Great place for a morning or afternoon walk! Well-kept, clean, spacious... the Hopewell Parks Department does a great job with the park maintenance

I went there to walk. There is a trail around the pond thats perfect. You get shade and a view. Loved it.Havent explored further as of yet, but will soon.

That was my first time there, it great but they need to fix the restroom.

Quiet and serene Nice place to go and just chill

Great place to throw a party. Nice pavilions and grills, nicely wooded around with a large parking lot. I live a few blocks away and often enjoy the music from there. Also connected to a softball/baseball field, with plenty of lights for night games.

Mathis park adjoins Crystal Lake park. The park has two large pavilions with electricity. There are also flushing toilets on site. There is also a long walking trail encircling both parks. This is a nice place for a day long event or family reunion.

Its an alright place to get away for a few minutes and just think or relax. Other times there can be really annoying people here. The playground feels out of date, and the pond could be updated too. The ball field area and playground is alright, not really much to do there.

Mathis Park has always been awesome

Fun place to walk quietly and feed the ducks and let kids play on playground.

Fields are nice but umpires have a habit of not showing up (which is the associations fault), the bathrooms were gross, the area was littered with trash and old mattresses. Not somewhere Id want to take my kid again.
