Overall pretty good tour. Ive done a couple in nola and its about par for those. The ones they offer there are free with a suggested tip of $20. This is $15 a person, you make 4 stops and learn about a couple places in the historical district.You should note these tours are at night and some areas are low visibility so please be mindful of family or friends with poor night vision. I wouldnt recommend children due to the nature of the stories but you know your own kids.Id recommend doing this earlier in your trip so youll have time to explore the haunted areas mentioned if thats your thing. As the other posts mention you dont enter any haunted establishments but the history of hot springs is pretty great!

Best haunted/ghost tour weve ever had. Very detailed stores behind the haunted locations. Took about an hour and was a walking tour. The young man leading the tour happily answered questions.

I always enjoy ghost tours however this one was not my favorite. It was a very large group which made it difficult to ask questions. Also all of the tour was along Central Avenue which has a ton of traffic which made it difficult to hear the guide at times. The stories were interesting and I did learn some of the history of the city, just wish there were some additional stories.

Ive taken both of their tours, two different ones, and would highly recommend. The guides are knowledgeable and friendly. One will learn a lot about the history of Hot Springs and have a reason why the hair is standing up on the back of their neck.

5 stops within an hour, with plenty of juicy, albeit morbid, facts about the history of the city of Hot Springs along the way. If you’re in to history, death, and local knowledge about old cities.. this is the the thing for you! The wife and I loved it!

MEH...Hot Springs is an old and storied city. So much to its rich and potentially even mystical (the springs) fabric has a paranormal imprinting to it. This city deserves a better ghost tour. Lets start with the fact that the tour is allegedly built off years of research....not sure where it was researched at but after the tour 20 minutes of cursory research revealed almost everything on the tour was either completely fabricated, highly inaccurate or worse just not true. I wont elaborate, but the tour operator knows what Im getting at. The stories simply are highly inaccurate or just patently false from a historical, and in some cases a forensic standpoint. If you want to take the tour to hear some real ghost stories like made up things your gramps used to tell you, it is a fun tour. For people who want to hear FACTS and paranormal experiences that surround those factual events or occurrences....well, look elsewhere. The ticketing interface was professional and the guide did a good job explaining the alleged events and the walk was concise. Im just saying that this city does have some REAL paranormal activity....why make stuff up?

The guide, who introduced himself as the assistant or apprentice of the owner, actually discouraged us from taking the tour saying it was very intense, that we might not be able to handle it and they would be walking fast. Ok.? There was only one other couple so I couldn’t figure out why he wouldn’t want the money /additional people. When I asked him if he wasn’t up for it because there wasn’t enough people he scoffed and walked away without answering. In any case, he really was an amateur guide. He seemed pained to answer questions and wouldn’t bother to turn his head toward us when answering. Indeed he did walk fast and abruptly rushed through each point giving details that were likely intended to shock or gross us out rather than have any historic or factual details (that usually have a scarier effect when you know they’re true). He cut the tour after only 20 minutes and only 4 stops but I was happy to have it end because it definitely disappointed from beginning to end. I unfortunately can’t recommend this tour. It’s too bad because it’s obvious that HS has a lot to offer in a proper ghost tour.

This haunted tour was amazing. We did the 10:00pm Sept. 5th. A lot of great history from the Hot Springs and the guide was awesome Thank you again for a great evening.

Interesting, but at $15 a person, or $35.00 for me and my 2 boys. I feel as though it was slightly scammy. It wasnt but I expected a lot more....maybe a hotel walk thru or something like that...but nope. Some dude with a loud speaker walks you thru a few spots in downtown Hot Springs. You go down Central and stop at a handful of areas, get a brief explanation on why it might be haunted and thats all. Youre left thinking thats it??? Sorry 4.1 stars on this? Come on! Save your money for some food or something

Really enjoyed our tour tonight. Our guide was very thoughtful of making sure everyone could hear. The Little speaker box that is used works well. Our group was fairly big but I was able to hear and see everything even though I am a very short woman. The guide would also patiently wait for all the cars to stop revving to talk, that is much appreciated. The tour was a good mix of humor and horror. Interesting facts learned.To individuals taking the tour, just keep walking and regroup with ur friends when the tour guide stops at the tour points. Had a lady stop in the middle of the road and ran into her because of this. I get wanting to be with ur friends however it is rude and slows the group down. Just flow with the guide and it will be okay. The guide waits for everyone anyways.WARNING: Most individuals arent wearing mask during this, unfortunately you have to deal with this or leave. It is a public area outside, you would run into this situation in many places. Someone not even in our group walked by and coughed on multiple people, not wearing a mask. So you are putting yourself at risk, not the company.

We really enjoyed the tour. It informative and fun. The tour consisted of 5 stops with detailed stories along the strip. Very cool.

My wife and I and 3 of our boys went on the tour tonight. We enjoyed each stop and are still talking about our experience. This was a fun outing and great way to learn some history. Thank you for putting this tour together.

We had a lot of trouble finding the tour as it gave only an address that led to an empty parking garage. When we finally found it (by accident) we approached the stand where two staff members were standing inside. We walked up and were not acknowledged at all, finally we said that we were here for the tour. We were met with just a yah and told that the tour would likely not happen due to rain...there was not rain at all. The rudeness and bad attitude came across like they did want to be there so we just left. Not pleased, would not recommend.

