Definitely had so much fun going here!!! We were lucky that we were the only ones there so we kinda got a private tour of the place, saw them feed the wolves and the mountain lion. The animals seem to be very well taken care of. Joe was an amazing guide, he’s fun and entertaining and very informative!! Really recommend this place when in town!

I have to say at first I expected a kind of smelly gator farm. That was absolutely wrong, this family farm was exceptionally clean for a alligator zoo. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure we had a good time. As well as other guest that were there he made sure to keep everyone entertained. It was a very interactive tour and we got to learn alot. The kids loved every minute of it as well as the adults. They have more then just alligators, we got to interact with many animals as well as watch the guys feed the wolfs and mountain lion. We will definitely make it back and always refer this for anyone. Lots of fun and nice to know they care about their animals

Such a cute beautiful little gem in Hot Springs. Healthy critters. Beautiful gators, goats, and absolutely beautiful wolves. We were lucky to get to hear Tinkerbell howl. Cat working with the gators is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of the questions that we had. We look forward to seeing them all again and seeing the puppies grow.

What made my visit so good was the staff (or most of the staff anyway minus one person). The guy working the petting area was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure everyone got to pet ALL the animals, told us the names of the animals, and really encouraged us to interact with them and have fun. The guy working inside the alligator feeding area was absolutely fantastic! He would just scoop down and pick up an alligator, hold it, and let us touch and feel while explaining different things about the alligator. I was thoroughly impressed with him! We could have had a better experience when we got to the part where you can hold the alligator and have your picture taken.I really like alligators and this was gold mine for me . Must visit if you are in hotsprings .

This was an unexpected fun little place for me and my two boys. Age 8 and 3. They got to hand feed some animals and go in a pet the goats and sheep and rabbits. Really hands on and fun for them. They even got to feed an alligator and hold one! The alligator handler was great with the kids and made it extra special and fun. Definitely worth your time to stop in if you have kiddos.

There is a reason this place has been open forever, it’s charming and fun. I know what you’re thinking Alligators?!? Charming and fun; But it is! Part of the charm is the extremely helpful and friendly staff. In addition to alligators you can hold bunnies and turtles, and feed/brush goats. Anyone is welcome to hold a mini alligator and they have an entertaining feeding show. You should go here.

Some fun for a great price. Small but big enough to enjoy yourself and to see animals you wouldnt normally see in town. The sleepy raccoons made for a laugh as they slept on their backs with legs up high in the air. Feeding the gators was a once in chance my son really enjoyed. Well worth the time and money.

I have been coming to this place since I was little. Now I can bring my kids and it is so fun. For $5 extra you can feed the smaller alligators. For another $5 today they allowed us to feed the bigger gators but from a safe distance and with a long pole. The kids really enjoyed it. The goats were hilarious and fun for the kids. There was a momma bunny with TONS of babies that my kids just died over. It was such a fun time. This family owned business seems to be doing well and Im so happy we can experience it like I did growing up.

This was 100 percent worth every penny! We spent 23 dollars to do everything here including pet, hold, and feed a baby gator! All of the animals are well taken care of and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly to us the entire time. You get the most hands on experience with the animals out of any petting zoo Ive ever been to. We had the best conversations with the staff and they knew the answer to practically every question we had about their animals and even things off topic. I WILL BE BACK! Thank you for making our trip great!

My girlfriend and I came through here during our visit to Hot Springs and had a blast! The staff here really seemed to enjoy working there and cared about their animals. First up is a petting zoo portion with a variety of animals, including emus, rabbits, goats, and tortoises to name a few. We had been given some bread to feed to them and they all loved it! The goats tried to chew on our clothes a little bit, but nothing too bad. After passing through the petting zoo section, you go through their younger alligators section. It’s a building with a couple of tanks. They have a tank for the 2 year olds and some older ones in the main tanks. There was a large group ahead of us and the staff member working there was kind enough to give us a little bit of hotdog to feed to the two year olds while we waited for the group ahead of us to finish up. They were adorable! Ethan was kind to us and really seemed to care about the alligators. We got to hold One-Eyed Jack and take a picture with him! There are bigger enclosures outside with older alligators as well. We definitely enjoyed our experience and would go back!

This place should be shut down, the animals seemed abused and when we got there the bunnies were all in one tiny cage with no salt lick or food or water, so my family and I let them out, all of the cages were extremely small and had barely any shade and the chicken coop had absolutely no food in it. There was also a large wad of orange plastic in the bunny cage and they were chewing on it so we took it out. The dog that was running around was super skinny and then tail was super red and missing fur. The “feed the alligator thing” is also a huge scam, it was 5 dollars to feed them per person and each person only got two tiny slivers of a hot dog weeny which are cheap in general and overall it was just a sad experience to look at all the dead looking animals and it was also a huge scam and tourist trap, please do not come here.

The treatment of the animals here in inhumane. They have 50 alligators piled into a small enclosure, the water for the alligators is disgusting, 2 poor wolves trapped in a small cage, monkeys not in their proper habitat. Places like this is why people have problems with zoos. Absolutely disgusting... We stayed for 10 minutes and left. It broke my heart to see these poor animals suffering like that.

We visited in November which is obviously much cooler weather, but even though the alligators are indoors all of the bigger alligators were basically hibernating. I believe they stop feeding the larger gators in October. You could stare at the pool of alligators and not see a movement. The smaller gators were kept warmer so they were at least active. The coolest part of the visit was holding the small gator. We pretty much paid the price of admission to feed bread to some goats and hold a gator. Im not saying it wasnt worth it, but if you have the chance to visit when it is warm instead of cooler, I would highly recommend you do so. The staff was very nice and informative. We plan to visit again sometime in the summer.

I absolutely loved it! The stuff is very friendly and they are happy to tell you about their animals. They even allow you to hold a bigger alligator if you are not scared! Totally safe though. Staff was very friendly. They have two small dogs that welcome you when you come in. They are super social and love the attention lol The rabbits were very social. They let you hold and pet them (if held correctly of course.) All of the farm animals were social and well kept. The guy that holds the baby Gators was very nice to my toddler and had patience with her but he was kind of rough with the baby Gators. He used a rubberband to shut his snout and it popped the bottom of his snout. I guess when you get used to them you just do it with ease but it looked and sounded like that hurt. The cougar and wolves really need a larger habitat. The lemurs were playing and cuddling lol They were super cute. The gator snapping turtles need big rocks to hide under. The fountain (in my opinion) is not furnished or large enough. The sign says the turtles are 100 years old which I guess in captive they very well could live up to 100 but the turtles there are no way 100 yet. I do like the signs on each habitat. It would be better if their (non scientific) names were on the signs and it would be super cool if they got some snakes. It is a very small place. Someone with little animal knowledge would believe this place is horrible but its really not. Some things could be fixed and updated but I truly believe these animals are cared for. I would go back.

It is okay. You can hold and pet a baby/young gator.Highly reccomend!

I dont know much about alligators but these look miserable and not very well taken care of. They dont have enough water to sit in in my opinion. The water is basically black from how dirty it is. The duck pond is just as bad. Way too many alligators for such small spaces. There certainly shouldnt be a cougar or a wolf here. The whole place is worse then the tiger King place. I wasnt impressed with that one either. Id give zero stars if I could.
