when we took our trip.Another couple, and a hotel concierge, told us later that they had heard several horror stories about the lack of air on this boat. The couple who told us that had been invited to join us and declined due to those stories. One of our friends who did join us later described the experience as A honkey tonk on the water. I couldnt agree more.

Recently said our vows and married on the Belle! The staff could not have been more energetic, pleasant and accommodating. We had a very nice meal and dancing afterward. Our guests had a blast and we even had a few wedding crashers! Awesome memories. I recommend this experience and congratulate the new owners! They are giving the Belle a much needed update and breathing new life into the business.

Went for 15th Anniversary. Great food and crew. We werent expecting such an awesome meal. Will recommend to all heading this way.

Overall it was a fun dinner cruise experience. I thought it was priced really well. The food was a average in comparison to other Lake run boats like this that Ive been on. They do need to work on keeping the food hotter. Mine was on just on the warm side. We went up topside and listened to the music, and watched the full moon. In the dinning room area they were really trying to get people to dance without much luck as far as I could tell. Probably need to reduce the price of drinks and they might have more participation if you know what I mean.

The dinner and cruise was a rather pleasant experience. At first I was concerned that the experience would be over price, but as the evening came to a close it was well worth the money. Compared to other attractions, I feel like this was well worth what we paid. This was by far the best dinner we had as my wife and I celebrated our anniversary. The ribs were tender and the mashed potatoes were nicely loaded. The staff was great and the owner even took pictures for everyone with their cellphones.

Took a Dinner Cruise on our Honeymoon the weekend of 6/20/14. Our Hostess made sure that our seats were private and romantic. It was obvious that it was important that her customers were comfortable. The dining experience was absolutely phenomenal, the food excellent and the service the best! This will definitely be a return trip on our next visit to Hot Springs!Jerry and Susie Burns

The 2 hour tour on Lake Hamilton was all about viewing the lake houses and who owned them. We enjoyed the duck tour much more (fun & entertaining !!)

New owners as of this week. Delicious food. Moms eat free for mothers day. Staff was so nice and attentive. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sight see the lake.

No one ever returns your phone calls. They do not know their own cruise or dinner schedule. We have been there every year for a long time now, but since it changed ownership, the service is awful.i am waiting on a refund since they screwed up the schedule, but no one will answer or return our calls. They apparently need someone that can handle the phones and schedules at the same time ....

We had a nice time but I wish the menu had been posted more clearly. Currently available is a list of about five options and nothing about what is served with it, how to tip the server(s), and we would have made different selections had we had the full information. We have small children so the times offered interfere with nap and sleep schedules so the management may want to consider some 10 AM cruises every once in a while. A family cruise may be a good time to ensure no profane, loud, and drunken people are interacting with young children as the other reviewer experienced.

Overpriced. $60 for cold nasty tasting barbecue and chicken. The only thing goodness the roll and cobbler and even that was mediocre. The music after dinner was way too loud.

This was an OK experience. The food was OK. (BBQ sandwich was definitely the best of the lunch options, and cookie was delicious!) The ride was OK. The narration was OK. Homes along the lake shoreline were gorgeous, but if youre looking for more than a Lakefront Real Estate Tour, there might be a better option. Not bad, just OK.

The ride was beautiful. Went on dinner cruise. Salad was warm and lettuce was limp. Another customer was given the same meal I ordered. For some reason he didnt want it. I watched them set it on the counter while they worked something out with him, then they served me his meal after it had been sitting there for a bit.

Had a good time, but you can tell that theyre trying to revamp the experience. Staff was attentive and were trying very hard, but simply, the dining area needs a good cleaning along with the restroom.We were seated at a dirty booth with crumbs on the table and cushions. We sat on the edges and planned on not saying anything about it until we saw some small dead bugs in dust at the other end. They cleaned it all up, but they do the cruises twice a day and shouldve been able to clean up after the group before us.The food wasnt bad at all, but was served cold. I had the ribs with green beans and the mashed potatoes were the only thing remotely warm. I can definitely take being on a boat into consideration and everything not being served piping hot as they were doing each table one at a time, but we were the 2nd table to be served out of about 12 tables so I can only imagine how cold the others food was.We really enjoyed the relaxing evening of being out on the water, but dont expect much from the meal...does come with a dessert.

This was a horrible experience for my whole group. The guy that served our drinks had a bloody hand and when my aunt said something to him about it he just wiped his hand on his pants like it was no big deal! I had to request a new server. The food (was cold) and portions were horrible for the price! I wouldnt recommend this attraction to anyone dont waste your time on money on this! I hate I didnt read the reviews before I did this! The one in Branson Mo. is really really nice and the customer service is amazing and thats what I thought I was getting in Hot Springs but to my surprise it was a hot mess and I mean it was a MESS!! If I could grade this attraction it definitely would get an F hands down!! So since I cant I give it zero stars even though you see 1 star that because the review wouldnt let me give it no stars!!

Ok BBQ. Excellent staff. The boat tour was mostly all about the Hot Springs real estate market, which I did not find that interesting.

Food was under cooked with no flavor and the. only condiments were s/p and salad dressing. Served corn on the cob rolls and mashed potatoes no gravey and zero butter, we asked and was told no butter. Our server was slow and not very attentive. Beer was less than cold. Cocktails very weak and we could not hear the tour guide and someone was mistakenly sitting in our booth after they moved the server didnt bother to wipe the cracker crumbs off the table. Save your money.