Tried to take the tour on Nov 21 but they never showed up. What a waste of time.

My fiancé and I went on the ghost tours tonight and absolutely enjoyed every second. Our tour guide who I don’t remember his name but I do remember him mentioning he was 17 but the facts and the patient he had were FANTASTIC. We would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who visits Hot Spings!!!!

Save your money. It’s like 4 short stories and the group it’s so huge it’s uncomfortable to even see or walk to each site.

Terry, our guide, was awesome! Interesting, full of facts, and I loved that he uses a headset! Not all ghost tours do, and that can make it hard to hear in a busy place with several people. Id go again!!

The tour guide was great and knowledgeable, he got into depth about the things that happened in hot springs. I really enjoyed it. I was hoping to get a pick of a ghost or something lol. It was a interesting and exciting tour. He did a great job. Definitely recommend!

Me and my husband were the only people on the tour tonight, our tour guide was so nice and friendly!! We had such a great experience and would totally come back again next time we visit. We loved learning about all the history he told us with the haunting stories.

Dude gave a great tour. This is definitely worth it. Once you go on this tour, I think youll agree with the next statement. Please, make a historically accurate tour on the old VA hospital...particularly the morgue. That place looks too cool.

This was my first Ghost/History Tour EVER!!!! Loved it!!! Have been on about 4 or 5 others in many locations in Branson, New Orleans, Granbury, San Antonio, all touted to be the best! Not even close to Hot Springs! Definitely the best so far! Recommend highly!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

This tour was amazing!!! So many interesting facts! Our tour guide, Terry, did so well and told them in a fun way. Cracking jokes, and said more to advance the creepy atmosphere.

That was so much fun! Terry was our tour guide and he told us several interesting things about hot springs that were quite morbid and haunting. You should try it for something different. Loved it!

Loved it!!! Terry, our tour guide, was incredibly discriptive and informative. Hot Springs natives know that our city has a corrupt past, but this is local history like youve never heard it before. Walked about two miles total. Awesome way to spend $15.

Terry (Terri?) was an incredible guide. The tour was as much informative as it was scary. Im not a superstitious person at all but even I was freaked out by his tales. If you want a slightly different, albeit a little morbid, history of Hot Springs, this tour is for you.

This is the best haunted history tour of the south. On this tour you learn the dark, morbid history of Hot Springs, and even get photos of unexplainable images. There was an awesome article written about this tour company in 2013, and they have been going strong since 2010. This tour isnt about going in a haunted building, its about being in a haunted city. With thousands of satisfied customers, its easy to see why this is one of the best attractions of Hot Springs.

This is a must. Interesting stories about the underbelly history of Hot Springs. If you are visiting, take the time to go on this tour. You wont look at some of the buildings the same way ever again. Had a blast.

Really very good! Lacey our guide was very entertaining and very knowledgeable about the history behind paranormal activity. Tour lasted just over an hour and worth the cost!

My mom and I actually came down to Hot Springs a few months ago and didnt get the chance to do the Haunted Tour. Haunted tours are kind of our thing. Weve been to several in different towns. So we actually came back because we wanted to do a couple of other things in Hot Springs but our main thing was the Haunted Tour. Well we missed the 8:00 tour, so we had to go on the 10 oclock tour which ended up being a private tour for my mom and I. It was very interesting and our guide was very knowledgeable. I recommend it for anyone who visits Hot Springs. Its fun to hear all the ghost stories!

Very over priced for what you get. We paid $60 for our family of four to walk the streets and hear “haunted” history of the town. Also the guy was very hard to hear.

Tour was fun, interesting, and pretty lengthy being the last tour of the day. Would suggest to take last one only as after dark less crowd not only make it audible but adds the spooky chill

Absolutely AMAZING!

The girl giving the tour was so sweet! I brought my 8 year old boy cousin who I was there visiting. He LOVED IT! He got a tad bit scared but she kinda told the haunted stories where they were scary but not going to give him nightmares. I would highly suggest it! Lots of fun and was mine and his fav thing we did on our downtown day trip!

I absolutely loved this tour. The stories were well told, and it gave me a fun perspective on the history of Hot Springs.

Just went back for the tour a 2nd time. Other than the massage this was the best part of our vacation. It is very interesting and also gives you some history of the area. I will take it again the next time I am in the area.

If I could give this tour a ZERO I would!! Its an absolute rip off and actually if you Google the town history this exact tour is replicated from an article written back in 2013. They tell you that so many people have gotten photos and they even say that one may get a headache or feel nauseous when entering the haunted area therefore one needs to step out to feel better....what they dont tell you is YOU DONT ENTER ANY HAUNTED PROPERTIES!!!!! They show you from the street and tell you to come back and visit sometime on your own time! Highly disappointing!!! So if you want to pay 15 bucks a person to stand on a street and look at old buildings by all means take this tour...however if you want to see inside haunted places and take cool pictures DONT TAKE THIS TOUR! Save your money Google the article back from 2013 and walk the tour yourself!! Dont give these crooks another penny!!!

We took the tour. It’s places you have been a thousand times during the day and you don’t go in anywhere. You stand on the street in front of the closed stores. Very disappointed.