Just getting ready to cruise, so far we like it.

Great excursion to hear a lot about the waterfront areas of Hot Springs and some of the history and culture. It was a really nice touch to have some freshly baked cookies waiting for us when we got off the boat.

Website is not updated with current schedule. I called it buy tickets and the answering machine message said no cruises until tusday the 29th. Wedsite needs to be updated No Cruises scheduled for 2018 Memorial day weekend. There wbsite will let you book a cruise, I guess you get your money back when you show up and there is no cruise scheduled. WOW, I would suggest other plans ever if you do get tickets.

Hard to hear the tour guide. Food was slow on the dinner cruise but was good. Someone at my table had burnt veggie patty and waitress was hard to work with to get issue fixed.

We recently took the lunch/cruise excursion and enjoyed it very much! The staff were friendly and the food was GOOD! After our meal, we had the barbeque, we were brought warm chocolate chip cookie,delish! You need to keep in mind that this is a business, boat needs to be maintained, staff to be paid so for what youre getting Id say the price is fair. You shouldnt go expecting 5 star cuisine that you like at your favorite restaurant. Thats not fair. Good job!

The boat ride was fun and the food not good at all......chef salad had bad lettuce really old carrots and plastic tomatoes. You had to pick through and one friend ate about one fourth of her bbq. The prices shown on the website are from 2012 ....but you dont see that when you book. Oh yys....where was that promised fruit I paid for? Would only do the boat and eat on shore!

Mediocre views, and the meal was pretty awful, and not worth the $50 price tag. Music was cringe-worthy. Treat yourself at a bathhouse instead.

We were so excited about our dinner cruise on Lake Hamilton aboard the Belle. The brochure provided by our timeshare gave prices for the Dinner Cruise and a brief description of the tour. Nowhere did it say that the prices would vary- meals were higher than the brochure, only WATER was included with the meal, there was an extra charge for dessert, and the food was processed-micro heated!! My bill was $85 since the prices were different when we arrived at the dock. An extra fee was charged for credit card use which was also not posted on the brochure. I actually paid $21.05 for THREE scallops, a baked potato and canned green beans. There was a salad bar and rolls that was not al a carte like the drinks-$1.00 EACH DRINK /coke, lemonade and dessert- $3.50-$4.50 MORE/chocolate pie, apple cobbler!! This certainly was the most unique Dinner Cruise we have ever taken!! NEVER AGAIN...

The sightseeing was nice, BUT the food was overpriced cafeteria food. It was really bad. And to add insult to injury after paying $20-24 per plate they charge you a $1 for refills. Really?!? We had a large group so everyone had something different and it was all awful. Bbq Ribs (all 4 pieces) were rubbery and smothered in kc bbq sauce, salmon was dry and mango salsa not good, chicken with white wine sauce was the thinnest piece of chicken Ive seen (seriously I thought it was the childs chicken plate) covered in cheesy Alfredo sauce. Prime rib not good. Even the kids chicken tenders werent great. The green beans were blah and soggy and the rice was undercooked. They put fancy names on their microwaveable food menu. Honestly, the food tasted like a freezer dinner. The rolls and salad were the best part of the meal and not everyone got a roll. The salad bar consist of lettece, cheese, croutons, tomatoes, bacon bits and three types of dressing. Unfortunately they took the salad bar away as soon as everyone had gotten their very small dessert bowl full. Overall its just not worth the money spent! Its too bad because with a little effort on quality and honest get what you pay for business practices it could be good.

This was our first experience like this. We ordered lunch (1. Bbq, 1 crab salad and 1 turkey wrap) . The lady running thr front desk was flustered and we were the only ones in the store at the time. She seems extremely confused about what her job was. $85 for our lunches. We werent told that it only included tea and/or water NOR were we told there were other options on another deck. We arrived at 1230 and promptly seated however the waiter was unfriendly to say the very least and they had forgot to ger.our daughters lunch (even though our ticket showed all 3 had been ordered and paid for). The bbq sandwich was stone cold and had a large chunk of gristle that I nearly choked on. The tour was ok i guess. We heard more about the local home owners than we did about the lake or area over all. There apparently was a person doing group pics of families in front of the boat however we were never asked to do them or even saw themtaking the pics but when we docked the pics were being sold. Also the parking is horrible. There was a large wedding party coming in as we were leaving and the crew nor the parking lot was capable of handling such a group and those if us paying customers that were already there.. so thanks but no thanks we will pass on this for our next trip.

I am VERY disappointed in this place. I have tried calling throughout the week and no one has answered!! I did get one answered phone call asking them to email me and they failed to do so. They also told me to meet them at the location and I drove 3 1/2 hours here and no one is here or answering the phone. Do Not Use This Place!!!!!!!!!

Most NASTY unsanitary mess I have ever experienced the food was first of all in the dark no togs for the chips or hotdogs people were getting them with their hands the hot dog buns were cold piled up on a black towel looking cloth, couldnt find anything to drink the hotdogs were dumped over in a pan in a pile nothing was organized or professional not at all appetizing , there was no employee helping serve the food everyone was just digging in like a free for all, the music sounded like we were in a beer joint that had busted speakers, all the benches on the top deck were wet looks like someone could have wiped them down before people got on board, I was embarrassed for you !!!!!

Boat is lovely. Experience is reasonably priced.
